In the last few days, there were demonstrations by the Crimean Tatars in a few cities. They were blocking roads and obstructing traffic. The police didn't used force, so the things were kept under control.

RT: During the crisis in Ukraine, we've seen a lot of provocations. But in this case we clearly see people hiding behind police shields, clearly cooperating with police. What do you make of that?

Nebojsa Malic: According to all the evidence that I have seen, the entire thing in Odessa was a giant false flag operation. It was a provocation, it was one of those stage massacres that the pro-Western forces from Bosnia to Kosovo, now Ukraine excel at staging, intended to draw Russia to overreact to commit military forces so that the coup government as well as its sponsors in the West could have justification in saying, “Oh that is the case of Russian invasion, and everything we have been saying is correct.” I believe that the fact that they are willing to stage such a horrendous atrocity shows the depth of their desperation at this point.

Obviously, if the police in Odessa are loyal to the coup government and they were seen with these alleged pro-Russian activists, Occam's razor dictates that these were nor actual pro-Russian activists, but rather false flag operatives in cahoots with police.

RT: Is Odessa going to be a turning point? Do you think this standoff between the interim Ukrainian authorities and the pro-Russia protesters is going to be a turning point or is there worse to come?

Neil Clark: I think worse could be to come, and what happens in the next few days is going to be absolutely critical here. And really what happens in the next few days is down to what happens in the US, because there’s no doubt in my mind that the US is actually in charge of the Kiev government’s assaults and the so-called anti-terrorist program that they took part in, which happened after the visit by Joe Biden to Kiev just after Easter. So this sort of anti-terrorist opposition that the Kiev junta calls it has been launched with the approval of the US. So what happens next is really down to the conversation, which is happening right at this moment, between John Kerry and the leading officials in the US and the junta in Kiev.
