3161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 years ago, when bitcoin was about to reach $1... on: February 11, 2021, 11:10:19 PM
This topic make me realize how idiot i am at that time because my friend actually tell me to buy bitcoin but i just ignoring him.

When the price of bitcoin hit $5k for the first time then it make me realize, i should know better about this investment.

And here i go, still keep learning everyday about this investment.
Then, that be good for you and I was expecting that you are holding a lot of Bitcoin after realizing that this is a profitable investment.

I know a lot of people just missed this opportunity because, at the very start, nobody is expecting to have this trend from $1 to $50k, that will be crazy. This might be a perfect time to start the party while waiting for the price to reach $100k.

Anyway, not all of us have the guts, many we're still ignoring this. Very unfortunate but this is the real thing that happens to crypto. Sometimes we feel bad and have some blames.

3162  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Importance of Bitcoin Dominance on: February 11, 2021, 03:00:29 PM
What I understand is that every time that BTC dominance changes, altcoins behave in the opposite direction. In some worse cases that one BTC is dropping, the faster these altcoins drops. This is commonly happening after the bullish season just like the 2017 event.

The BTC dominance is really in huge effect on the altcoins. If we are setting a goal to buy altcoins, must have to check on the BTC.D first as this will help us to determine the closest and preferred price to buy. And the best opportunity is that when BTC.D is declining coz there is a huge possibility that altcoins will do the rally.
3163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How long can this BULL run last?? on: February 10, 2021, 02:07:22 PM
Perhaps, we are already seeing the bullish season since last year's 3rd quarter( if not mistaken) and until now, we are still experiencing such a growing trend that we never saw before. If we are thinking when we are seeing back the $10k, $5k, or $3k...maybe we have to stop imagining that price.

The market demand is badly increasing, price moves high which it makes it hard for the price to have a huge drop. Not exactly I was right, but as it is shown to us, only a little chance or possibly it never happens.
3164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people follow Elon Musk? on: February 10, 2021, 01:52:04 PM
Elon musk is for me a big figure in business. in cryptocurrency elon musk also has a huge asset and influence on the cryptocurrency community. so that sometimes what he says has an influence on the development of a project. that's why many people including me follow Elon musk.
When the product of the Elon car company becomes popular then of course it will have a large following. especially when he made a crypto-related post. make the market move very fast due to the response of a person who has a large community. We've seen situations like that happen to several crypto assets. the influence of big names like John McAfee, Trump, and several big companies like Facebook have also made this market move, although not as big as it is today.
Elon Musk wins at this time, he is more powerful than John McAfee and Trump. I was now excited to see what will be his next blowout in the crypto world. He got Doge and Bitcoin, it might possible we move to other coins. Or at worse if he dumps crypto back to the ground.

However, that is too slim to happen. Not seeing him was totally bad for us.

On the other side,
I was thinking of Elon Musk will help to lift up XRP to its bad situation and help to recover.
3165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Journey : Doubling my BTC investment on: February 10, 2021, 01:24:27 PM
You'll not be getting that huge gain/profit from your investment if you are one of those panic sellers.

You have the got to hold and patiently wait for the best time, ain't that perfect but still, you are gaining in the triple. Only a few people manage to do this since we are passing $20k coz it probably many holders are selling that time.

Well, I have to ask you if you still have the gut to buy Bitcoin now? Will you still risk your money since many speculations that we are able to reach $100k?
3166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make money from Bitcoin in 2021 on: February 10, 2021, 10:06:53 AM
BTC trading, you don't make bitcoin because you need bitcoin to start trading, you only make profit if you are good in trading.

The rest like mining (requires huge capital for good mining rigs) and yield farming, these are investment that requires capital, you can acquire bitcoin when you buy but like I said, you don't make it, unless you work for it, example in the OP is survey, my only concern is the amount you'll make, I don't know if it will satisfy you.
3167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Government Rules Mean No More Gambling Sponsorship on: February 10, 2021, 09:36:35 AM
Team owners and the gambling advertisers who will be affected don't have any options since
it's the government who's implementing the rules.

Definitely, they should adjust here and just comply with the law, otherwise they will suffer from the penalty.
When government issued this kind of law, there's always a sanction as it's an act of anti gambling or let's say to help people minimize from gambling.

This has an impact on the revenue of the league itself but on the other hand, it will help people learn how to minimize gambling or even avoid it.
3168  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin is going cross $40k again? on: February 09, 2021, 01:38:54 PM
its been only a week since btc starts malfunctioning and you are already worrying ? arent you get used to fluctuations . i think btc already have this condition right at the start .

when there is a pump not all people think it will continue and break another ath but there are people that are worried that btc will fall back again  . that was the only two scenario that can happen to btc it will either rise more  or it will fall down or fall down harder but the results now are on the positive side . happy now ?

