3161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I just SOLD my girlfriends car to buy more ETH at sale price :) on: March 04, 2021, 08:54:56 PM

to be honest this story is the craziest thing I've ever heard apart from pizza buyers who use bitcoin, but in this case I personally will not do it in a hurry without a long analysis because 2000 € is not a small amount of money, especially if you have to sell the car you have, wow it can be a pretty big bet with two choices, if you predict you are right, of course the wealth will be yours and if your prediction is wrong, of course it will make you really crazy  Grin Grin

It all matters on the acceptance of the risk you are facing on when you do deal with crypto market.IF this one turns out to be crazy then this one would be lot more crazier.

Dutch family had sold out everything for BTC in 2017.
https://cryptoslate.com/dutch-family-that-sold-everything-for-btc-in-2017-is-still-buying/#:~:text=Didi%20Taihuttu%20made%20news%20three,father%20of%20three%20told%20CNBC.

They would be in riches if they do still able to held off all of those btc until now.
3162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let satoshi talk to us. on: March 04, 2021, 08:09:17 PM
I think it will be a good ideas if satoshi will give us a speech on his innovation,I will kindly like yo hear the speech or comments of satoshi about bitcoin, I don’t have a particular point to mention here, He should generalize his comments in all part of his innovative(Bitcoin) this will take bitcoin to $100k and more. Every one will link to see what will happen.

Speech?

We didnt even know on who he is, what he look like or doesnt know if he's alive or not but for sure thatt he's been looking out on the success of his creation.

He might not be showing off into the public but for sure he's way too proud on how Bitcoin help out not only on the innovation of payment system but also into the opportunity that it do
gives when it comes to earning opportunity.

Having this word will give out impact or even showing off into the community once again will really be that enough to pump up the price.
3163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you rely on the odds when placing bets? on: March 03, 2021, 11:43:18 PM
Relying on odds in betting has become a major part it seems, because even though gamblers have made the analysis but if it's just low odds like 1.0x then I'm sure they will go and look for higher or better odds. Maybe some gamblers do that and because of that, relying on odds in betting somehow I realize they will still rely on odds, but that doesn't mean they are making random bets because at least it's a choice of something we analyzed earlier.

It's a choice that comes up after analyzing the game. There are many strategy that gamblers use when choosing the games and the odds of any specific sports.

They'll sort it up and try to check valuebets that they can have, a lots of gamblers continue to chase for  a much better odd considering the risk and he opporunities, if you are going to win small amount and you are risking huge value then finding alternative is much better, hndicap or any additional ways to bet instead of ML.
Some do risk out even if they do saw 1.01 but others do really find out another line for them to make bets to utilize or getting profit as much as they can. There are lots of variations you can choose on.

Its up to someone on which one he would choose to make use or would just decide on sticking with that single bet with low odds or profitability.I dont see anything worth if it does below 1.5x.

If there are other options given then that would be a good option to take and i can bare to take risk rather than on a 1.01.
3164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin needs more women. on: March 03, 2021, 10:37:54 PM
I would admit that such kind of situation is not only in the crypto currency world, but in lots of directions where men are ingaged mostly. It is historically so and there is nothing strange in it. But I would not be so sure that there is some discrimination for women. There are lots of women in the crypto and they are successful and happy in my opinion)))
Gender inequality had been always a problem and this isnt only talks about only on this market but in other field as well where women do really being underestimated

which i can say it is normal to see those kind of argumentations. It is just right that man would really be always be engage on things which are supposed to fit them due to capacity but doesnt
mean that women cant do such thing too.

Those kind of mindset had been burried into anyones mind that they musnt really engage into things which are way too risky.
3165  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bank withholding funds? on: March 03, 2021, 09:39:29 PM
From which amount did your bank retained your money and asked you to supply additional documents etc? 10K+? 100K+? they never retained your amount? Planning to book partial profits and want to know others experience.

Please mention the country you reside if possible (if not, at least the continent). Thanks!
Depends on what county you do live in but overall banks do have threshold for the alarm to ring which would really require more verification and other documents when big money is deposited or get involved.

Here in my case or my country which does have that $10,000 single transaction would really be ringing up those bells or would really be getting some attention from banks knowing that AMLA or simply
anti laundering law will be the most common thing you will be having an issue.

They do have all the full rights to hold up those funds if you cant able to show proof on where those funds came from and its really a pain in the ass.
3166  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best and "safest" investable casino out there? on: March 03, 2021, 08:24:22 PM
Crypto.games had close out their investment option which is already been a while and Yolodice had close its doors just for some information yet other people above do still
recommend of things which are unavailable for them to invest.

