321  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: March 28, 2018, 09:07:07 AM
Hi guys! Can you share some tried and tested tricks on making the most out of your buck and also some tips on how to save money more effectively. This will be a heck of a help to our fellow users here. Thank you so much.

Think before you buy some things, make sure that you are not spending that much money on those thing you do not really need. If you ever want something think about it if that can help you or not. Then have a lot of self control do not spend much money also on food. And the best eay to save money is to have an account store all of your money in that thing so that ypu cannot spend all of that because as long as you see that you have money you are gonna spend it
322  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: March 27, 2018, 05:16:59 AM
I first got bitcoin from withdrawing from gambling sites.  I deposited with another method but could withdraw bitcoin so i did it.  Around that time bitcoin was around $220 usd or so and when i got it, i would then trade it for poker funds from other person etc because I didn't want to hold the bitcoins due to reading about price fluctuations.  However, isn't the value of bitcoin almost always going to go up so its best to hold it?  I know last year it was $600 and the highest was when it was more than $1000 per bitcoin.  But since it is all the way down to $200-$300, isn't having bitcoin always good?  Could bitcoin go all the way to 0 soon?  I had thought hey if you get bitcoin when its $230 when the price stayed like that for a long time, thats great b/c very hard for it to go below $200 because i haven't seen that.  But even if it does, isn't it almost always going to rebound and go back up?  Last time i had btc and it was $230 or so and now it went up to $260.  So if you have say 100 bitcoins... well... thats a nice $3000 profit or so.

I'm sure there are ppl that have thousands or bitcoins right and just hold on to it?  And many that would sell btc immediately if prices go all the way up?  If someone had say 500 bitcoin... then btc price went up $20 in say a week or so... selling it would net them $10000 minus fees right?  However if they sell it via localbitcoins or other method, they are going to get a higher profit right?  However if they do this, say sold all their 500 btc... then once bitcoin later in the year go up another $50... well that would be $25000 less they would have earned.

In general, isn't holding BTC always a good thing since the price of it is pretty low now?  Obviously if you bought btc at $600 or $1000 and thought it would went up and held on to your btc, that would been a disaster.  But since its in the $200-$300 range, isn't having BTC always good?

In this time it is much better to hold the bitcoins for a long time but not that long like 5 years a one year holding will do because there are some experts that are saying that the bitcoins can rise again to the moon before the year ends and like what happen last year so everyone is waiting for thst to happen and you should too because selling your holdings are just gonna make the bitcoins fall too because their volatility just hold it within the year
323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I would rather have paper money then Bitcoin on: March 27, 2018, 04:25:59 AM
This is going to come to a surprise to many on here, but at the moment I'd rather have paper (US FIAT) money. It's something that I would be able to actually use in my life with ease, and even though I love crypto and everything I have to be honest about what I think and see.

Plus for the fact that if i was to have bitcoin right now, I'd be paying a very high amount in fees if I wanted to actually end up using this money.

Because paper money is much more secured than using bitcoins especially if you are not that techie guy because it is hard to cope up into that thing because not all stores are accepting bitcoins as you paynent so it is really hard for us to use bitcoins and we need to convert it into cash instead after having that in order to buy things that we wanted. And the fact that the bitcoins are volatile so you better knew that your money can lessen if the overall price in the market falls so if you dont want that better stick with cash.
324  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: March 27, 2018, 03:16:55 AM
i had about $200 worth of bitcoin.
How can i earn more with that amount?
should I trading? or make an investment?
and please give me some trusted site to investing my wealth.

**i dont want to give a loan, or else.**

if you had some advice, feel free to tell me.
really apreciate it.
thank you.

They are both good at all the people but what is the point of picking one of one if you can always do them both at the same time because we can in cryptocurrency. Trading is more on an actibe side which you can control the moment it is up to you what will gonna happen..and investment is more on a save side because you are just gonna put your money in an ico or something then wait until it pumps and then sell it or get your profits. But trading while having an investment
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For how long will bitcoin exist on: March 26, 2018, 02:23:31 PM
i have been thinking bitcoin cannot last forever..............i need you guys opinion if what im thinking is right.

