Not unlucky but just poor play, especially from their bowlers and they literally have no middle order batsmen, the first few from the top play well but if they collapse no one is reliable enough to even keep their wickets let alone make any runs. Well deserved victory for Australia, their bowlers can bat better than some of the Indian batters, which is a shame. Agreed with you, I said unlucky because their tons goes in vain again. What a electrifying inning by Chris Gayle in Big Bash, half century in 12 balls. Big Sixes and cool attitude, lethal combination.
We can expect some similar innings in upcoming T20 world cup by AB, gayle, guptill, rohit sharma, yuvraj etc.
Even Gayle's storm was not enough for Adelaide Strikers total of 170. The main reason would be the failure of middle orders. I wonder what would have happened if Gayle also got failed to score today. Usually when ever Gayle hit like this fast score mostly team will win but in this match other batsman didn't use this good start well. In any cricket game, complete team effort is needed to win the match. we can't depend on one to two players. I think today again Australia going to thrash India because Indian players body language is not good for this series only Sharma cannot give them wins they need to play like a professional team because they are against Australia and abroad not at home They are not doing too badly. They notched 300+ runs in the first 2 matches. It is their bowling which has let them down. Exactly, Indian bowlers are no where in the competition. Spinners are not so impressive on fast Australian pitches, hence Ashwin and Jadeja are struggling and India doesn't have any strike bowler like Zaheer Khan. Australia made my day what is quality batting with wonderful bowling it is really great team of the world.  That was until Glenn Maxwell took it upon himself to bat India out of the match, his 96 steering Australia to a third successive record chase to seal the this series. Indian still need to improve in all departments but they are not failing very badly but they efforts are not sufficient to win the matches. They should show better performance in next two matches. Agreed with you that India needs improvement in their performance, but I think bowling is the weak point of Indian team. Indian batsman are doing extremely well as they have scored enough runs in all three matches but bowlers failed to defend such huge total. On other hand Australian batsman are also chasing these huge targets without any trouble. |

India want's to improve lot in bowling side especially speed bowlers spinners will not help in foreign pitches.
India really need to improve bowling outside India because spinners can give them some good wins at home but outside they are completely unable to give same results and its happening for long time they need to produce some good pitches for seamer's also India is always lacking with seamers, even after they know that Australian pitches are not spiners track even then he kept 2 spinners , they really have to make more improvement in bowling section and dont let rohit sharma score century that will itself make india win the matches,  Most of the Asian countries do not have a good seam bowlers as of now, not only just India. Indian seamers are not consistent so they have to depend on spin bowling. Yesterday pitch was flat, If was chasing than India would have won the match so we can't indan bowling is very bad just by seeing one match. Agreed with you, pitch was batting friendly which was the main reason for 3 centuries and one 90 plus runs of Kohli. There were nothing for bowlers but I also agree that indian bowling attack is very weak, Ashwin and Jadeja can dominate in subcontinent pitches only. |
