I hope you are having a wonderful weekend.
I just came back from Sydney having the opportunity to speak at Salesforce’s World Tour. It was a wonderful event meeting people not only in the crypto/blockchain space but other innovative disruptions such as AI.
Also, it was wonderful doing an AMA yesterday. I need to do this more often.
We have many things in our pipeline and will send out our AMA schedule soon.
Here are the updates for this week.
1. New Token Listing
We had 2 token listings this week.
- EZT : EZPOS is a business POS SaaS provider with 10,000 retailers using their systems in SE Asia and $ 1 billion annual transactions. They introduce a new cryptocurrency EZToken to power the marketing and loyalty platform for their retailer network.

As I shared during the AMA, we are excited that our LIQUID Platform development is progressing well.
The underlying technology will go live in Hidden Mode (to test natural flow) sometime next week. We may need to shut down some of the services during that time.
Also, there will be 5 Phases to the LIQUID platform launch
1. Phase 1 (1st wk of April) : World Book Beta release (Limited Access Beta / Limited Currency). There will be further instruction on how to join.
2. Phase 2 (May/June) : Fully Live. Unified Platform Desktop
3. Phase 3 : Fully mobile
4. Phase 4 : Financial Infrastructure (T+1 agreement, connecting with banks) + Technical Infrastructure = ECN (DMA to exchange)
5. Phase 5: Prime brokerage + Custodial
In the coming weeks, we will set up AMA’s to update you on LIQUID’s progress.
3. Marketing / Community

I spoke at Salesforce Worldtour 2018 in Sydney and Katherine Ng presented at Vietnam Blockchain Week. Both Katherine and I will be speaking at the upcoming Money 20/20 this week in Singapore. Hope to meet QUOINERs if they are in Singapore.

- Customer Support : We had our best ticket support handling again. This week, we solved 12,787 tickets (last week 8,883) in Manila and 3,205 tickets (last week 2,389) in Vietnam.
We are also reviewing ticket status and will close off tickets that has no action over the last 28 days and will set Pending Ticket rules that will encourage customers to submit the required information or the ticket will be closed after 7 days.
In the next couple of weeks, 24 new Customer Champions will be added to the team and 24/7 Operations to start with the new group . We are making progress.
- Iron Shied Security Program : On Monday we rolled out the next phase of Iron Shield security program. We have implemented a “cooling period” which protects clients from a take over of their account by preventing the change of an account setting such as email, password, 2FA soon after another setting has been changed in a short period of time. We will host an AMA on Iron Shield this Monday March 12th at 2:00 PM JST.
- Token Retrieval : We have introduced a Google form where clients who have sent their tokens to the wrong address can submit a request to have them retrieved. All clients should take care when sending transactions on the Blockchain as the nature of technology. We kindly ask everyone to review QUOINE’s token retrieval policy
