3161  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 777Coin Signature Campaign Scam/Non Payment on: July 10, 2016, 12:57:45 PM
What do other members think about this?
It's fairly well known that the campaigns by lightlord/izanagi are usually not paying on time/with a delay of at least one week.
I think the situation has been like this for some months now.

That being said, a full month of delayed payments seems like a vast stretch to me.
I've left a feedback over it, contact me once they catched up with their due payments and I'll remove it.
3162  Local / Mining (Deutsch) / Re: Cloud Mining aktuell unbrauchbar? on: July 10, 2016, 12:36:02 PM
ROI sagt mir ja was, aber was issn BEP?

3165  Other / Meta / Re: Message to DT members. Stop abusing your powers. (And regular members) on: July 10, 2016, 11:29:50 AM
Feel free to create your own thread if you feel that this needs to be discussed however they is off topic here.
Was about to say that, welp, I've skipped the qs/vod discussion, let's get back to the thread and the topic at hand.

In my opinion, if I see a negative trust given by Stunna, I'd believe it more than any of the other DT members as it is really rare tat they give feedback and they use their trust for what it is supposed to be
Who left a specific feedback is rather secondary in my opinion.
I prefer to check the reference of it and make myself an (independent) own impression of the situation over which that feedback was left.
Yes, I might be part of a small group that does this, but I think that's how the feedback system is intended to work.
Don't blindly trust users, but take a look at the things those you care about point out.

Also, Lutpin marked an account that I was trying to sell. That I got as collateral for a loan and had to resell it in order to get my capital back! (though they are usually good at spotting scams)!
It's been ages since I've left negative trust over an account being sold. I tag them with a neutral, and in that I don't care for what reason the account gets sold,
as it doesn't change the situation with the new owner. They're behind a bought account either way, whether that account was sold as collateral or from the original owner.
If I've tagged any of your "assets" from defaulted loans with a negative, point it out to me and I'll gladly revise that to a neutral based on my current agenda on how to proceed with account sales.
3166  Other / Meta / Re: Should signatures be removed from the marketplace or be more strict? on: July 10, 2016, 10:52:51 AM
Looks like bitcointalk.org is turning into just another get paid to post forum. I honestly do believe sig campaigns RUINED this forum.
I think we have to distinguish between the different signature campaigns.
I think signature campaigns are not a problem in general, but those that aren't firmly enough managed are.
Spam ruins every sort of forum and if signatur campaigns encourage spam, they're part of the problem.
Not all campaigns do.
(That's however just my opinion)

Others might disagree but how many of you were here a couple of years ago when sig spam wasn't that big of a problem?
I wasn't and I can't say how the situation was two years ago, or even three/four years ago.
I can however say how the situation is now and I can try to work on improving the current situation.

How many of you are actually here now for anything other than getting paid to post?
Yes, I'm on DannyHamiltons spam/Ignorelist, yes, I'm being publicly displayed together with the worst of spammers.
Why's that? Because I wear a signature that doesn't look as plain as others ("Could be mistaken to be paid for").
I was never enrolled in a signature campaign (I do manage a few) and I was never paid for any of my posts.
I wear my signature the way I do because I want to. It didn't prevent me from getting on Dannys list.
Doesn't change the fact that being paid for my posts is the last thing I want, I've got other incentives to participate in a discussion.

There are some users on mentioned sections that have their own signatures, and if signatures be removed from those section, then they'll be affected as well, so the better option would be making a limit and making the situation more strict instead, so there won't be an incentive for posting on involved sections.
Check your PMs.
3167  Local / Off-Topic (Deutsch) / Re: ACHTUNG vor BETCOIN!!!! on: July 10, 2016, 10:19:39 AM
3168  Other / Meta / Re: Should signatures be removed from the marketplace or be more strict? on: July 09, 2016, 09:19:51 PM
Are we talking about the whole marketplace section (with all sub boards) or just specific areas inside the marketplace?
Because there seem to be sections where this problem is more present (being the digital goods, lending and services sections, imo)
and such where I don't see a big problem at all (the collectibles area for example is pretty unaffected in terms of signature spam).

