3182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UniDapp - scam project! on: September 23, 2020, 06:28:47 PM
Hi,
They don’t have even product but they are trying to sell product. The marketing only telegram chat.
Incognito project admins. Doesn’t even have white paper ! Shitcoin - be careful!
https://t.me/unidapp

When a big project succeeds, more projects come to market following that project, but most of those projects are aimed at scams using that hype. We have already seen a lot of projects come to market using the same formula and later scam projects have run away with investors' money.

However, there is no clear idea about this project yet, so we should give them time to come up with their next update
3183  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam]: Fake OmiseGO Airdrop bounty on: September 23, 2020, 06:17:17 PM
These websites are created to steal the private key of the wallet. Those who follow all their instructions and give all the information can be the victims of a big hack later. The main reason for this is that the last option to complete all their instructions is to give the private key of the wallet. So everyone should be careful when giving their information on any website.

3184  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best online gaming platform on: September 23, 2020, 05:53:54 PM
Ever thought of ways to increase your wealth through some online gaming platforms? https://www.kingbillycasino.com/en-AU/games/slots got you covered as it's the best online gaming platform that offers its users chances to increase their wealth within a short period of time.

We understood that you are promoting this casino. But it is not clear what you mean here, everyone wants to increase their wealth but your intention is not revealed through this post. I will tell you, if you are involved with this casino then create an ann thread with all the information, the players will be interested in it. Also this promotion of yours will not give you anything back. So focus on creating an interesting thread, and build it as an honest casino website.
3185  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Uniswap fake airdrop and phishing website. on: September 23, 2020, 05:11:19 PM
You have caught again the fake airdrop. This Union is a great job where you keep trying to publish it here so that many will know how lewd this scam is who keeps on doing this stupid thing
I think we have to really be wary of fake airdrops / giveaways that are on social media or wherever they are.

I think this thread should always be updated. This is because the hype of uniswap airdrop is still in the market and people are falling prey to such scams to get free tokens. Every day scammers are coming up with new websites of fake giveaway of uniswap token. So I will try to update all the fake giveaway websites of uni here, I hope the newbie will be careful.

3187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP FIVE SECRETS OF MAKING IT BIG IN BETTING WORLD on: September 23, 2020, 02:09:40 PM
I know some people who have been gambling for a long time. Gambling for 15 years is not unrealistic, you will find many examples like this all around you. Gambling for a long time is nothing special, the point here is to see how much you have won and how much you have lost. Those who come to gamble and think of increasing their fund quickly lose their capital, I have seen many people who have lost everything by gambling. Again, many people have made good profits by gambling in the right way and using their talents. So there is nothing impossible here.
I agree that there is nothing impossible to do that, but many people are trying to be a master in gambling, but they can not succeed in being what they want. Many of them become crazy and obsess to be a master without thinking about what they should do with right. I only know some people who gamble for a long time, but they stop before ten years they gamble. Mostly, their reason to stop gambling is that they feel saturated with what they did. They just learn and learn while they don't even think about their family. In this case, the mistake comes from them because they are only learning without doing anything. But we can not judge them to manage their focus to learn to gamble because we are not in their position.

Yes that's right. When a person becomes overly attracted to gambling, he becomes detached from everything, even from his family. Taking gambling as entertainment is a good option. More than that, gambling can have a bad effect later on.

I have seen many gamblers become so addicted to gambling that they lose all their wealth by gambling. So trying to master yourself in gambling can often bring big danger.
3188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coins that would make a good short term #HODL on: September 22, 2020, 06:37:54 PM
I have no idea about these coins, there are many others like me who may not know about these coins. I came to know the names of the projects through you. The main reason for this is that I have not done research on these projects, and when a hype is created in the market, it is normal that many unnamed projects come to the in front of everyone's.

Whether a project is good or bad is not determined by the market price pump and dump.
3189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 100% guaranteed no loosing sport betting method on: September 22, 2020, 05:58:45 PM
Is that even possible? Huh

This is not possible as far as I know. This could be another scam method, so be careful before doing any kind of test. Scams are always hidden behind tempting offers, so you have to control your greed.

Think about one thing in common, if someone has such a strategy, why would he share it with others? Why doesn't he become rich alone? This is a very big questionable thing. So it is not easy to believe something shared by someone, will try to do a little verification. Since you are a newbie I thought you should be warned.
3190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bloody market on: September 22, 2020, 05:43:21 PM
is the uniswap airdrop the reason for the bloody market as we can all see?? millions of dollars wer airdrops to over 80k ethereum addresses and more are still being given out for free..

will the market pickup anytime soon?? is it safe to buy ethereum at this price.. ?? or I wait ??

