Yes, I think it needs to be done, some people always buy coins with all their money and when things suddenly require money, they are forced to sell their assets even if they are in a profit / loss condition because they need the money immediately.
so at least save a little fiat money for emergencies.

i think not everyone, if someone already buy coin then the price dump, if he sell it, he already lose his money, if just hold still not lose, just value of the coin is decrease.
and also you can make profit from buying again at the dip, life is balance if someone lose then someone win.

i think that just prediction. nobody really know when to convert to fial when market down and buying, then convert to btc when price raise.
because some prediction will never acccurate 100%, so if you mean like that i think that hard, even pro trader never always win.

if me i will take 25% for saving and 25% invest on crypto or other , cash is needed if something happen.
that if i get 50%. but if only 10% i will do the same, 50% for cash/saving 50% for re invest.

i think HODL mean many thing , it can be someone buying coin and wait for some time maybe 6-12 month not because he dont know about trading but maybe he just make target when to sell his coin.
some holder sometime do trading too, that i say they HODL because a reason.

i think yeah, already break resistance 7k usd, maybe btc will continue raising, i hope it will bounce to 10k soon.
then raise again to 20k, because after 7-8 month btc already lose their value.

i think most of them all already fall so you can buy many coin, if you still have  a lot money for buying. you can buy ETH XLM XVG and also BTC.
but i recomended ETH because the price so dip now.

you can change directly to usd not usdt, just change your btc to usd and withdraw, but some country still prohibit crypto, that why it will hard to convert it.
