Sounds like they are getting more and more common these days.
I wasn't aware of this ICO until your post, however I just looked at the Regalcoin ANN.
A few hints are there to tell people not to hand over their money.
The initial announcement looks like it took the Dev 3 minutes of time to write, so doesn't show any actual work.
And the first page of the announcement thread is full of Bitcoin Talk forum members warning people about it, even writing in one comment "sad thing is somebody is going to give their money anyway".

It was a huge fall in bitcoin price from $4500 to almost $3100 within two days.But good news is that bitcoin price is recovering and now its price is $3341.That shows a great ray of hope that bitcoin price would soon recover.just after china banning ICOs,adding fuel to the fire,lots of FUD were spread that china has banned bitcoin exchanges too and other countries too would follow this same method.This created panic among newbies making them once again weaker hands forcing them to sell their bitcoins.But i think the recovery stage has started.It would be better to put our seat belts tight getting ready for mission to the moon.

Percentage wise against USD its falling no more or less than BTC, so dont buy theres anything exceptional with ethereum happening atm that isnt affecting all crypto. But the first run on BTC for the day just started so crossing fingers for the market!

Coin dead?
I think so. The Blockexplorer is stuk at Block 9067. Many ophan Blocks in my Wallet.  Dev whats going on? Still stuck at 9067 ,even tho showing current block as 23776 . 11 days ago. That would also explain why users like myself werent appearing in the richlist. Hope theres still life in REC...! |

Ice2090 is correct, You shared that block. It's a little difficult to really tell with UNOMP, I prefer MPOS myself as it gives more detail, stats and history. And thanks, Spinnycat. I try to support interesting projects as well as keep some older coins alive. It a hobby. ada banyak bounty yang bisa diikuti oleh para pemula di forum ini, cuma hanya melalui sosial media baik itu twitter, facebook, telegram, newsletter, dan youtube. Penghasilannya juga lumayan gan walaupun tidak sebanding dengan yang main di signature campaign.
sepertinya membuat blog juga bisa dikerjakan sama rank newbie ya gan ? ya walaupun ada juga sebagian manager kampanye yang menyaratkan untuk ikut sosmed mesti jr.member keatas. tapi jangan pernah menyerah jika ingin belajar, saya juga sama masih newbie Yah bounty baik, dapat gratis! Panic langsung sell,,itu cukup susah kalau yang memainkan trading adalah para pemula. saya juga sepakat kalau yang di trading koin besar biarpun harganya turun pasti akan naik kembali gan,,
iya sih gan, tapi kalau belinya di puncak pasti ya bakal susah buat profit,  ya semoga bitcoin bisa kembali lagi ke 50 jutaan lah, atau 55jutaan Tapi sulitnya tauh beli sekarang atau nanti? Belum selasai, masih jatuh. Harap tak ada orang disini yg beli selama tinggi ya. |
