Honestly, everyone talks about the mistake Ferrari Pit team made and I agree that it was a horrible mistake. But between telling him to stay out (just a bit too late) and seeing how nothing was ordinary for this race, I have to say that it may have been normal for them to make some mistakes at least. I mean yes, it cost them the race but what a race it was, it was definitely not an ordinary race and that is why I understand that they may have made some mistakes.

You can't really calculate such a race, it is very hard, they didn't know when slicks should be on, and this caused them to make some mistakes and that is totally understandable, I believe they will learn something from this at least.
3162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where do you see gaming tokens in 5 years from now? on: May 30, 2022, 05:52:48 PM
Gaming tokens will do a lot better in the future because there will be a lot better games. I know that we had games like axie, which is basically a rip-off from pokemon, and that means that we are going to end up with something that would be like GTA one day, and all running via crypto.

I know that it would be difficult to do something like that, but we are talking about 5 years as well, there will be tons of people who will be working towards making a huge profit with these. You could make hundreds of millions of dollars in profit if you make an amazing game in metaverse and nft gaming world because even axie made so much profit for the creators so something better would make a lot more.
3163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: May 29, 2022, 09:58:50 PM
Monaco is really not a great place to race. I get that there is a historic reason why we still have races here, and financially it is good, considering that F1 continued to race after a bombing in Saudi Arabia, I am sure that they would be fine with Monaco not being that great track at all, if a bomb doesn't make you leave, a bad track wouldn't make you even consider leaving.

All in all I hope that F1 gets enough money eventually, this sport is not at the peak performance right now because it is not profitable, everyone involved keeps losing money and because of that we have to put up with terrible races like these that doesn't provide any fun at all to the viewer.

Any licensed gambling sites could potentially ask out for some verification and mostly you could able to read up this on their terms and conditions which its a must on reading it out on the first place.

Usually they do ask out some KYC for some issues like exploits or other behavioral concern and as for whales then for sure they are really having those KYC
considering on how much money that they are putting into the platform which could really trigger out about money laundering or something in related.
It is not even the casinos that would have to ask it, it is the government ones that will be asking it and that is the difference. I personally believe that if you are depositing or withdrawing a huge amount, then they need to ask it because they need to actually make sure that the government knows you are not a criminal and that is not a drug money or something like that.

I know that it is not going to be impossible to decide, but it will not be simple neither when you look at the depositing and withdrawing amounts, so KCY would make it easier. This way if there is a bad guy who is trying to launder the money via betfury, they would know about it, if not then you can carry on.
3165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some Fiat Financial advisors are such hypocrites when it comes to Bitcoin on: May 29, 2022, 04:21:04 PM
What were you expecting? I mean these are the people who are making money from the fiat investments like stocks and gold and so forth. These people need to make sure that bitcoin is doing badly so that they would be able to make some profit. I know that it is not a simple thing but at the same time we are talking about something that would be a lot better in the long run if you could hold bitcoin and it would make them lose customers and in return lose revenue and they do not want that.

I personally never use hedge funds or stuff like that, brokers and people who are looking to make a profit from what you are doing are not really that much caring about how much you make, they care about what they make.
3166  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: May 29, 2022, 09:56:23 AM
Hello,
Can someone tell me if Canadian players can play here, and if a kyc is still required?
If you're able to access Roobet's website with your original Canadian IP address then most likely that you can olay there. Moreover, Canada is not listed on banned-country list.
Also, if I remember it correctly, I tried using Canadian IP through VPN before, and I was able to play (not sure about it though).
To what i think is that there are some games restrictions to the Canadian players who want to play on Roobet but not sure about this and have to check but still you can bypass it through VPN usage but make so sure you do it properly but if limited play games that are available to you and find some fun in them only.
VPN is a fickle thing. You could do one thing and end with another problem and that is not how we should approach these things. It’s obvious that Canadians (or in any not allowed nation) are not suppose to gamble here, which means that you should stay away and find a place that accept it. Forcing your way into this place as a Canadian opens the doors for Roobet to end up banning you and in that case you wouldn't be happy about the situation.