If removing signatures is the to-go option, I also don't think all sections should be affected.
Yes, there's no need for (paid) signatures in e.g. the lending section.
However, in Gambling (yes, I agree, the "tipster" threads and a few others are very bad) and Service Discussion for example, I see a reason to keep signatures in space.

As for an approach from the rule side, both, with forum rules and the rules signature campaigns pose themselves, I'm generally a fan of more stirct ones and a firm enforcing of those.
3169  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Lealana funded Bitcoin set (1, .5, .25, .10) silver for sale on: July 09, 2016, 08:39:52 PM
That is one very nice set! Number 54. I don't think your asking price is high. Damn, I'm trying NOT to spend anymore right now, I've just bought several coins
I've recently purchased the #20 set at a similar price, so it seems to fit the current range of those.
However, I think you might have better luck at getting this sold by switching to a btc price basis and selling it directly rather than via ebay.

Also, they are black addresses, not green, so they are series 1.
Very low numbers, coming with COA & in the leather case, those are obviously S1 coins, but yes, the black addresses are also one of the key factors when dividing S1 from the S2 green address coins. All S1 coins are funded, those aswell, as shown below.

Those coins carry the same laser markings as mine, just for those wondering (I myself did when purchasing), smoothie seems to have finished the early sets with those markings.
Also, here's the set of addresses:

1BTCnbeQzcYzdaFVmJ1kqE1LH58oE2YgVL
1BTCxpEozN2N9g2WgnL9628ki9k4J7tdpv
1BTC55Zj4e5cDwtag6ct5CRaupNSAFXnxu
1BTCmXLoczC1J4zh8oUQ1PM3JzQ1HeoUtW

Strangely enough, the 0.5 coin seems to have received another transaction of 0.001 (1d200c56245a6f82fcf6aae2f6084f790822ba4a973fe6b0b8f44269f670966c).
Funding address comes up in an old discussion here.
3170  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Donation RAFFLE] Stickers: Bitcoin.Banking Is Necessary. Banks Are Not. on: July 09, 2016, 05:55:05 PM
That's another one I don't manage to get away with. And the streak continues!
Congrats to all winners and happy halving guys.

Slightly OT, but @l6e, did you get my PM and/or package?
3171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HOLY SH*T Do we need a hardfork? Block reward is showing 16.6666BTC??? on: July 09, 2016, 04:58:44 PM
blockchain.info being funny.
Go use a decent explorer and everything's fine.

Should it not be 12.5BTC
It's almost never 12.5BTC. It's 12.5BTC + transaction fees.

I think this is a serious issue
Yes, with you and blockchain.info
Not with the bitcoin network though.
3172  Other / Archival / Re: . on: July 09, 2016, 04:57:38 PM
Welcome to the new age!
Anybody sneaked some transactions into #420,000? Grin

Gotta love that auto-deref.
3174  Other / Meta / Re: Deleting posts with replies on: July 09, 2016, 09:51:20 AM
I just noticed that when you delete a post, all replies connected to that post will be removed alongside it.
IIRC that only happens when moderators delete a post as they usually clean up anything related to that inital post.
As there mostly (/always) is a reason for posts being deleted by moderators (them violating the forum rules), the follow up discussion should be deleted alongside.
I support that practice, as it keeps threads clean and avoids stupid questions afterwards for leftover tails from offtoic/rule-violating discussions.

The dilemma is when you have a reply that was deleted, the count of that post in your activity is also removed.
Of course, you don't get activity for posts that aren't there anymore, as the activity is always calculated according to your recent (or rather almost your recent) post history.
Remind me, what's the "dilemma" again? Not ranking fast enough to earn bigger from signature campaigns?

