to promote this coin to multiple exchange and pools operator.
You should devote your time to rewrite the block reward algorithm instead. Or just give up, because you apparently don't know what you are doing. What's wrong with the random block reward? You can set the reward to whatever you want. The previous block should be used as the seed for the random number generator. I'd appreciate real help. And btw I have shitton of incoins transferred on my main wallet and I mined it right from start. Issue only happened with large transfers. There were 3000 blocks (0,5% of 30,000,000) premined which disappeared right after launch from the wallets. No idea where they are now but some people allready cleared this issue in the topic.
It is 81,000 halving and 30,000,000 total WikiCoins the specs just like it reads in the op. Next time make your statement a bit more gentle and it will be taken with appreciation.