Yes nothing last forever and so does bitcoins and no matter how much successful they are performing this years they will be forgotten soon because there are a lot of innovation that are coming almost everyday and it is not impossible that one day there will be a much better thing than bitcoins. But i know that this time they cannot be beaten by any coin that are in the market because yhey gain the trust and the loyalty of the people and that is the perks of being a pioneer
326  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't look at btc every five minutes on: March 26, 2018, 12:42:41 AM
This is a mistake a lot of us make. If you track btc every minute you are more prone to panic selling. Btc has a lot of ups and downs, if you are in it long term the short price has little meaning
Whybare you gonna look at it every five minutes that is being paranoid if you do that kind of thing. Just be relaxed and all the bad things will always come to an end. Do not look at the market almost every five minutes onece a day is enough to keep you monitored and if the coins are always red in the market seimg them mot rising is just gonna lose you into focused and can ruined your mood so that may affect the people around you and even the business that youbare doing be optimistic and dont panic
327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a currency? on: March 25, 2018, 01:34:11 PM
I found a video on YouTube https://youtu.be/qTxPfxmkLIY that according to this man (Warren Buffett) said "Bitcoin doesn't meet the definition of a currency" and he said that "he would not be surprised if bitcoin is not around in 10 or 20 years".

Is he a hater of bitcoin? while other big names appreciate the bitcoin.

Your thoughts?

Maybe before no they are noy a currency but not they are pretty much accepted by a lot of people around the world so they are pretty much can be consider as a currency and they will.not be called as a cryptocurrency if they are really not a currency they are just being upgraded once and do not controlled byba government doesn't mean that they are not a currency anymore. It can buy things and it van be exchange into cash so they are a currency for me but we all have different perspective in such things.
328  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why almost everybody suggest to hold? on: March 24, 2018, 11:42:23 PM
Hi all,
I have a really simple question or so seems to me cause i am a crypto noob.
I really do not understand why almost everybody suggest to hold when there is a dip or correction.

With my simple noob logic i think that when there is a dip someone could sell at the start of the dip or do something else (e.g. buy tether y i know the rumors or something similar anyway) and then buy again later when the correction has stop or decrease.

Obviously no one knows when there is a many days dip and when it will end in order to buy but even so one can save much money just for sell and buy in between even without predict the absolute start and end of a dip.

I hold as everyone suggests but i now realise that if i had sell even a couple days before even yesterday-and not right after the start of the dip and buy lets say now i would have save a bunch of money relatively with what i am doing now which is hold.

I really must be missing something since i am crypto noob orelse i cannot explain why everyone suggest hold while i fear that real pros are doing the oppossite.

I would like to ask only experienced people who know what they are talking about to give their opinions cause i am fed up reading pseudo crypto pros everywhere around. I bet many of you understand what i mean. Everybody has become a crypto pro . Well i am a crypto noob and i need your heads up.

Thank you for your time reading this and excuse my lame English.

Regards.

Because almost all the coins are falling and dropping their value because a lot of people are selling it and when it falls aome people also sell their coins because of panicking and they do not know that those things are just making the value drop wben mode because the more people who will sell.their coins or convert their coin in a fiat the demand will be leaaen and ao as the price because volatility ofbthe coins are depending on the people around the world
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: holding and prices will go up ? on: March 24, 2018, 02:37:45 PM
Everyone is holding and saying prices will go up again what can make prices go up again ? I do believe it will go up but not like last December unless something comes in and changes the market so what do you think it could be ?