We can take this as a reason for the market to be dumped. But it is not possible for anyone to verify whether this is the real reason for the market dump. Since thousands of people have received free tokens they will try to cash out that free money, market price whatever the low or high, when people get free money they try to sell at market price.

However, it is not right to take only one coin as the reason for market dumping, there may be many more reasons behind it.
3191  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT] Phishing blockchain wallet on: September 22, 2020, 04:29:24 PM
Advertising blockchain phishing sites is an ancient way, but indeed many people are trapped entering the site. The thing we have to pay attention to not to get caught in a phishing site is to check the domain on that site again. one of my friends is also a victim of a scam from a wallet phishing site

There are some people who get busy while entering in the web wallet and forget to check important things like domain name, and the consequences of their busyness can be realized later on by the victims of hacking. So before entering an important website like web wallet, you must verify the link well. And the best way to stay safe is to bookmark links to important websites, so that even if scammers target you, they won't be able to make you a victim.
3192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP FIVE SECRETS OF MAKING IT BIG IN BETTING WORLD on: September 22, 2020, 02:21:09 PM
I don't know how people can make money long term in gambling!
House edge is rigged to make you lose in long run and 15 years is a long term actually.

I read all the points OP wrote and I must say he took a lot of pain in those 15 years, Goodluck in gambling OP, and keep sharing gambling wisdom to those who need it.
I'm happy with trading.
I don't think people can playing gambling for 15 years because if that is true, I can not imagine how much money he spent and how much money he wins. In the gambling games, we need to know about the risk, and no matter how much money you used to gamble, the chance to get lost will be there, and you will be hard to recover the losing money.

I know some people who have been gambling for a long time. Gambling for 15 years is not unrealistic, you will find many examples like this all around you. Gambling for a long time is nothing special, the point here is to see how much you have won and how much you have lost. 3193  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] 10,000,000 UNI Fake Giveaway on: September 21, 2020, 05:44:05 PM
the way is still the same as what has happened, my question is whether people will continue to be deceived, hmm maybe it's true that everyone who just joins crypto will be tempted. so there's nothing wrong with us warning them good job, mate.

When a hype is created in the market, everyone's eye is on it. Uni tokens are such a hype, since they gave tokens through the community giveaway and mentioned some rules there, so most of people didn’t get those tokens. And because of this, everyone is looking for another way to get tokens. And this time the scammers are trying to take the most chances. So by exposing these scams, we can warn everyone, new and old members.
3194  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Sushi Swap 1,000,000 Sushi Fake Giveaway. on: September 21, 2020, 05:34:43 PM
A good amount of funds are already coming into the scammers wallets. The fund may have been an innocent crypto user who could not control his greed, sending his hard earned money to scammers. Scammers will bring scam websites as long as they get victims, because if they did not get victims, they would not have spent so much money to create websites.

3196  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Uniswap fake airdrop and phishing website. on: September 20, 2020, 05:24:28 PM
The more rampant the fake Uniswap airdrop I sometimes find on this telegram channel really has to be a lot of awareness for beginners to avoid this fraudulent trap but I am sure they will never get funds from investors to do this stupid thing.

But I applaud you for continuing to publish to catch these fake airdrops.

It is important to warn newbies to stay away from such scams. There is a lot of hype about Uni tokens in the market, mainly because of the community giveaway. Those who don't get free tokens are looking for different ways to get tokens, and these scammers are trying to scam them by targeting their interest.

Whenever a trading topic comes up in the market, the scammers come up with a scam project on that topic without wasting time. So everyone has to be careful.

3198  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Interviews] with Bitcointalk members on: September 18, 2020, 06:44:54 PM
Thanks zasad@ for inviting me to join the interview.

1. When and why did you become interested in cryptocurrencies?

In 2015, a friend of mine introduced me to Bitcoin. He did a messenger group then added me to that group. There were many more newcomers to that group. But then I didn't show much interest in learning about Bitcoin in detail. The main reason for this was that I was more busy in my studies then. As a result, my friend got angry and removed me from the group.

