if any kid get to see this thread then he have terrible parents, is not my duty to protect your kids, you are the parent and is you duty to do it, if some parents are unable to do it they should consider giving the kids on adoption and get some chemical castration

So kids shouldn't browse the bitcoin forum and especially the politics and society sub forum.

Oh , really?

I don't have kids, but if I did, I'd encourage them to read threads like this after about the age of 12-13, with parental guidance, of course.

In the last few days, there were demonstrations by the Crimean Tatars in a few cities. They were blocking roads and obstructing traffic. The police didn't used force, so the things were kept under control.

I read an article in the paper edition of KP about Crimean Tatars. The more educated ones and the ones living in or near the civilisation centres are OK with Crimea joining RF. It's the problem with the isolated villages, where imported Turkish imams hold the minds of the Tatars (Tatars have a shortage of imams, so they import them). The article had an interview with two Tatar brothers, who work in construction in Simferopol. They told that when they came to their village saying that their condition and salary actually improved during the 1 month with RF, they were treated by the villagers as traitors.

Op-Edge with Serbian historian Nebojsa Malic by Rt on the Odessa massacre:

‘Right Sector's atrocities in Odessa to backfire on them’
http://rt.com/op-edge/156832-odessa-bloodshed-ukrainian-turmoil/

Quote
RT: During the crisis in Ukraine, we've seen a lot of provocations. But in this case we clearly see people hiding behind police shields, clearly cooperating with police. What do you make of that?

Nebojsa Malic: According to all the evidence that I have seen, the entire thing in Odessa was a giant false flag operation. It was a provocation, it was one of those stage massacres that the pro-Western forces from Bosnia to Kosovo, now Ukraine excel at staging, intended to draw Russia to overreact to commit military forces so that the coup government as well as its sponsors in the West could have justification in saying, “Oh that is the case of Russian invasion, and everything we have been saying is correct.” I believe that the fact that they are willing to stage such a horrendous atrocity shows the depth of their desperation at this point.

Quote
RT: What can you say about the way the police were behaving that day?

NM: The behavior of the police if taken at face value is very baffling, because if they were supposedly cooperating with these alleged pro-Russian activists why did they stand by and allow Right Sector thugs to surround the building and burn alive 40 plus people, it doesn’t compute. Obviously, if the police in Odessa are loyal to the coup government and they were seen with these alleged pro-Russian activists, Occam's razor dictates that these were nor actual pro-Russian activists, but rather false flag operatives in cahoots with police.

Neil Clark, writer and journalist in Op-Edge with RT:

‘It’s up to US to get on the phone to Kiev and tell them to stop this operation’
http://rt.com/op-edge/156760-kiev-us-special-operation/

Quote
RT: Is Odessa going to be a turning point? Do you think this standoff between the interim Ukrainian authorities and the pro-Russia protesters is going to be a turning point or is there worse to come?

Neil Clark: I think worse could be to come, and what happens in the next few days is going to be absolutely critical here. And really what happens in the next few days is down to what happens in the US, because there’s no doubt in my mind that the US is actually in charge of the Kiev government’s assaults and the so-called anti-terrorist program that they took part in, which happened after the visit by Joe Biden to Kiev just after Easter. So this sort of anti-terrorist opposition that the Kiev junta calls it has been launched with the approval of the US. So what happens next is really down to the conversation, which is happening right at this moment, between John Kerry and the leading officials in the US and the junta in Kiev.

A comment:
Quote
Regula 05.05.2014 12:31

The US wants to use the Kiev junta to bait Russia into intervening in Ukraine on humanitarian grounds to then claim it was an invasion to annex Ukraine and justify stringent economic sanctions to destroy the Russian economy. For that reason, one or the other civilian is shot here and there, visibly for no cause, in hope that either Putin intervenes or that he will lose the trust of the Russian people because he didn't intervene. It is clear that unless civilian deaths or endangerment becomes considerably higher, Putin cannot intervene, as intervention would mean a war. The people will understand that.

Dozens injured, fatalities on both sides as Kiev’s military op continues
http://rt.com/news/156824-eastern-ukraine-hostilities-shooting/

Quote
There were fatalities among both Kiev loyalists and local militia members after governmental troops renewed their crackdown on the defiant eastern Ukrainian protester stronghold of Slavyansk. The death toll may be over 20.

More people dead. Sad.
It looks like the total death toll is well over 200 now, if the reports of slaughtered people in the trade Union cellars come to pass.

Also:
Quote
Russia has been calling on the Ukrainian government to engage in direct dialogue with the protesters, saying it is the only way to prevent the violence from escalating. Moscow has called on the Western sponsors of the authorities in Kiev to put leverage on them and push for negotiations.

The call for dialogue is shared by Germany. Its foreign minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, said on Sunday that a second round of Geneva talks is needed to stop the bloodshed and produce a “clear conclusion as to how this conflict can be brought to a halt.” A German government spokesperson later confirmed that Chancellor Angela Merkel support the idea.

Of 25 people in the defence squad only 5 survived:

Ukraine’s largest bank suspends work in Donetsk and Lugansk

http://rt.com/business/156836-privat-bank-suspends-operations

Quote
Ukraine’s biggest bank, Privatbank, says the situation in the eastern cities of Donetsk and Lugansk has reached a critical point that is too dangerous for staff to go to work. ATM and branch services have been halted. In person bank services in the two cities have been closed down temporarily as turmoil in Eastern Ukraine poses a threat to staff safety, the bank said in a statement on its website today. Staff will not continue working in the regions and have been put on indefinite leave.

From the article:

Quote
"Over the last 10 days, 38 ATMs, 24 branches of Privatbank and 11 cash collection vans have suffered arson, assault and wanton destruction in the cities of Donetsk and Lugansk," the bank’s website said.

And comments:

I love the fact that they burned these banks down rather than looting them! It expresses people's genuine anger. This is not about money- it about resisting pro fascist oligarchs.

Mark 05.05.2014 11:07

The name of this oligarchs was also initially implicated in the genocide in Odessa Union building.
The alliance of the neo fascists and the oligarchs must be defeated in Southern Ukraine.