If you come.to think of it yes they will eiae up because youbhold notnjuat because you are not doing anything in the coins that you are holding but the fact that you did not contribute on that selling thing can prevent the coins to drop their price and that is a bad thing when you sell you coins you just making that coin even worst because they need our help more than they needed us it is just depending on the situation but in this period of time i am gonna say that it is better to hold.
330  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as your main income? on: March 24, 2018, 02:14:36 PM
Bitcoin is a currency. Bitcoin is a solution to many problems. Bitcoin is bringing questions and new problems to this world.
Some people find this as a ride to boost your income, not specifically Bitcoin but also the whole crypto market.
I think it's a great thing! But what are you actually looking for? Bitcoin itself (the currency) might not be your solution.
If you want to "conquer" the world, you can't do it with Bitcoin. Like you can't conquer the world with the dollar itself.
You need to focus the technology. The blockchain along with it, bringing a new economy generation with freedom and decentralization.
It's something that should be written a new bible about in my opinion. Before you learn Bitcoin, learn economy. Once you master this skill, own Bitcoin as one of your cards.

I would like to hear some of your opinions and hear some smart words because I believe people think investing Bitcoin will make their life done financially but I honestly think it's not true.

If you you are having a great income in bitcoins then yes i can say that it can be your main source of income but there are a lot of ways to earn moneybin this but they are all cannot gonna givebyou an accyrate salary because they are all unpredictable. If you not have any family to sustain then it is okay that you should rely on bitcoins because it can give you a huge money but it can also gave you a samll amount of even none. But if you have a job then dont quit it just do them both for a much better income.
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people invest in bitcoin? on: March 24, 2018, 01:49:32 PM
The question is simple; Why should people invest in bitcoin?

State your reasons, and advantages of investing in bitcoins today.

I know there are a lot of newcomers that are coming into the bitcoin community every day.

I want us to discuss it here, so that we may help them understand what is bitcoin and how important its to invest in bitcoin.

Share your ideas, and thoughts below.

People should invest in bitcoins because they are missing the opportunity of the bitcoins in a muh cheaper price. They have already missed the bitcoins when it came up all the way through $19k in the market and then know that it is falling again they should buy because it is not impossible that the bitcpins might grow again in that value of even bigger than that thing because we do not know, the more people invest in bitcoins that more valuable it will be so it is a both win win to us all
332  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't worry, the market will not fall forever. on: March 20, 2018, 02:21:15 PM
The fall and collapse of the crypto-currency exchange rates do not scare investors in comparison with December 2017, but rather vice versa - new crypto funds are launched in the US and Europe. Offering the Swedish exchange Nasdaq Nordic exchange-traded note for bitcoin and ETH, Coinshares Group is launching two new funds: "Active" and "Large Cap" . The first offers a fairly aggressive strategy for investing in promising cryptocurrencies, the latter uses a more passive strategy and a wider basket of digital assets.
If you are in a position - hold.
If you have the finest money - buy in parts.
Everything goes to the fact that in May we are expected again the rally

Tes always remember that there are no permanent thing in this world especially in the business not all the time they will fall into the market the time will come that they will not fall anymore and they will just rise back up into the market and the bitcoins can even beat their own previous highest jn the market which is almost $20k in the market just have a little bit of patience and hold them. For a while do not panic sell.
333  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when prices are falling on: March 20, 2018, 01:31:41 PM
Hello. I have a folio of BTC, ETH, NEO and some alts. I've been watching at Bitcoin since 2015 but bought only at this summer (and the last move was quite bad, I bought some BTC for $4600). I try to study, watch vids, read forum and twitters. Chris Dunn has a vid on the topic but nothing really specific. I'm interested in some ideas about what to do when prices are falling.  Sell alts and hold bitcoin? Short? (and if yes, so the next question is how to learn how to short?).

When the prices are falling all we need to do is just stay calm do not do anything that can ruin all of your strategies. The least ypu will do is to panic sell as much as possible do not ever sell your coin when the prices are falling into the market because you will lose permanently the money that you should have and second one is you will just male that particular coin to fall more into the market and that sucks. So if the prices are falling just think that it is a great time to buy that coins.
334  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: March 20, 2018, 12:19:16 PM

For me no because there are some country some places that do not know anything about bitcoins because they do not have internet connections so the thing is how they can access bitcoins if they do not even have a chance to access the internet connections which is impossible for them to do bitcoins and those people who doesn't have any money to buy some phones in order to store and work for bitcoins if they do notnhave that they cannot access bitcoins
335  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bad Psychology of Traders on: March 20, 2018, 11:42:28 AM
Why most of Traders have bad psychology of trading they keep lose more and more and can lost his account and they left quickly when operations is winning?

