For this one, I agree. Many ICO using ethereum in many aspect besides that many exchange already receive ethereum on their list, it will make ethereum transactions grow up in quantity and quality. In crypto history, ethereum always number two after bitcoin and never change. Ethereum is alternative after bitcoin and no one can take that place. |

I have lost Hugh amount of bitcoin, and I believe some person's here too have gone through same. Can we please share our experience and lessons.
My story :My wallet was hacked, by God knows who. That was 2017 may. I logged in to my blockchain wallet to notice that 0.9 btc I have been accumulating Since 2016 has been taken. Leaving less than $5 worth of bitcoin for me.
My lesson : don't trust anyone with your crypto, laptop or password. Because I believe someone close to me did that.
Use it as experience and never repeat the same mistakes. My experience say, if someone send you link in many platform ( email, social media, telegram ) don't click and ignore the person, unless you know and have interest with him. Another thing is, never save your crypto in long time on your wallet. In this case you should fast and replace your asset into currency or personal wallet that only you know the password. Do that and never give up, good luck to you. |

I want to share the important of Risk Management in such trading event this kind of management is important for every action made not only in business. Risk Management generally is "the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks (defined in ISO 31000 as the effect of uncertainty on objectives) followed by coordinator and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events[1] or to maximize the realization of opportunities" referring to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Risk_management. In trading, risk management is used to avoid further loss and if possible to revert on profit. This risk management is necessary since none of trader will enter the market in always good position even the best trader ever, sometime they will make a mistake. As a human, this is reasonable and acceptable surely. But what can make them profit beside good analyze for both Technical Analysis (TA) and Fundamental Analysis (FA) is the using of Risk Management. There are a lot of articles or videos to present a risk management, I will grab it here and added in my own sentence for some. Here are some of Risk Management strategies: 1. Create the trading rule. Remember, greedy will make you lose on trading since certain profit obtained will be vanished in second by the price volatility. So, if the targeted profit has been earned then take it. That's true, every coins came from bitcoin, leader from all coins. Most coin will follow bitcoin but if they have not same direction with bitcoin it just because they have higher demand than supply, but it just temporary. Ethereum is good to trade because have significant value than other coins ( except bitcoin ) and until now most people use it as alternative income or send received payment if bitcoin network got delay. Honestly, many people seek cryptocurrency more because of its volatility. Whether they do it consciously or not, they wish to make large money quickly. This can happen only with a volatile market. Further, we find a lot of newbies even in this forum feeling bad that they lost money or they could not make money as value of BTC has not risen much especially with the expectations being high after the 2017 last quarter. Seeking such profits is not bad but before investing I feel there is a need to prioritize the needs that could be fulfilled with such an investment as BTC especially if you are looking to make money soon rather than keep BTC as a long term investment.
This very motivation and idea behind the investment will speak volumes on the reaction of the investors once the market is down. Strangely, many people do not sell when the market price is high and even when their purpose of investment will get fulfilled. They wait for the price to soar even higher. And if the value starts trickling down, they still hodl and wait for the price to move beyond the point where it had last peaked high. But again, when the market is in a steep downfall, instead of buying, many people will start panic selling and end up in loses. Many a time we find this even in the new threads and discussions even within our forum.
So what it is that makes you invest in crypto? Is it because it caught your fancy? Is it the volatility? Is it because there is a need to fulfil in your life? IS it because you are a day-trader? Or is it fun?
I think we all agree that motivation to invest in crypto is to create income in big number. Second thing is to built skill and use it to develop business in financial instrument. We do know crypto is like commodities and as long supply and demand exist, opportunity to grow up capital always there. If you're expert you can use your skill to collect money and become fund manager investment. Or you can give lecture/ lesson to create person with high skill about crypto investment. Yes it is good if you don't have a job before joining crypto world but I will like to seek ideas from those that have reasonable jobs and I really want to know if you truly believe in Crypto so as to give away your job and fully dedicate full time to crypto or its not worth leaving everything because I see it as a long journey which I need to learn everyday.
I still believe in crypto even this time all my asset is red but my faith and analysis give me suggestion to keep hold and wait, I'll do that for good. But depend my life into crypto world is wrong, real job ( off line ) is more important because crypto is just alternative income not the main. You can do anything because your option your action your risk, crypto is alternative, trust me. |

For fundamental trader/ investor that is good sign but for technical we should calculate and manage again because have different result. Actually for people like me any good news or analysis data will keep my faith not change to crypto, meaning I'll stand up and never give up to hold. Reality is we are very early in this industry and the pace at which projects are coming up and the technology is changing does anyone believe in HODLING cryptos anything other than Bitcoin and Ethereum?

I think crypto market works like stock & commodities market, they have similar and same pattern/ trend. Nothing wrong with hold as long they take the right product ( coin ), about the coin can long life who can answer that question?. I found it almost impossible to get Merit by leaving a message or solving a problem for someone else. I want to know if there is any other way, transaction or something else.
I don't see another way to get merit, for this one only create quality post is the way. Make quality post is not easy but we can try it by using our knowledge to give solution/ explanation to another people. Try to see other person post and compare with ours, from there we can learn create quality post. If anyone have solution about how to get merit besides create quality post, I like to heard that. |
