322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When You Heard About Bitcoin For the First Time? on: November 28, 2022, 06:30:22 PM
I first heard about Bitcoin back in early 2011. I was so stupid that I did not even care and did not bothered to investigate it further, I prompty considered it as one Ponzi scheme or scam and decided to ignore it completely. It was only in late 2013 that I looked at it with looking eyes and finally understood what is was all about. If I did the same back in 2011 I would be rich.

Despite all of this, once I understood what Bitcoin and cryptos were all about I promptly started to mine and started to use it as currency. This is actually one of the reasons I do not have more coins that I do now, but hell, I did contributed part of my life to it and help make it what it has become and ended up having my share.

Today, I can say Bitcoin changed my life to better. And we are still just starting the ride.

On 13 total predictions, 7 games have been played. I have managed to hit 4 out of 7 and still get some money out. 7 Down, 6 more to go. Tomorrow will update.
You have won almost 50% of the bet. This means that in 3 matches have lost all the money while in the 4 matches you have some money. Now my question is how to keep yourself in overall profit and what strategy do you use ?

You may put an equal amount of money in each bet or you vary the money in each bet depending upon the confidence you feel in each individual bet.  Then again you do not get the same odds for every bet as odds also vary from match to match.

So that's is why I always look for value bets for a probable outcome. If I go for 10 bets, I will always look for good odds and try to have them to cover for one another in case I lose one and win another one. For instance, Argentina match had 2.75 odd for the under market while Spain vs Germany had around the same. I lost $1 on the Japan one, but earned more than double from the Spain one.  Sometimes it happens that what I make from the winnings doesn't cover the losses, but by trying to find value bets you can lower this possibility percentage.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FTX collapse: Good or bad for crypto in the long run? on: November 28, 2022, 08:20:05 AM
I would say that it is a good thing on the long run. Of course this was not the right time for this to happen as it will take a lot of people's belief in cryptos away, but on the long run is one less problem the community would have to deal with. So, better to have it already dealt with than in the future that would probably affect a lot more users.

326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or altcoin? on: November 27, 2022, 08:36:30 PM
For me, Bitcoin BTC will always be number 1. I prefer to hold Bitcoin even during the bear market and see it flush than trying to average the market with an "un" stablecoin. Altcoins are simply to risky to go long hold.
It's Bitcoin and Litecoin for me and the rest is just pure speculation. As you say in my country "best a bird in hand than two in your front flying".

329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Poker strategies on: November 27, 2022, 01:08:21 PM
I love to play a Poker Tournament now and then. It is actually my favourite game at a casino. So, here's the oldest trick for online poker gambling players.

I consider myself an average player, as I've never charged my account and have earned a few bucks from it. Typically, I look for tournaments with many players with buy in's up to $3. The downside of this is that these sorts of Tournaments are very time-consuming. Thing is, the main trick of making money out of Poker is to be very patient, pragmatic, logical and emotionless. If you follow the main trick, you will be able to step into the following trick which is "know die foe" given that you need time to study an opponent, tournaments make perfect to improve techniques and work out the patience, pragmatic, logical and emotionless side of playing.

I have some simple strategies I follow to try to stay on the money. But first, lemme tell you how I started playing poker without ever making any deposit. I first started to look for reviewed and popular poker rooms offering first-sign promotions, allowing you to start playing without having to charge your account. You can check that out here.

Once you log into a room and get a promotion, you will have two options to follow: either go for multi-table tournaments with up to 2k players OR go for the Sit & Go's with 9-player tables and $1 buy-ins. If you are comfortable with your skills, you should get some earnings in the long run and take some cash out. With the profit, you can check for new promotions and step into new Poker rooms and keep earnings coming.

Of course, that to get the earnings you will have to find a way of always staying "on the money" and make sure that your earnings are always bigger than your losses. To do that, you will have to follow a playing style and follow some simple in-game rules to keep up and finally get to the point where you will have your ROI. But since secrecy is the soul of business, I won't tell you what these simple rules are, but if you guys give a small contribution from your own experiences, I'll also reveal mine and then we can work out some sort of tutorial or something like that. What do U guys say?

