3161  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: DragonMint T1, Innosilicon T1, Aladdin t1 dead after update firmware on: April 17, 2022, 11:06:45 PM
Good evening, nice to greet you. I have an Aladdin T1 42th. I would like to know if this machine has any updated firmware.

Next time use Google Translate before you post here this is not a local section.

Try the firmware from Braiins OS I think it supports Aladdin t1.

Can you access the miner through a browser to check the HW version because g19 units can be still able to flash through an SD card?

Anyway, try this firmware that was already posted here on the forum before

3162  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginner question on: April 17, 2022, 12:00:23 AM
If you are sending Bitcoins to another exchange I think they do also support those networks like BEP20 but if you trying to send it to a Bitcoin wallet like Electrum or Bitcoin core they do only support mainnet which is BTC only like you did on the first transaction.

I think you are looking for a cheaper Bitcoin withdrawal fee? Binance withdrawal fee is expensive its 0.0005BTC or 50k sats.

If you want to buy bitcoin and withdraw them cheaper FTX exchange is the best option you can have a free withdrawal except for small transactions but it is still cheap they charge a withdrawal fee of up to 0.10%.
3163  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BlockFi (BlockFi.com) locked my account with $25,000 inside on: April 16, 2022, 11:42:02 PM
That was my intention. I purchased Bitcoin and couple of other coins via BlockFi, but when I tried to withdraw my coins, they locked my account.

What kind of ID did you submit when KYC verification?
According to them they do not accept these IDs below

Code:
Unacceptable Identity Documents
Expired IDs
Hong Kong ID cards
School IDs
Medical IDs
Temporary (paper) IDs
Residence Permit
Public Services Card
Military IDs

If you are living in the US they accept only these two IDs State-issued IDs (Driver's License or Identification Card) and US Passport
Outside of the US country, they accept Government-issued photo IDs, National Identity Card, and Passport.

You might be submitted an unacceptable ID that is why they do ask again for KYC verification.
I believe it will take a while to solve this case better use the link that I posted above and start to call them for complaints since they already said they will only release the funds until they receive court order.
3164  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: What is Crypto Mining? on: April 16, 2022, 11:20:36 PM
Why not read some courses instead to learn more about Bitcoin and Crypto as a newbie it won't be easy to understand but if you keep reading and using them you will fully understand how these work.

Check these sources and look for some free courses out there

3165  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Chip temperature - Avalon 1166 Pro 81TH on: April 16, 2022, 10:53:43 PM
i have actually just noticed that one of my chips on the 1 hashboard is about 158C its only one chip and im just wondering is this chip just going to burn up the board or is there somehow a read error on this board where that cant be possible?

Check the hashboard physically it might have a loose heatsink you can fix them by using thermal adhesive or thermal glue or hire someone to repair the hashboard it could be a dying chip or it needs a bit of resolder due to cold solder joints.

Check the list of repair centers from this link below and look for near repair centers.

Learned, and did it. For those who have suspicion, please see it for yourselves.

This unit looks s19 it doesn't have a difference in a physical appearance here is the image you link

And look at the serial it is a serial number for s19 units?

Why not hire someone to make a review of this unit? Like HagssFIN he can make a review and guide and I'm sure it's a big help for your company to gain trust.
3167  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: HELP. I need to know if my Electrum address is correct on: April 15, 2022, 11:51:41 PM
Native Segwit addresses can actually contain up to 90 characters, but I don't think I have ever seen such an address in the wild. Those long ones probably use more complex scripts, which affects the addresses' length.

Well never seen any addresses yet more than 62 characters I mostly use segwit addresses with 42 characters and sometimes taproot addresses with 62 characters sample this address(bc1qgdjqv0av3q56jvd82tkdjpy7gdp9ut8tlqmgrpmv24sq90ecnvqqjwvw97) with a large number of funds.

