If you come to their site you'll find those information easily, everything about their token is clearly visible. Based on armtoken roadmap, their ICO is already done, then IEO will be started this month that have 2 rounds. but for me their roadmap is doesn't make sense, at least there should be a plan for when to be listed on exchange in there and future development.

Why write a lot? a lot of uses, such as explaining about your project as detailed as possible there, writing a roadmap, tokenomics. At least like that is what I often see, not reckless like this or you just didn't care about your project and what you write.