This is my personal view, maybe I just too much of a coward to let my money in a place that doesn't allow me, but why take a risk like that when I could find other places that would be willingly taking my money and not offer any trouble?
3167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to put money in ETH? on: May 28, 2022, 09:38:51 PM
Is it a good time to put some money into eth, or is it falling more?
If the bear market hadn't ended soon I thought ethereum could be under $1000 but now it's still more than that. Although ethereum is indeed very good for the future but there is still a chance at a cheap price, maybe we can wait until the price is lower than the current price. But if you're asking if it's time to buy, if you want it long term I don't think there's any harm but just think it could be even cheaper.
We should be quite careful about this though. I mean it is clear to me that if you want to do something, doing it right away is the way to go in crypto because you would be making a good amount of return from it, and you wouldn't wait.

But if you wait, the price could go up and you could miss so much. That is the difference between long term and short term investment as well, the long term people could buy at the current price and could wait until it goes up. Would definitely end up being a lot more valuable. Obviously it is not going to be that simple, of course you are going to need something like stop loss and DCA to help you along the way, but waiting is not the solution.
3168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 28, 2022, 07:40:36 PM
I agree that Juventus became worse, but at the same time it looks like other teams got better as well. Do you really believe that Milan has been as good as this and last year when you compare it to 5 years ago? Same could be said about Inter as well. I believe that there are better teams right now in Serie A and that matters a lot.

If there weren't any good teams, there wouldn't be any viewing fun neither, we wouldn't want to watch it, I am sure that more people watch Serie A then most other leagues, there are only a handful other leagues that people watch more. Hence, it's clear to me that they are great teams, and I mean like top 10 is pretty cool, not just 1-2.
3169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Final! on: May 28, 2022, 07:21:31 PM
Finally the day has come. The fact that we have this still undecided and nobody could say which one is the clear favorite makes it all the more fun. How could you decide on a clear winner on UCL final anyway, it would be impossible.

I hope that we will get to see some good football. It would be lovely if there are many goals, that makes games a lot more fun for me. Like if the game needs 5-4, that would be awesome to watch, I know that there are many people who prefer it the good old fashion way and end 0-0 and go to extra time and even penalties, they like defense, but I am not one of those people, I prefer it when the teams actually score a ton.
3170  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 28, 2022, 06:08:31 PM
Who said high rollers are losing in the end? This is gambling and when we bet we only hope to win and the outcome is not guaranteed win so you are at risk of losing the funds in first phase but if you are lucky you will win and have profits.High rollers are giving out huge profits to them as you see the Rollbit boss has wagered over $1billion which is insane amount and imagine how much the casino would have benefited from him? So as a whole they are making profits from all and giving out to all which matters in the end.
Not all high rollers, but most of high rollers are keep losing, that's why I thought they're a billionaire who doesn't know how to spend his money. They seems doesn't really need any money and just giving away when they won, maybe they're looking for popularity. You can think with your logic, if gamblers mostly always won, Rollbit wouldn't survive and go bankrupt as their reserved money are empty.
Doesn't know how to spend their money? I mean they are here gambling, I do not think that there are that many methods which would be more innocent. All they do is gambling, if they have enough money that losing this money doesn't hurt them at all, then they are doing one of the most fun but also not really require anything else entertainments in the world and could feel like a rich person while doing it as well.

Certainly there are more "innocent" ones like play playstation, or xbox, but that is equal for everyone, here they are doing something that hurts nobody including them, but still can go for millions of dollars and that is only available to them.
3171  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitLucy.com 🎰 100% Deposit Match ⚽🏏🥊🏀 UP TO €5000! 🔥 on: May 28, 2022, 02:52:15 PM
It's funny how they become the cause of the issue and be the first users to throw stones. Users who never got to make any deposit but had to abuse the sites bonus system and hope to make withdrawals haven't placed bets on them. All business are profit oriented and I don't see how they expect to be paid given that fact. The situation is, once they exhaust there bonus offer on one account, they move to the next and continue to open multiple accounts until they come up with a win eventually from bonus offers. It's certainly not for the best.

Am just glad that, they did expose some loopholes in the system to the site developers and as we've observed lately, Royse777 and the BitLucy team aren't relenting in fixing the bugs on the site. We are sure to have an optimum working site soon, more options and a better functionality to it.
Stay enthusiast still and your patience for best offers on BitLucy will pay off.
Of course they will be fixing it, and that shows how true to their word they are and how legit they are. There are problems in many casinos but usually we do not see people that type of situation at all. There is nothing that we need to worry about bitlucy and they are working towards making this to be a great website and it will stay that way for sure.