No one yet seems planning to use a 90 characters address?
3168  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Read]:New ZingoStealer infostealer targets crypto and crypto related wallets on: April 15, 2022, 10:55:46 PM
It seems my kid's PC has this software called loader.exe but not for CSGO mostly my kids are looking for generators and cheats or hacks for Roblox so I think my kid's PC is already infected with that malware. Their PC has full of malware and ads which are very annoying when using their PC.

That is why not recommended to download any game hacks or generators or mostly patcher or loader to bypass playing paid games.
I have experienced wrapping software before that includes silent install and put a readme notes under the rar file and tell them to disable antivirus before you install the software or game. Someone taught me how to do it and monetize them to earn from CPA. So I know how this works and how they can infect target victims without any good antivirus and Malwarebytes protection you can be easily targeted by this. If they are going to target my PC it's impossible for them that they can hack or get any information from my PC because all of them are fake information.
3169  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Question about Temp on: April 15, 2022, 01:39:49 PM

Thank you for your Reply.
So 73. C is ok right!

Yes, it should be ok according to the bitmain temp range and based on my experience with the s9 unit.

If your miner is mining normally without any problem you don't need to do anything to make your ASIC chip cooler than 73c. It's a normal range of most of the Bitmains miner.
3170  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Question about Temp on: April 15, 2022, 11:50:59 AM
Hi

Here you are:

https://ibb.co/MZWyfTJ

That temp is related to ASIC chip, not the PCB temp.

I think the ASIC chip temp should be around 110c more than that it will detect overheating and the hashboard will automatically shut down. The bitmain firmware itself has it's own temp protection it will only trigger when the temp touches 110c.
3171  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looking For The Forex Trading? on: April 14, 2022, 11:58:47 PM
Never heard of that trading exchange before I search a bit and it's based in Malaysia and already check that they have an agreement with Sec.gov from this link below

It looks legal but I never heard of this exchange and there is no difference from other exchanges (Not forex trading).

The domain is registered in 2015 and it's weird it will expire on this year 03/26.

Code:

3172  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Restoring Armory 1.35c wallet on: April 14, 2022, 11:38:05 PM
I finally got it to work. I guess I was adding an extra space or line break where it didn't belong or something.  Wallet ID / uid matched. Thanks for the help.

Do you mean the extra space in the middle of the 1st and 2nd rootkey?

It should have double space in the middle of the 1st and 2nd rootkey and if you paste or manually type the root key when restoring it with Armory wallet the spaces are automatically filled.
So how did you use the extra space or line break?
3173  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Model?Ratheon S99 miner on: April 14, 2022, 11:23:43 PM
Why can't you explain it here? This is suspicious as hell

This is what he said on the PM

That image is from bdlcyber site unless you own bdlcyber.com?
The domain itself was registered last year on November 19 which is new it only had a total of 50k traffic for almost 5 months.
The SEO strategy is poor and I think only one person does this they only have got some backlinks from Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook including site checker.
They do not have an official Twitter account only Xanny555 on Twitter promotes it.

So how can we trust that you own that hardware and have this unit physically?

Can you take a selfie with this unit while holding a paper(Fan Sign) with your username here?

Sorry my friend, I am really new to Bitcointalk and not a tech guy, I don't even know how to post a picture properly, that's the reason why suspicion was raised by some verterans. To answer your question above:
1. That image is from bdlcyber site unless you own bdlcyber.com?
No, I don't, but my boss owns it, I am just a member of staff.
2. The domain itself was registered last year on November 19 which is new it only had a total of 50k traffic for almost 5 months.
The SEO strategy is poor and I think only one person does this they only have got some backlinks from Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook including site checker.
This is because they just started the sales business last year, and now is trying to expand it overseas. Before that, all miners were shipped to the State for own use since the company has its own hosting site operating in Wisconsin, and an upcoming one in Texas. And yes, you are right, the website is beyond satisfactory, we are still working on the promoting strategy.
3. Can you take a selfie with this unit while holding a paper(Fan Sign) with your username here?
Since we are the manufacturer ourselves, you can rest assured that the actual existence of the machine is legit, I can definitely show you the unit but just don't know how to do it here in this forum. Everything I posted is shown as link, or if you don't mind, could you please teach me how? Cry

According to his PM, he is one of bdlcyber staff and he can't able to put any image here on the forum(The only reason newbies do not allow to post images) and I think it's an excuse.

