I think it will be better to keep holding especially during this kind of market situation in which all prices are down including bitcoin itself if one sells his coins now he will only lose it will be better to wait till market recovers and all prices are back to normal.Trading of altcoins is also risky during this kind of bear market funds are lost.The best thing to do is to be patient and wait for the market recovery.

The market has been bearish for a couple of month now all we see is the decrease in the prices of altcoins.The price of btc continues to fall which is affecting the market,this year has been a very bad one for cryto but maybe next year will be different prices may all go up and the market will be green again i will advice holding at this time till market stabilizes.

I will definitely choose mining because it is usually more safer than trading altcoins.Trading involve alot of risk and the prices of most altcoins is usually not stable you can buy at higher price and the price will fall before selling unlike mining altcoins which is more profitable and safer than trading.Mining altcoins does not need much skills like trading so i think mining will be better and safer.

I dont think trading will be profitable in this kind of bearish market that is not showing any signs of recovery upto now .One can only make little profit trading this time or make great losses because prices are always going down only some few altcoins rise during the bear market but the best thing is to give trading a break during this kind of market till it recovers.