I believe that it is going to be quite good and its going to be a no problem, we are going to enjoy this website for many years. The more money they make, the more marketing they will start to make and we are going to hear this name a lot more in the next 1 year, then they will be in the top dogs level.
3172  Economy / Economics / Re: Solar panels set to be mandatory on all new buildings under EU plan on: May 28, 2022, 02:13:40 PM
to be honest, not everyone has the ability to buy solar panels because they are quite expensive, especially for the installation and battery costs.. if the government can provide subsidies for this I think this could be the best option to reduce carbon footprint, particularly in the European region
Though this may be the case, still, the best course of action is to continue purchasing solar panels for alternative source of energy for consumption. If these countries have other sustainable methods, such as wind powers, etc., then they may opt to. But for the meantime, solar panels still provide the best course of alternative energy though it may be expensive initially.

This kind of alternative fuel should be installed into countries that are geographically placed into locations in which sunlight is abundant. I do hope that the government of other countries would follow this kind of implementation to take advantage of something that is free and natural.
We are forgetting that maybe not everyone has enough money to buy solar panels, but the topic here is that "new houses" needs to have this. So, it is not asked to be bought by everyone neither, it just says that every new house needs to have solar panels on the roof probably (where else could you put it? I do not know) and only the constructors of those houses need to pay for it and get it, and only the buyers would have to pay extra for it, that’s it.

This is why I believe that it shouldn't be that much of a shock for people to put this in motion, because it’s not forcing everyone to get it. Solar is great, and new houses is a limited small part of it.

Dear users  Smiley We are very pleased that you are devoting so much time to listing theories. Binance does not charge a listing fee. It would be too easy  Roll Eyes Everything works in the format of general marketing, where projects are integrated into the exchange ecosystem. Consider the situation in which Binance is moving towards the legalization of all possible processes and cooperation with government agencies. If a few years ago they simply took promising projects for listing, now the situation has changed. The project itself must have many documents confirming transparency, progress and, of course, all kinds of licenses. We are working to maximize the potential for listing on Binance and other large centralized exchanges. Let's discuss ideas for promoting the Betfury platform. You are good at it, and we take into account  Wink
I do not know what Binance has told you, but as someone who has managed to list a token into binance before, I can tell you that they do charge an amount to get listed, depending on the situation. If there is a coin or a token that has insanely high volume, Binance doesn't charge anything and lists it right away so that they could make a ton of money from that volume, if it has nearly zero or have no social media presence then they do not charge anything and doesn't list, even delists the ones in there.

However, if there is a coin that has good volume, not great, and good social media love, not great then they do sit down on the table. Latest one cost 280 bitcoins to get listed for example during early days of pandemic so it was like spring 2020 or something when we crashed due to pandemic.
3174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hard earned money - Busted in seconds on: May 27, 2022, 08:09:36 PM
That's what happens to gamblers because not all gamblers can open up and tell other people because, in some countries, gambling is considered nothing and will instead be given a negative impression.
So for those gamblers, keep their stories about gambling and don't share them with others.
It will be even more difficult if the gamblers are addicted because no one will know.
No matter where do we live, we should start to share our experience once gambling is started to be a "problem" in our life. If we keep it ourselves as a secret and no one knows, it is possible that it will become a bigger problem. If we share it to our close-friends or family, we may hear some opinions and hopefully to get a better solution to get rid of the problem.
This is the reason why I let my mother and fiance of the time (now wife) know as soon as I lost all my money when I was back in college. Don't get me wrong, I live in a small nation and I didn't had much money, it was like 200 bucks or something and meant nothing to my parents, they laughed at it. But to me, that was like a good few computer games money that I lost, or a few going outs with my fiance money that I lost (probably games lol).

So, I whined about doing something stupid, and shown my regret and they simply said they were there for me for any time I have the urge to gamble and would be willing to do something else to take my mind off it. Helped a ton.
3175  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: May 27, 2022, 04:05:50 PM
I didn't know this bug but if you are a regular bettor regardless of the amount, You will surely get a reward on hourly contest since there's still only few users participating on hourly contest and you can see same user that win every hour. I'm surprised when I visit today some new user that actively playing on the casino and chatting on live chat box.