@BDLLTD.

If you already posted the link of image above better do the same thing or upload all images on imgur.com and share the URL link here. Let's see if it has a physical product.
3174  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: long time GPU miner new time BTC ASIC miner - most popular pool on: April 14, 2022, 10:59:26 PM
Actually, I never heard of this website before.
The miningpoolstat is sorted with hashrate which is why this foundrydigital site takes the first position.

I suggest better don't mine on that pool try viabtc.com or slush pool. Or another pool listed on miningpoolstats. I won't take any risk mining on a not well-known pool and possible manipulated hashrate.
3175  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Question about Temp on: April 14, 2022, 10:30:34 PM
The link image does not work better upload it on imgur.com
About the normal temp operation of this unit mostly Antminer unit normal temp should not be more than 80c to 85c but s11 according to Bitmain it around 95c PCB temp.

Source: Miner normal operating temperature range

If the temp of your miner is more than the normal operating temp that hashboard will automatically shut down.
3176  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer s9 not hashing noobie on: April 14, 2022, 04:28:28 PM
I can't see any issue on the logs or possible errors.
Can you try to flash it again with different firmware available on bitmain(lower version) then try again.

Also, check your router and maybe the firewall is blocking your miner from connecting to the pool.
Also, try to mine on different pools to test. You can check other pools from here https://miningpoolstats.stream/
3177  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BlockFi (BlockFi.com) locked my account with $25,000 inside on: April 13, 2022, 11:58:41 PM
BlockFi seems a site where you can deposit and earn from staking and be able to trade.
That is why I don't want to use a platform like this because it's very risky it is just like an investment site and we know most of them are scam.
I search a bit about this but no one yet says that this site is a scam for me, it's very risky to deposit on such a platform.

It was discussed here on the forum already here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5351146.0

If you have a problem with them you can call them directly check this link below.

I Hope the list of customer support from the link above can help you with your complaints contacting directly through call can speed up the process than waiting for their email.
3178  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Restoring Armory 1.35c wallet on: April 13, 2022, 11:40:52 PM
If you are using macOS you can try to use the older version of armory wallet and run it offline you can download the older version from this link below

There are two options to use the online and the offline so run the Armory offline and then restore the root key.
Then back up it again but this time choose export key list so that you can get all private keys and import them to other wallets that support macOS like Electrum.
3179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Full node is not working anymore after power outage on: April 13, 2022, 10:53:09 PM
I'm using windows 10 on my pc. I've read that files could get corrupted in case of sudden close, I hope this isn't my case but I'm prepared.
I will try and restart everything, I hope it will work. And yeah, I will consider a UPS or laptop. Thank you very much for your advice!

Mostly corruption is the cause if you didn't close the bitcoin core properly.

The only solution that I know to fix the issue of Bitcoin core corruption is by using -reindex since you are using Windows OS you can put the -reindex in bitcoin core shortcuts under target: just like this image below then apply. Relaunch the Bitcoin core and it should start reindexing.

3180  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Socket connect failed: Connection refused on: April 13, 2022, 10:22:41 PM

Did you get a chance to see the new logs I posted?
I check but it shows two hashbord with 0 ASIC numbers I suggest you try to troubleshoot and check the hashboard physically. Use multimeter to check resistance on the test point.

You can follow the guide from this link below
- https://www.zeusbtc.com/articles/information/169-antminer-s15-and-t15-manual-download

Also, check the voltage output of your PSU  and try to mine on other pools.
