321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ICO do you prefer for November? on: November 04, 2017, 09:13:37 AM
These times are rough for alternate currencies and there is a lot of fear to invest in ICO's. However there is one ICO that might stand out as an exception and whose  value should rise when the tokens begin to trade at exchanges. I am talking about Wish Finance.

Wish Finance intends to give out loans to SME's(basically small scale merchants) who find it difficult to get loans from banks or loan sharks(interest rates are also very high in this case).  Wish finance will use blockchain to make the entire process transparent and track repayment of all loans. Also the data will be available for everyone to see and could not be manipulated by the wish finance team. Manipulation of loan terms is a major concern among various establishments, so blockchain negates this issue.

Now the question arises that if there are any competitors to this concept already existing in the market and if yes what advantage does wish finance has over them. The answer to this is that Wish FInannce being an online lender is very different from others. They have a unique model which is combination of few different technologies. Firstly, they score the SME's which apply for loans depending on their real financial transactions and not their assets.  Wish Finance gets access to the sales which their merchants do on daily basis. So this helps them to score these SME's based on their real cash flow along with their historical cash flow and what is projected for the coming days. Secondly, they use neural network to see the patterns in all the big data. And lastly, even if the SME or the merchant goes bankrupt, Wish Finance actually has insurance funds to cover these losses. By the way based on the pilot program in which they used half a million dollars, they had zero defaults, so this system has been tried and tested by the team already! This pilot program of wish finance took place between November of last year and was active till may of 2017.

For the above reasons Wish Finance is one of the few ICO's that I am considering buying into this month. More information can be gathered from their  https://wishfinance.com or  their telegram channel https://t.me/wishfinance

You have to understand that it does not costs much to make a tokens using smart contracts. Etherium and Waves have made it super simple for people with little technical knowledge to built tokens. So yes, there are many ICO's whose intentions are just to distribute tokens by collecting our money and not build a long term project.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What scares them the most? on: November 02, 2017, 10:42:57 AM
The thing that scared the most people is that bitcoin is not backed by any centralized organization and that it could be a ponzi kinda thing. I pity such people to be honest as they have submitted to the elites and have become puppets in their hands.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to participate in ICO's? on: November 02, 2017, 10:39:36 AM
Not many good ICO's out there at the momement, but I have my eye on Wish Finance. The Singapore based wish finance tends to provide loans to small segments businesses, most of them can be considered as merchants. They have completed a pilot program which involved giving away half a million USD in loans which they gave to restaurants, boutiques, small shops, a total of 112 different SME's. The pilot was from November2016 to May of this year.

Now you must be wondering that what could be the role that blockchain technology can play into this. We need to understand that regular lenders, lets say centralized banks, need liquidity or more money to pay out these loans. The big players do what we call is securitization. Here they take their own portfolio and make a security and then they sell it to different financial companies. Now if you have been following news you would know that this year and also the previous year there were few major scandals  like the Lending Club when they took bad loans (loans that defaulted) and put a package and then sell them as A+ security. Now in case of Wish Finance they are actually using the blockchain technology to make all their loan portfolios transparent. How they are doing this is that they are actually connecting to different API's to acquiring of merchants and they would be knowling in real time all the transactions. So now every loan that they will issue to every borrower and every transaction, repayment transaction they would be putting in the blockchain. So when they do this securitization and lets say that when they go to the bank to get some more money and want to sell to the banks their loan portfolios, the banks would be able to look as deep inside as to even each repayments. THis is the real reason why they need the blockchain. And also built this on blockchain as it gives more transparency and security. Even their own team will not be able to change any data inside the system when it will be over in blockchain as it will not be only in the main system of wish finance but in systems of all the wish finance borrowers.