The bad mindset of the trafers is that they always want the profit to come in their wallet as instant as possible but thats not hownit works because it needs time and efforts in order to gain a lot of money in this business. If you are lacking of patience in this thing you will never meet the expectations you ever wanted because you akways want an easy profit but nothing is easy nowadays you need to wait for the right time bedore it will get into you. And always be positive as much as possible
336  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: March 20, 2018, 11:24:30 AM
Coinbase CEO believes bitcoin will replace dollar within 15 years.

Read the following news:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/114983/coinbase-ceo-bitcoin-will-replace-dollar-within-15-years

Do you think it will be true? Are you positive towards bitcoin's future status?

I think they cannot replace the dollar anytime soon because there are still some people who cannot even access the bitcoins so how possible that the bitcoins will replace dollars if there are some poor people especially beggars that do not have some mobile phones and we all know that the basic thing that can access bitcoins is the mobile phone the real money is hard to them to have how much more when it will be bitcoins.
337  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading don't work for me too well on: March 20, 2018, 10:41:20 AM
Have lost so much money on coins that doesn't work well for me. My flaws are I'm  impatient and ignorant this maybe a good time to find some insight and good answers on how to get better

Maybe trading is not really your passion my friend because if you always losses to something and there is no improvement at all them stop that thing anymore and focused on much more thing that really suits to your capabilities focusing on the things that you cannot do properly is just gonna waste your time for me. There are a lot more ways in order to gain bitcoins and other profits just dont rely on trading.
338  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to know before the Dump? on: March 20, 2018, 10:24:49 AM
I have been investing in cryptocurrency for 5 months . I am buying some icos and holding coins. I started with 5000 usd. And sometimes my balance went up to 30k and down to 12k . I feel very uncomfortable when my balance is dropped.
So i want to know is there any strategy to protect your balance before the dump?
Anyone can help please.
Thank you so much.

There is really no one who can predict accurately the time when will some coin will drops because it always unpredictable. I am into cryptos for almost a year and until now i just use my godfeel and the behavior of the coin for almost months because as what I've noticed some coins depends on the bitcoins price or value in the market whenever i see that the bitcoins price are dropping into the market i notice that after some hours the price of the other coins are also falling so that is my basis.
339  Economy / Economics / Re: DON'T DO PANIC SELLING !!! on: March 20, 2018, 10:19:19 AM
Hey everyone Smiley

finally the price of bitcoins is increasing and was becoming more stable but ! Its price is again decreasing now... You know it will be very nice if you guys instead of dumping them hold on to them...
Dumping the bitcoins in panic because of the fear of the price never reaching this high value in future.. does affects the price of bitcoins in a very bad way!
Yes some people get profit form it but!!!it decrease your future chances of earning even more higher profit... And so does for everyone else...

Yes please do not do panic selling because it can be harmful for the both of us not just you but also me who are holding bitcoins because if you sell all of your bitcoins the overall price of the bitcoins will also be lowered and i will be also affected by it. As much as i wanted you to lose all of your money i do not want to lose mine so just hold on when the bitcoins are dropping and have a little patience because they just need some time in order to rise up their value again.
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hold out or sell Bitcoin? on: March 20, 2018, 06:23:43 AM
With the price starting to creep up again do you think it's a good time to start selling some of my investments or do you think it's worth holding on for a while longer?

We all know how temperamental the market can be but do you think this is just a short term spike?

Just hold bitcoins selling thwm is not gonna help them to rise in the market. We all wanted to the price of the bitcoins rise right? So the one thing that we can do in order to help bitcoins is do not sell yet because selling them are just decreasing the demands of the bitcoins that makes them a lower price in the market. Bitcoins being volatile is a great thing. But dropping the price is not great especially for us who are long in here. Our money are falling too so lets not make it fall much more
