Quick tutorial:
1. Get minerd64_sse4.exe here https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BxKqW4aMUczmaTVfWjZEdnpqLVk/edit?usp=sharing

2. Run this at cmd prompt but put in your Securecoin wallet address!

*Change this "-t 8" to the number of cores you have I have 8.  If you have 4 cores change it to "-t 4" if you have 2 cores change it to "-t 2"

You might have trouble with my website (http://209.188.16.220).  It should be fixed in the 24 hours but the p2pool works fine.

Yep, cant seem to connect. Once its working you would be the third pool and the bounty is yours.

I had an issue with my P2pool it was not paying out shares and I ran my 1.3 mh/s on it all night.

Okay I am sitting pretty at 1.3ish mh/s with these settings:

GPU 0 - 74.0C
GPU 1 - 66.0C
1.29 Mh/s average

MSI Afterburner Settings:
Core Voltage (mV): 1050
Power Limit (%): +0
Core Clock (MHz): 1000
Memory Clock (MHz): 1250
Fan Speed (%): 100

cgminer settings: --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -g 2 -w 256

Also this setup is more stable using the 13.10 drivers.

What is your hash rate?  If you are under 1 gh/s it might take a while.

It took me a while to see coins when I started and I have 1.33 gh/s