While the OP was worried at the time of his posting this thread, only more than a week from his post and we are experiencing the new ATH of btc at more than 47k level. The happenings in crypto are really quite fast. The news coming from Tesla buying $1.5B worth of bitcoin really boosts what is happening in the market. So now, we are heading to 50k and we are not yet at the end of the month.
It maybe OP wanted to edit it" When Bitcoin is going to cross $50k?" That seems so close right now and maybe we hit it by tomorrow, who knows?

Well, I don't need to make myself very excited, I was still mad about my situation. What was more exciting for me is to see more big companies will buy Bitcoin just like how Tesla did.

What we got now have something to tell everyone, we are very close to the huge crypto adoption as these leading companies accepting Bitcoin, the massive growth of gambling sites accepting crypto, it eventually says that we are near achieving to crypto vision.
3169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel, Looking at the Bullrun market? on: February 09, 2021, 01:12:55 PM
Are you sad to see the current market situation? YES to ME  Cry
1. Seeing insane eth gas costs, Unable to trade small amounts of tokens due to expensive shipping costs.
2. Seeing the increase in the price of BTC reaching the new ATH, I can't do much because I don't have any BTC investments or other coin investments whose prices have gone up.

Oh my GOD .. my life is very sad. I hope BTC and ETH prices drop dramatically, amen  Grin
I understand how you feel cause just like you, I was selling my BTC's earlier and that was so regretting to see the market pump. I was not jealous but instead, I was happy for this amazing improvement. And I'd rather have to close my eyes and imagining what I should do when Bitcoin reaches $100k.

It is so much for that, whether we like it or not, we have to accept it even it is badly affecting our emotions. What we do now is to enjoy the moment, we can make an investment later once the prices drop again( that will be a long wait, I think).
3170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla buys 1.5 BILLION worth Bitcoins !! Good or Bad ? on: February 09, 2021, 04:50:55 AM
Too good we are, apparently, this helping the crypto community.

Elon Musk and Tesla are pushing the market to move extra miles. Crypto/Bitcoin holders will be happy, not those who are fans of fiat money.
Elon Musk prepares for future development and he knows that Bitcoin can potentially consider as a major currency be used in the future. And to anticipate such a huge change, they are taking the huge step first.

One of the richest men in the world knows what is better and what exactly he does to crypto means that we are into that someday.
3171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla buys $1.5 billion in Bitcoin on: February 08, 2021, 10:58:35 PM
Tesla now is absolutely making a huge effect on the market, the spike that we saw is the cause of this buying amount. I was truly amazed by the support that Elon did, that kinda be he is really serious about what he doing right now. From Twitter, Doge pump, Bitcoin doing the same, and have this Tesla. Everyone now is on the look to Elon. They are obviously watching him what he does next.

I wonder if SpaceX or Starlink will get into Bitcoin.  We got a lot of time before we need payments sent back and forth between Mars, but it seems that SpaceX at least would want to be able to transact using crypto between settlements.
You can't simply ignore that because I now seeing that Elon is adopting crypto, he's not joking now, I think.
3172  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading bot vs. you -> who's better? on: February 08, 2021, 07:54:20 AM
Bots can be helpful, but using bots while you do not know about analyses will make you lose more than gain. There are many times bots will predict the market wrong. You can use signals, bots or any other things of such, but the best trade you can make is for you to learn, understand, start with low amount you can lose and have experience in trading yourself. Knowing about trading will make you good and better than depending on others. But you have to be very patient and not greedy, it can take you months.
We have to learn first before jumping into learning how bots will be used. Because many people were thinking that bots really work but before they are using this tool, they must have invested themselves in actual trading which is very important.

@OP, if you have more time to trade, make yourself comfortable doing it on your own. A trading bot is helpful but we should also have to understand that it runs only as we give a command to it. If we are wrong, obviously, the bot will also fail. If we don't have enough knowledge in trading, what we could give to the bot?
3173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Dominance increases again and what happened to altcoin? on: February 08, 2021, 07:29:42 AM
every time bitcoin dominance increases, there is nothing good for altcoins. so I'm sure that's not a good sign. bitcoin dominance is sometimes bad for the altcoin trend. so there's no way this could trigger the altcoin season. If seen this is only good for crypto that is in the top ranks, the rest are depreciating and unable to enjoy bulls.
Not worrying about if those worthless coins will drop because, in the first place, it is so long that has been dead already.

Investors will buy Bitcoin and might dump it by tomorrow then invest back to altcoins. This what we could see in the coming days, after Bitcoin surging high, altcoins will slightly dump but forgoing, it gets to keep the momentum and soar high again.

I don't have to worry about Bitcoin will dominating the market because since before, that was supposed to see, there is nothing change and so the market behavior.
3174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Appeal to Everyone to secure your future on: February 06, 2021, 10:51:39 PM

I would like that all of us who do not have bitcoins, should buy $200 worth of bitcoins , keep it in some wallet and forget  it. In five to ten years time you will thank me about this investment. Maybe most of the people will have their good retirement life if they just invest $200 worth of bitcoin today.