Do you know what happened to RW? He is not active anymore for consecutive days or I'm just sleeping whenever he is active?
Even at hourly, if you are a person who gambles very little like me, then you are not going to be winning much. I did managed to win a few times at the bottom and by luck but that was really just a situation where nobody gambled at that time zone, on times when it is more crowded that becomes something impossible for me.

The only reason is that I rarely gamble with any meaningful amount, I gamble with as minimum as it gets and I do not put all of my gambling in just one hour neither, I spread it to the whole day, which makes it hard. If I end up grinding hard with all my money then of course I can win, I will even be first at times, but I do not see the point of it, I gamble the way I have fun and that is much better.
3176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is also a currency, why is its unit so different from the commonly used on: May 27, 2022, 09:31:26 AM
To be fair, bitcoin is not used as a currency as much as it should be. Yes when we look at the volume and how much it gets sent and received per day, it may look like a big amount but most of it for investment purposes. So when you look at it that way, people do not care about the satoshi part of it and only care about how much it worths in fiat.

This is a sad reality, it should not be like that, and it should be seen as a good and loved thing, but at the end of the day we just need to accept that there is nothing we can do to change it. People will keep on using it as a way to invest and make money, hence won't care about the unit being different.
3177  Economy / Economics / Re: Taking loan during high inflation? on: May 27, 2022, 06:34:23 AM
I have a friend who just bought a house, spent about 20k on the house upfront, and took about 45k loan and bought the house. Let's see what happens, inflation is huge in my nation and interest rates are insane, but he could still make a good amount of profit in the long run because the house could worth a lot more. I also had a friend who bought a house for around 50k back in the day, about 4 years or so ago, and now his house worths nearly 300k, inflation is THAT high in my nation.

So, if the same thing happens to this new one, I may actually start looking at selling something I have and buying a house, because it does make people richer. Loans require basically nothing, specially if it's fixed rate, compared to high inflation.
3178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Real-estate & Crypto on: May 26, 2022, 07:01:54 AM
USA basically allows this as well. Not directly in the sense that you could buy with crypto but more like you could get a house from someone and they will not ask you if you paid or not. All both sides needs to do is turn the ownership of the house from one person to another person, whatever payment happened behind the doors may not be seen or known.

This would be a shady deal of course and the house seller would be in trouble as well and there are taxes that are not paid so IRS will be an issue, but you could still do it. There are people who are buying drugs illegally and drug dealers are not paying taxes neither, so I am not sure if this is totally illegal at all, you could be charged with just avoiding taxes, all the other parts are allowed.
3179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ever heard of this "buy at dip and be rich in the future" on: May 26, 2022, 05:53:59 AM
Indeed, currently many of us are experiencing losses both in holding potential coins and coins that do have a very good whitepaper, but the mistake you make is to buy luna coins and now a drastic decline occurs so that your assets have a big decline, but for other coins I think it is appropriate just need big patience until later the price increase occurs again.
That's the flow of the market we can not avoid getting a loss on trading but if we do DYOR and hold the altcoin that you think can rise up their value in the future, then you might get rich. A lot of people who take the risk before became rich even though they don't have knowledge of crypto and I think it's just luck.

Best to invest in crypto are those in the top 10, except the LUNA and UST (stable coin) before since it got wrecked really bad.
There is no way that we could ever find a way to "not lose money" because that is the market and we will always have some losses. The problem is not to make zero losses, we can't do that and that is guaranteed, but having very little versus having a lot is the difference. If you get in with 10k dollars to invest and it goes to 20k and drops to 15k that is still 5k from the starting point, but if you are under 10k and stay there for many months then its a problem and means that you got in at the peak point which you shouldn't.

If you can arrange that, and be in profit even when the market drops, then you are going to be fine and there won't be a problem.
3180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: May 25, 2022, 09:19:03 PM
I am guessing that Kerr just didn't care about this game all that much. Between his father being killed by a gunman in a school, and him being just near a school shooting all over again, and seeing how reacted to it on the interview, we know that he cared about this too much to really care for this game.

Not saying that he throw the game away, he just didn't care about this game because he knew that there was a more important thing going on in that situation. They were 3-0 up anyway, 3-1 means nothing, they still have 3 more tries to win and I am pretty sure that they will win the next game and will not care about the situation and just win that and move on.