So this are the only 2 i do see much worth for you to put up some funds.
Bustabit,Bustadice and Yolodice.

These are places are known and reputable into this market and there's no doubt to that.

3167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HoDL Pays Off Finally on: March 03, 2021, 07:10:29 PM
So finally holding coins thus pay off, there have been many doubts and complains in the past about if bull season will ever make a comeback, here we are today in another bigger and better bull season, how many of you dumped and give up before bull season begins? This is why patience is the key when holding coins

BNB was once 6$
ETH was once 100$
BTC was once 3500$
Paid off to those who held and regrets to those who had missed out the opportunity to buy while its still cheap or did hesitate to buy when the market is really on reds.

Mistakes like these are common because we cant really able to remove the fact that market is always been unpredictable and as a human being then its just normal

to have those thoughts and hindrances inside because we are risking off our own money.Only to those who had fixed out their minds on taking up some risk despite of the situation

or the risk involved and this one turns out pretty well for them but doesnt mean that it is already late for you to get involved.
3168  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you define rich? on: March 02, 2021, 11:49:40 PM
It is a subjective topic and question. Well, if I own $1M then I'm rich and if I own 1000 bitcoin, I'm also rich in my own definition. Just as the others, they'll also consider themselves for having both to be rich or with any of those.
The basic definition of being rich is that you've got a lot of money to spend, house to sleep and wants that you already have while having financial freedom. But if you ask Bob Marley, he have a different answer about richness.
People do have different mindsets this is why definition of being rich would really vary but one thing in common is about on that financial freedom on where humans do really aim for.

This is the reason on why we do work hard, why we do make out investment and other ways for us to earn money because we do really aim on having that status in life where we dont need
to work hard for us to buy our needs and wants.

Defining rich does really talks about on having lots of money..In difference with countries currencies then numbers will really be different on each places.
3169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: March 02, 2021, 10:33:44 PM
Ayton will have to play a good game for the Lakers to lose.  That's asking a lot from the young big man.  We'll see though.  The Suns usually have a hard time against the Lakers, but this is the best team we've had in years.  I'll be watching the game tonight.  It's a nationally televised event on TNT, which the Suns don't see very often.  I actually can't remember if I've ever seen the Suns on TNT.  Certainly not since the Nash/Marion days.
Ah so you are Suns fan Smiley. Yeah I agree, Ayton won't have an easy job against Harell and Gasol, that's for sure. I've been underestimating your team yet they keep winnings, so decided to put some money on the this time.

Can't say I paid attention much to Suns since the Nash days, but because my countrymen Saric joined them (who I think is pretty decent this season considering the minutes he had) kinda started watching Suns game again.

Riding on the same boat here, too much for Lakers hype, the losing streak that I witnessed kinda showed they are not unbeatable and based on how the suns are playing lately which they have won 8 games of the last 10, I think they'll snatch a win here, even on the road.

I would put up some bets on Suns this time..Not that much of a Lakers hater but i do feel out that they can really win this time.I agree into those words above about Suns only get some attention into those Nash days.
3170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL ₿itcoin for Life, not for Lifetime. on: March 02, 2021, 09:08:32 PM
~

People have their own target price to sell, so they still hold it until they see that price. But yes, I think we can sell bitcoin at the high price and buy back more bitcoin when the price is down because that can give us more amount of bitcoin that we already sold before. If we can have more amount of bitcoin than before, we can have a chance to make a bigger profit, and if we can do that continuously, the profit will be bigger.
Many people could've taken advantage of the price around <45k. It's not the solid floor and it could go way below lesser than that.
Seems like this price range we got which is between 45k and 50k is a bit day tradeable.
Longer-term profits isn't yet showing its signs right now but I know we're gonna retake >50k price. This'll be like dreaming again the 20k back in 2017 but barely managed then suddenly it went higher than that.
Few days passed it did able to hit $50k+ more but it did suddenly goes down in a short time going back to 47k as of this writing and we are really playing off with these levels.

For those who do love to scalp then these movements would be the best recipes for them to do so, next movement is unpredictable even if you do put up lots of technicals along the line.

Minimal movements does neither indicate a possible bearish move or a pump. Its really hard to consider or to know on what would be the next movement in next minute, hour, day or month or years.
3171  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quit My Full Time Job to Trade Cryptos Full Time on: March 02, 2021, 07:47:54 PM
In the past month and a half i've made over 100k arbing different markets and developing a very hard-to-beat strat. I submitted my resignation to my full time job last week . Wish me luck.