Then again in 2016 I had a discussion with my friend about Bitcoin again and this time I decided to know the details about Bitcoin. Because then it seemed to me that I had made a mistake before, not knowing about Bitcoin completely. My friend added me to his group and I have learned a lot from reading their discussions about cryptocurrency and blockchain since after rejoining his group, and because of his constant support, I became interested in cryptocurrency.

2. When and why did you buy your first bitcoin?

When I got a fairly good idea about Bitcoin after joining my friend's group, I felt like I was missing an opportunity! Right now I should buy some $ s bitcoin. I had no money since I was a student, and my family did not help me to invest in Bitcoin. They thought that investing in Bitcoin meant that money would never be returned! (Although now their thinking has changed.) After much effort, I borrowed some money from my sister, friends and bought about $500 bitcoin. And what happened to me after that was like a dream. Because I was able to increase my capital to a good amount by using this bitcoin properly.

3. How did you get on the forum?

I join in many trading groups and in those groups discussed various projects as in other trading groups do. One day I was searching for some information about a project, I found a link to an Ann thread and brought it to this forum. I probably found that link on Twitter. I have been following this forum since 2018 just to see the ann thread, I didn't really understand at that time how big this community is. I used BitcoinTalk as a way to find information about projects without create an account. I finally joined the community in April 2019.

4.1. What prevents mass adoption of cryptocurrencies?

Lack of knowledge about cryptocurrency makes people think cryptocurrency is only used for illegal purposes. This kind of negative news is intentionally spread by some people which is seen every day in the crypto market. They promote the bad aspects of cryptocurrency more than the good aspects. I think this type of negative news prevents mass adoption.

4.2. How do you think mass advertising of gambling projects has a positive effect on the development of the forum or harms the community?

Advertising has two aspects, positive and negative. Gambling websites now try to take advantage of cryptocurrencies, making it very easy for them to scam players. Scamming players with attractive ads is nothing new.

And the positive side is that the forum is making profit through advertising. Advertisers compete to place ads on forums. Those for whom these ads are given, are already skilled or addicted to gambling.

4.3. How do you consider whether 2-3 years of experience in cryptocurrency is enough to successfully invest or does an investor need to receive special education?

It depends on the person, not everyone has the same talent. What one person can learn in one month, another person will not be able to learn in one year. So it is difficult to give a specific time here, because everyone chooses to acquire knowledge on their own. Experience is needed at every step, special education is not needed if you have the right experience.

5. What do you think of the current Merit system and signature campaigns?  Do they harm the forum?

The merit system is a good system. As a result of merit, members have turned their attention to quality posts. Especially new members post quality to rank up themselves, besides they have no other way. This has greatly reduced the rate of spamming.

The signature campaign keeps the members active. Companies run signature campaigns to spread their project. There is nothing harmful here.

6. The most useful forum topic? Most helpful users?

It would not be right to give specific topics. The Beginners and Help section helped me a lot, I got all the guides from Beginners and Help when I joined the forum. So this board is very useful to me.

There are a lot of members here who always come forward to help others, so this list will be much bigger. It is very difficult to name a specific member.

7. 3 things you would implement on the forum?

It seems to me that everything is fine. Time will tell if more needs to be implement anything.

8. Do you trade on exchanges or invest in projects?

I like both. But now more interested in trading. Investing in a project is very risky.

9. Tell a story about your big profit or big loss?

Profit Loss is a regular thing in trading. As a trader, I do not calculate my profit or loss after every trade. But I remember losing $1000 in one trade in one day.  Grin

10. What do you think about the DEFI ecosystem?

It will only be used to create hype in the market and pump the market. Other than that I didn’t get anything special.

11. Is your anonymity a vital necessity or precaution?

It is difficult to maintain our anonymity in the internet world. KYC is required to use some services.

12. The last cryptocurrency book you read?

Not too interested in reading books. If I need to know anything, I take the help of internet.

13. Advise 3 cryptocurrencies/tokens for investment in the next 1-2 years?

  • BTC
  • ETH
  • LINK

14. How much will Bitcoin cost at the end of 2020?

>$13000

15. P.S. (Optional)

Control your own greed and stay away from scammers. Because scammers always want to use your greed to scam.

I don't know who is sending these funds, but these scammers are getting huge amount of funds in their wallets which was very little even yesterday. Is it a matter of concern that so many people are falling into this trap? However, many newcomers will be the victims of this scam, the main reason is that there is a lot of hype in the market with these coins, so many people will be victims of scams because they can not handle greed.