This concept is really interesting to me and may do wonders. More detailed info is available at their website https://wishfinance.com or you may  join their telegram channel https://t.me/wishfinance
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is buying WAVES? on: October 31, 2017, 06:40:54 PM
I wish that i had some extra bitcoin so that i could have bought some waves. I am so bullish on waves, all the weak hands have been dropping out running out of patience. The ones who stick will be rewarded handsomely.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the perfect Cryptocurrency? on: October 31, 2017, 06:36:51 PM
As of now I do not think that there is a perfect crypto currency that exists. Maybe the apple or google of blockchain is yet to enter the market. Till then lets rally behind bitcoin Smiley
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to sell Airdrop oh Bounty Tokens..? on: October 31, 2017, 06:35:24 PM
Although most airdrop coins are not at the exchanges, but most of the coins that have been distributed from Initial coin offerings are listed at exchanges. Also if the coins are erc20, you should check etherdelta as they list most coins there.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which will be the most favorite coin in the coming period on: October 30, 2017, 06:09:49 PM
For me Waves and Blackmoon crypto are the best projects. While you must be aware about waves, blackmoon crypto or bmc is building a bridge between crypto and regular funds. Look it up. They have one of the most professional teams in crypto.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Shirts on: October 30, 2017, 06:06:19 PM
Cheers mate! Good job. What an excellent idea to spread awareness about crypto for general public. I am afraid that I have more than 1 suggestion. I would like to see Elastic, Blackmoon Crypto and Via coin shirts made!
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to become Bounty Hunter.. Please help!! on: October 30, 2017, 06:03:52 PM
Look at upcoming new alts and regularly check the bounty section here at bitcointalk. Also do not spam just to complete your target posts or you will get banned. Good luck.
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to sell ERC20 Tokens ? on: October 29, 2017, 08:22:36 AM
Most of the coins that you get via airdrops or buy into ICO's should be listed in some exchange. So all you got to do is make an account at one of these exchanges and sell them over there.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Queries regarding investing on ICOs. (Scam or Not) on: October 29, 2017, 08:20:57 AM
Well, you need to do your own due diligence before investing in an ICO. No ICO people will tell you that their intention is to steal you bitcoins or money and run away with it. Also be careful to not to buy into ICO's with no hard cap, take tezos for an example.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Legality on: October 29, 2017, 08:19:15 AM
There have been a real problem of money flowing out of CHina with a lot of chinese investors putting money into various ICO's. This is imo one of the reasons that few countries have banned its citizens from investing in ICO's.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you picky with ICOs? on: October 29, 2017, 08:17:57 AM
In the current scenario I am not even looking to buy any ICO related tokens as every ICO tokens are being dumped below ICO prices. Only the ones that have a whitelist and super small cap are the ones with which one can make a quick flip.
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: October 29, 2017, 08:16:33 AM
Some of the alternate currencies such as ripple can be made mandatory to be mass-ly adopted. Imagine you want to transfer funds from one centralized bank to another via a bank and the bank is using ripple blockchain, in this case you would have no choice. It would be like netbanking of future.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many years will take that fiat coin will be replaced by cryptocurrency? on: October 29, 2017, 08:14:08 AM
At the pace that we are heading we the crypto total networth should hit 1 trillion by the end of 2018. One of the CNBC analystict also predicted that bitcoin will be bigger than apple's total net worth within 5 years!
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In it just for the money? on: October 25, 2017, 01:14:14 PM
I would like to think that money is an incentive of investing in crypto currencies, especially bitcoin. Most early investors of bitcoin had realized that centralised organizations(govts or banks) manipulate the fiat currency as per their liking and santoshi(may god bless him/them) gave us the most potent weapon to take this power away from these organizations. If bitcoin is mass adopted, I see peace, progress and harmony among individuals living in different parts of the globe.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin to Watch on: October 23, 2017, 01:41:06 PM
In my opinion, any altcoin that has been into existence for more than 2 years and has active development, if its price is low now it should be considered as a pure buy. Some of them are zec, etc, maid and doge
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hello Somebody help me And give me some advice?? on: October 23, 2017, 01:39:29 PM
In case of airdrops, you need to have some patience. Most airdrops are given to older accounts and as you mentioned that you have been here only for 3 days. So have patience, they will come to you.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Money on: October 23, 2017, 01:37:39 PM
Not necessarily it is the case. Bounties or no bounties(when you buy tokens with your own money), the concept remains the same. Hold the tokens that you believe in and let go of the other. BTW, bounty money aint no free money, people invest time and effort to get it.