Long live crypto.  Cool
That sounds good and only a few could able to do such thing when making trading as a main source of income and become sustainable with it. Its just nice to hear off to somebody that theyre

trying to make a very hard to beat strategy.Well, good luck into that one and wish you the best in your trading journey because having some talent on dealing with market doesnt really fit out for all.

How i wish that i would be something the same like you on where i would quit up my 8-5 job and go full time with trading, if i would really be sustainable.
3172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take team's cohesion into account when betting? on: March 01, 2021, 11:56:47 PM
It has a lot to do with knowing that the team is balanced rather than cohesive, since you do not want a member that is Bantha forrage. Also, they should be able to grow professionally by learning from their peers.
I think the sometimes a team cohesiveness can balance out the of what is missing from the team. So it doesn't necessary requires that the team is balance for them to be better and even if they aren't balance in terms of aggressiveness and defensiveness, they can still make up or focus on what they missing or their strength.
By the way, I don't know the term "Bantha Forrage" and I have to look it up on google to know what it meant. Anyway, if I am correct to assume what it means then I completely agree with you not needing and wanting someone like that from the team. Imagine having a teammate that has a mindset of YOLO or yelling "leeeeerrroooooyyyyy jeeeeeennnkkkkkkiiiiiinnnnsss" in any match will surely ruin the teamwork, efforts and strategies.
Can really patch up or could possibly close the gap but we cant really deny that sooner or later you would really able to tell or see the difference when it comes to experience/capacity,capability

no matter what a certain team achieved that kind of teamwork or sync will guaranteed out win but somehow there's always a glimpse of hope when everyone is really doing up their part.

Sports that do mainly focus on team work would really be having this thing for you to consider but some bettors doesnt really look at into this factor and just focusing when
it comes to statistics comparison.
3173  Economy / Speculation / Re: Correction is coming on: March 01, 2021, 09:56:42 PM
Sell your coins while you can, price is almost certain to correct downwards by at least 50% over next few months.
In my life I try to make less cutloss, after I buy I will keep hold it because I belive that the price will back, I will hold my previous buying and buy at new dip with fresh money, If more dip, same like previous I will keep hold it and buy at the new dip with fresh money

Very easy to say then to execute, if actually you're doing what you wrote then keep it up as you'll be among the very few celebrates in the future celebrating the new highs while those that sold would be regretting. If you observe the industry closely you'll notice something new which are the institutional money investors pouring in more funds at every dip.

They know something that we don't and that has to revolves around positive development towards the currency. The only way you can play it safe is by following their strategy, buy more when the market dips and there's nothing wrong in securing profit when the opportunity presents itself as the market will always find a way to offer opportunity for rebuying.
All matters with experience and this is why every person/trader/investor would really have their own calls when they do saw some opportunity. It is true that people do really say up some words easily but when you are

already on the actual situation then this is where story starts to change where hesitance and  doubts can really be felt in the time you dont know on whats going in specially in price dips or dumps.

Correction is always next on line and you will really generate lots of thoughts that if its the right time to buy or you should wait a little bit more to utilize the possible best entry point.
3174  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 CryptoWin is a new completely fair blockchain lottery 💴 💵 💴 💵 on: March 01, 2021, 07:47:22 PM
Your site is not optimized properly on mobiles since we need to zoom out to properly view everything. Bad first impressions. The design itself seems decent though.
Since they are new here and newly launched their gambling platform, so it is considerable, maybe they are in under development phase and will release a mobile version soon.

Lottery looks fair to me, But as like @Haunebu said $2+ will seem like a huge amount to many gamblers. So It is ok that you fixed the bet amount at $2.75 for each ticket, But it would be better if you also run some bets with a low amount of ticket price. Then gamblers with low Bankroll will also be able to buy tickets.

Applying Viewport on front-end isnt really much a hard work to be done which they should really be fixing it out since most people now are on their mobile phones and having this
problem wouldnt really be appealing after all.

Welcome into this forum CryptoWin. Even though blockchain lotteries arent really getting much attention here but who knows that this one will really be getting some recognition.
It is just a matter of exposure or advertisement with some mix of typical promotions.

I agree that ticket price and deductions is on the high side which it should really be adjusted on.
3175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin investment on: March 01, 2021, 06:47:20 PM
If you are going to invest for the long term, then the best time to enter the market is right now. You can wait endlessly, but there may always be a bad time for you. And then it turns out that the best time to enter was when you were putting off and waiting for better times. The bull market is ongoing and it will probably continue for a long time. Therefore, the best time to enter is right now.