It just feels quite odd that sometimes when I'm arguing with someone then everything will just go to waste when he deletes the starting post.
Or please someone enlighten me. Maybe I'm missing something here.
As said, only applies to deletions by mods, and they have reasons to do it.
3175  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag Non-Payment of Jackpot on: July 09, 2016, 09:22:32 AM
Just got an Email from Bovada and they are disabling all their Betsoft games until they can figure out what to do about the problems with the Betsoft software.  They're acknowledging there's a problem and they are investigating the situation.
Hey betcoin fan, where did your post go?!
3176  Economy / Services / Re: What is the best signature campaign for full members? on: July 09, 2016, 08:05:18 AM
Hes referring to the shitposter gregh37. Try n look at the sarcasm in his words and youll see its not meant towards me at all
Oh, Ok he skipped "GregH37" , that is why It looks like he is talking about your post. he should have to quote complete.
I didn't want to quote that post by shitposter123, as it has no (relevant) content at all.
Besides that, my post was in direct reply to the post written by yahoo. It was for yahoo, but not about yahoo.
Anyhow, this is getting off-topic. I get along quite well with yahoo, we're fellow campaign managers, no need to come to anyones defence.

@OP: Go send your "brother" join yoshit or secondstrade. Oh right, he's already there.
If he needs help finding another campaign, maybe he's best off staying with them,...
3177  Economy / Services / Re: What is the best signature campaign for full members? on: July 09, 2016, 07:45:25 AM
He cannot join YoCoin. There are no open slots left for full members. Youd know that if you had checked the thread prior to posting here
But that would mean using more time to reseach your posts and using less time for posting itself, resulting in a less total of posts or in more time needed for the same total of posts,
either of one resulting in lower earnings per hour from crapping around the forum.
That's really not a possibility or is it?!
(Disclaimer: Yes, I consider the user a signature spammer.)

If you are talking about yahoo62278
Geez, did you even think for 5 seconds before writing?
3178  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag Non-Payment of Jackpot on: July 09, 2016, 07:03:11 AM
I think jasonrt said that he had reached a settlement.
A "settlement" means less than what he was obligated to receive.

I just hope that jasonrt got a fair settlement
Do you think anything less than the full amount of what was advertised to him would be "fair"?
How would you judge this situation, if you were robbed of your winning, which have been achieved fairly according to the back then running rules?

however, he seems to be satisfied with the result.
He's gotten something, probably that's better than getting nothing at all. Doesn't change the situation though, he had to settle for less than what he should get.

As for the Betcoin's signature and Avatar. It's no secret that I support Betcoin.ag. I have been playing with them a long time and they've always been more than fair with me.
Yet there are so many problems every now and then surfacing with them, this thread only being one of them.

As far as dropping the Betsoft software: I don't know the details of the settlement discussions but I trust Betcoin.ag's judgement.
ALL reputable competitors have dropped BetSoft games immediately after hearing about this and similar issues with the provider.
Regardless of the settlement, can you really stand behind the decision of betcoin not to do the same?
3179  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag Non-Payment of Jackpot on: July 09, 2016, 06:20:15 AM
I am pleased to say that this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction by all parties involved. Responsibility has been taken by Betcoin.ag for lack of clarification from their customer support, Betsoft has acknowledged that the wording on the pay table may have been cause for misunderstanding with respect to jackpot eligibility. Both parties have been very helpful and cooperative in resolving this and made the necessary adjustments.
Nice!  Does that mean Betsoft is off the hook?....or, did you sign a ND in those regards?  Anyhow, congratulations on getting something....we can't let the bad guys ruin it for everyone!  Great campaign to expose them.  I hope it was a fair settlement!
Are you really that retarded cjmoles?
Probably needs to put their conscience at rest, as they still are advertising betcoin.ag...
"The bad guys" are including the company you are featuring in both, your signature and your avatar,
or how can you explain yourself that they didn't yet drop all BetSoft software/games from their site?
3180  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★Crypto-Games.net ★ 8 coins ★ Since 2014 ★ Dice ★ Slot ★ BJ ★ Lottery ★ Jackpot! on: July 09, 2016, 06:11:24 AM
Get ready for the halvening!

We'll kick the party off a little before block #420,000 and for a few hours,
our house edge on dice will be changed from 0.8% to 0.4%!
No rewards being halved, that we leave to the bitcoin network,
with us, it's just the house edge.
