Into respond of your last 2 questions: How can you avoir fake medics to be upload in the blockchain ? - The main manufacturer (say Pfizer), connects to our platform. Pfizer hooks our platform on their ERP systems and point us their factory's. The factory's get enrolled on our platform at request of Pfizer, by hooking up their ERP system to connect the utility token onto a medicine box. Since there are only a few factory's involved with each brand, the verification can be done by the brand or FarmaTrust. Due to the basic fact that most, if not all, counterfeit medicine, are not inserted during the production sequence or packaging sequence, but during the transportation, the counterfeit packages can be found by simple verifying the package ID on the blockchain, as there is a utility token active that holds this ID. By scanning the ID, an automated system directly adds information to the token, as to who and where it has been scanned (registered ID with FarmaTrust), creating a routing history of the package. Due to the use of AI, even in the worst case a counterfeit producer manages to copy our package ID, the AI used in our system is able to detect an unlogical scan of a box, either by not being there earlier on (at leaving the factory, while being transported to the wholesaler), or when the package is scanned on a unlogical location as in, produced for Asian market and showing up in the Netherlands, or even when a scan takes place in 2 different location within a certain timeframe rendering it as unlogical (morning scanned in Hong Kong and afternoon scan in Amsterdam, the AI can determine based upon historical movement if this would be unlogical). With a more controlled medical product, a brand/factory can pre-determine the route. Does the uploading is verified ? - As the factory's produce the medicine and box them, the print on the box gets connected with a utility token, this gets uploaded to our platform via an authorized connection with the platform. As the Factory's are verified by the brand and/or FarmaTrust, there is no risk of false data being uploaded. |

Modum is currently targetting a "niche" market, mainly on European soil. The team is aware of its technology roadmap, but as the goals are primary different, there seems to be no direct competition at this moment. You're other 2 questions ( verification of the companies and upload ), have been forwarded to the team, I will get back to you on that. Looks promissing!

You can still transfer Tokens after the ICO, but they won't hit exchanges. Only the coin will

Follow the same procedure as for AICoin withdrawal, but do inform support you are to withdraw BTC (do this by email), at the withdrawal field, fill in you BTC address. |

I purposely made the cap 250 million so that everyone would have a chance to get some 1MED tokens. Do I think all 250 million will be sold, no. Did I ever think they would be sold, no. It's a real shame to see so little has been raised so far. The amount raised certainly doesn't reflect the quality of the project IMO. Hopefully something can be done to turn this around.
I presume if the minimum amount of 800k isn't raised in time, the ICO will be cancelled & investors will be refunded?
If the soft cap is not met in time all ICO backers will be refunded, yes. We are struggling at the moment like many ICOs are, unfortunately despite considerable investment into marketing we are still failing to gain traction. We are still working hard on trying to sort this out though as there is still considerable time left. If all the money from the ICO is returned, what will happen to the coins sold on the pre-sale? If you say that the project collected $ 1.2 million, where can we see this amount? On a smart contract, which you provided only 7 thousand dollars. The ICO is done via a smart contract. The coins sold pre-sale were sold in Fiat currency to a group of investors. A set amount of those funds is being used for marketing, the rest will be returned in case the ICO is not successful or will be kept should we decide to raise funds in a different manner. They own a huge plot of land, some rooms. Another site of land is also reserved and agreed with the city administration. So what exactly will the collected investments take? For the reconstruction of premises, the construction of cowsheds, the purchase of all necessary equipment, the development of land for planting grain and many many things. Wow It looks like the developers have a lot of work for the devil. Is there enough investment to finish it all? What about paying dividends to investors? In what time do they promise the first payment? good news, but i saw that spective had raised $1,000,000 through ico on Oct 18, 2017, what does this mean? do you already hold an ico? No, the ICO is December 8th. They just added the pre-sale we held from Aug 27th-Sept 4th late. Wondered that myself, thank you for clarifying this. (even tho it is a shame they name it ICO in this case). |

Is Spectre affected by the parity multi-sig issue as well?
We are not affected because parity has been hacked once before a few months ago and we studied that event and did not use them to store our funds in. So we repeat we are not affected at all. Good to hear, it would be a shame if it was.. Parity has had some major issues down the line, where code maturity could be wondered upon.. This "mistake" just finished it in my eyes. |