It all matters with the risk that you can able to put through and this is where people differs in terms of decisions making and other factors that will really be influencing your decisions towards your investments.

This will test out your patience and will also test out your risk management because its up to someone on how he looks at with Bitcoin neither its good for long term or it would be good for shorter durations.

Wont matter if you do make out gains in small percentages because if it would be accumulated then it would be equalled nor even passed to those profits that you can potentially when you decide to hold
and sell it for long term.
3176  Economy / Speculation / Re: btc dump today and yesterday on: February 26, 2021, 11:16:38 PM

what  is behind the dump which is in progress last couple days ?
I know its volatility , but comparing to last couple months its quite bigger
Cheers

Who knows?

These are typical days here on crypto and yes these pumps and decrease are somewhat big on particular days and there are several reasons like adoption news most likely and some days are just random pumps without everybody knowing on whats the reason.

One of the hardest thing on why people do really struggle on dealing with this market due to moving prices in random behavior.

Your experience will be the key for you to sustain on this field.
if not then expect loss even though its inevitable but somewhat can be handled.
3177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The History Of Crypto Gambling on: February 26, 2021, 10:14:13 PM
Thanks for the effort op and i was surprised about those name mentioned to be part of history as if theyre just new into gambling industry specially with Bitcasino whom i thought they are just new.Im bit sure that there are other old casino or dice site should be included on the list?

Those winnings wayback to those years are awesome but considering the value then it is most likely a typical or ordinary hit but in todays price then that would be life changing.

gambling industry had become so big only in a decades time
and still continue to grow day by day.
3178  Economy / Economics / Re: What We Should Learn From Elon Musk Influence on: February 25, 2021, 07:01:03 PM
snip

Of course, the information that is voiced by people like Elon Musk can have both positive and negative effects. It is difficult to say that this is good, since all this can look like manipulation, and manipulation in itself is very bad. However, as we can see, strange things have been happening in the world lately, primarily in informational terms, and this trend may continue. It is very important for us not to succumb to everything they say, the main thing is to highlight the necessary and correct information for ourselves.
And with some mix of risk taking factor too when you do make out decisions varying or basing into those tweets or words that do came out to their mouths.

The difference when these popular people do make out some sentiment is that people or the community do really took it seriously and apply it into their investment decisions.
When it comes to manipulation side of things then its very plausible thats why we should really watch out.

Secure profits when you do see gains and dont mold up that kind of FOMO where you do wait up for the peak because if market turns to flip out
then you would really be missing out those potential profits that you should have able to gain earlier.
3179  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crashed below $48K, is the bull market in danger? on: February 25, 2021, 04:24:11 PM
Bitcoin price dropped below $48,000 in a major correction on Monday right before the U.S. market open.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-price-crashes-below-48k-but-is-the-bull-market-in-danger
$45k as its lowest but look at on how fast it did able to recover? I cant blame to those people who do think off that this might be the big crash but it didnt really happen.

The price had able to cling up and pass 50k price in no time and now we are seeing some casual rise and decrease of prices which it isnt surprising.
Bull market in danger? As long the demand is still on the same intensity or supports are strong then i dont really see the chance.

Always take precaution on your investment decisions though.

The market at the moment is where many people can panic, of course sometimes I think they are looking to lower the price a bit so that the strong hands or whales can buy cheaper and thus take the bitcoin from the weak hands, this guy of strategies are very common in any speculative market.
Common sell off point!

Once this thing is over where the market is really shaking off those weak hands then it would eventually recovers and thats what happened on the current situation
we are in where it did dip -10k and just recovered back to 50k level again.

To those who had able to buy cheap coins then they do able to make profit in a short time.Bull market is in danger? You should always anticipate
for this thing to happen because we wont really able to see a market that would be having continous rise.

So be prepared and be smart always.
3180  Other / Off-topic / Re: Deontay Wilder: He makes another WILD conspiracy theory about his loss to Fury on: February 25, 2021, 03:57:17 PM
Wilder should be advised and somebody in his corner should teach him to move forward let go of those fights that keep haunting him and just get back into the ring, he is capable of winning and knocking anybody out, that pick a good boxer to fight, and when he wins it he will forget his loss and can concentrate on winning his title back.
I doubt that he had been told by the team itself when it comes on moving on since from the start on moving on forward specially now that they do able to see that he had really been affected much because of that lose.

He is capable off and theres no doubt with that and its just there are really just much better boxer who had able to beat you up.Well, thats how sports do works  on where neither you win or lose.

If he wont really moved on then it would really be hard for him to fight back in his well-conditioned body and mind.