Please also pass this message to all your near and dear ones. You never know in 10 years time 1 satoshi may be worth 1 dollar.
Why just only $200 (must) if you can afford to buy worth $1000 of bitcoin if you have the money? I don't think it was exemptional or a must for everyone who wanted to have Bitcoin in their wallet. And even I hold a lot of BItcoin today but this not means that we gonna hold this for a lifetime. We're not doing this, we would like to have Bitcoin for investment, as a currency in the today and future, and we have to spend it for sure.

3175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How To Protect Yourself In This Situation on: February 06, 2021, 06:26:06 PM
Given these parameters:

Bitcoin is at 37,000 and you have a stop loss at 35,500 and then a buy at 34,900 to replenish what you sold and the market rebounds back to 35,000 before crashing again to 34,900 and taking with it your last buy.

What is the best approach to guard against this?
I may not say it was right coz the result still at loss on your side. You better not sell it but rather wait until the market recovers back to $37,000 or even higher.

That is why I don't have to buy when the market is on the hypes. We should have been thinking twice, not too quickly jump into it. We know the possible trend next to bullish and that it got to dump. And if you miss selling your cryptos at that moment, it's a long time to wait to recover or just accept the losses and sell it.
3176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: WHAT happened to goosebet.io on: February 06, 2021, 05:53:13 PM
The admin said they could not get a license and had legal problems whats why they had to close the casino and he said he covid twice that's why he disappeared for so long, and he came back saying the casino was closing down.

Yet while he " had covid" the mod also was not to be seen in chat.

Now magically in this chat there is some random people suggesting to move to Playroyal as site that,I kid you not,is the copycat of goosebet.
Same games , same lie out and same ugly attitude of the mod.
The mod and the admin do not block this people to advertise it , which is peculiar almost like is one of them doing it undercover.

I would strongly suggest everyone not to play there, i have checked it out of curiosity and i believe they are the same people and they will try to move the few players left there.

Be safe and don't play there.
They would like to put blame on covid and if they are seriously doing this site for good, they should announce it before it shocks everyone that admin is quit so how many days until such time having reply of being totally in closure. This is clear enough that they don't want to runs their gambling business alive but they just want to reck gamblers' money for the benefit of their own.

A big shame to them, they are not supposed to be here if that only their excuses which are not acceptable. I just hope that they will return the deposited money to the onwers.
3177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is how mass adoption looks like. on: February 06, 2021, 01:54:19 PM
More ads, more market exposure bring Bitcoin into huge adoption. If I have Bitcoin and one store is accepting this, I don't bother myself to go far, converting my BTC to fiat just to buy stuff or anything, I surely stop down there.

We have this Bitcoin on the market for more than a decade, I think it was long enough to see its potentials and the store will consider accepting it. It really fits this time since most of us are wanting a cashless payment system.
3178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Time For Alt Coins.. on: February 06, 2021, 01:28:35 PM
Once the bitcoin reaches 70% dominance, I think its a right time to invest in alt coins. Most of the alt coins are at bottom price now. I feel it's a great opportunity to invest in alt coins..
Just to ask you back. Have you seen already that Bitcoin dominance reaches 70%? If that ever you saw it then it is good to invest in altcoins (as you have said).

I invest some altcoins but I'd never look into Bitcoin dominance. What I look into the market is seeing these potential altcoins are in a dip, I can buy them at cheap prices which surely give me huge returns once it gets back high again.

Are we Going to see Bull Run in Q1 2021? Is it a right time to invest in Alt Coins? What is your opinion on this?
Bitcoin price reaches $42k, I think it is already done with that ATH. If that only you are talking about Bitcoin but if you are asking altcoins ATH, well,  we can't be sure with that.
3179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 4 investment strategies to make Bitcoin less stressful on: February 06, 2021, 08:36:47 AM
Perhaps, you're right. Sometimes we got into temptation because our friends are investing in Bitcoin, borrowing money just to show that we can afford it also, but after all, we all got a compromise and put blame saying Bitcoin is a scam, stressful. And If we wanted to have a free stressful life, then forget about investing in crypto. Maybe investing in the local stock market will feel better.

But if we are digging into the reality of investment, it is really a headache if we don't know what we are doing. If we are not fun doing this, then it means that we are not fit for this field. Besides, we can make another way of living, outside investing.

3180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling strategies & tips from professional players on: February 06, 2021, 05:32:17 AM
The past month, I am doing some strategies with my dice bets.

It is not something that could give you profits of course but I am just trying to do some bets using some strategies. Most of them did well in the first days but after some time, the loss streaks hit me. It is more fun to gamble doing your strategies than doing normally. I am not hoping that gambling could give me profits, it is just fun doing these strategies.
I'd never find myself being lucky in gambling and much more if we only need luck just win like lottery games.

If we are going to gamble we are meant to lose. Maybe it was fun for others but for the many, they gambling likely because they want to win, not to lose. People got crazy when they won and mostly they make a double bet as they are thinking that they can make more winnings again.

I'd never see a very effective and working strategy in gambling, learning the basics could be enough. What we all need is to have luck(sometimes) in order to win.