330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Qatar World Cup Betting Tips on: November 27, 2022, 11:37:53 AM
You were wrong with Poland-Saudi Arabia (2-0) and France-Denmark(2-1) and right about Argentina-Mexico.  Grin Great success rate.
The rest of your predictions seem too obvious. There's no rocket science in predicting that Netherlands could score a lot against Qatar or that Brazil will win against Switzerland. I don't think that there's any point in making such prediction threads in the forum, but this is a Gambling forum after all and posts about sports betting strategies and tips are welcome. You didn't explain your reasons about making such bets.
Why do you think that a certain game will end above 2,5 goals or below 2,5 goals?

Yeah, I could give my explanation as to why I'm doing these picks. I actually do have an explanation as my picks are always done after doing my homework but unfortunately this is time consuming and I do not have that much time to lose.

As for you saying there is no point in posting tips, I disagree. IMO, the much posts you can find with some betting tips the more information you can collect to add to your own research. As I already said before, you should not rely on someone else's picks but you can certainly use it as good intel for your own investigation. At least that is one of my strategies.
331  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Qatar World Cup Betting Tips on: November 27, 2022, 10:39:33 AM
Some tips are good and some are not since the result is different. Though having this can be a big help for your betting decision, try to analyze more and you’ll see if this is good or not. More opportunity to place a bet in world cup, better to grab one now while watching exciting matches, i might consider this tips.
It's not good to rely or depends on someone decision on prediction of game or matches, because people's prediction might go wrong than your expectations, so i believe that what you insight tells you for prediction is what you will go for, because i have seen that sometimes we make well by predicting for our selves, now the match between Argentina and mexico is now a 2:0 which mexico is not having any hope of getting at least 1 goal due to the pressure Argentina.

Of course that you should not rely on other's decisions to know where to put your money, but you can certainly rely on other's decision's to use as a main term and root for the start of your own investigation. You should always do your homework even though you are following someone else's tips.

This is only revealing how the centralized aspect of the Ethereum network works. Coinsensis practically owns ethereum and has been monitoring the network since its inception.
They are simply trying to terminate privacy and make money out of your data while wearing the false pretext they're doing it to comply with regulation.
334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Qatar World Cup Betting Tips on: November 26, 2022, 08:28:33 PM
Tunisia vs France 30/11/22
France's team is already qualified with its 6 points because only one other team of its group (Australia) is able to finish ahead now. So they don't need a victory against Tunisia for their last match, we can expect them to preserve their strongest players, and to let play the weakest ones, they are unlikely to be offensive in addition. So I think a draw @3.90 is value bet. Even a loss @6.60 could be interesting IMO.

Well, I always look for the most probable outcome and easy guess and then I do my research to find the best odds for this outcome. That is why I go around the under's and the above's a lot. I also rely on the both teams score as well. Just think that in the end, your aim should be to maintain your betting stash and keep the profits. It's my strategy and it pays. So, IMO a value bet would be under 2,5 goals or the draw at half time.
335  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Qatar World Cup Betting Tips on: November 26, 2022, 06:23:24 PM
This is useful post to the people who involved in the sports bet in the World Cup of Qatar. The match between Poland and Saudi leads to the upper side of Saudi as compared to the Poland. In this game Poland should concentrate on more to chase the Saudi. Their maybe 3 goal difference between this two continues, because it’s World Cup and team will give its hundred percent for sure. In the Second match, France will rock for sure. Because France was in form already. So both game will be quite impressive today.

I hope it can be useful as I have checked the betting options and my picks can all be considered value bets as they rely on the most probable outcome plus the odds. So far, I have missed the Poland vs Saudi Arabia, but have got it right for the game between France versus Denmark. Let's see what will be the outcome of the following games.
336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cock fight game on: November 26, 2022, 10:35:56 AM

But come to think of it, what is the difference between boxing and cockfighting? They are almost the same because they both involve living thing with flesh and blood. We have heard news of boxers or even wrestlers dying in the ring. Do you think all violent sports should be stopped?

Well, for starters, you cannot compare Boxing to cock or dog fighting. Animals do not have a saying and it is not their choice if they want to fight or not. Your phrase is just proof that humans are the most savage animals on the face of the earth. Boxing fighters or any other fighting athlete has a saying and decides to fight or not, animals do not. Besides, fighters earn money, even if they lose while on animals, they are just disposable. This is what makes sick...

338  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Will there ever be any safe centralised exchange ? on: November 26, 2022, 10:03:49 AM
The only downside of centralized exchanges is that if they decide to close and to keep our coins they will. But why the hell should they do that when they can maintain their business and still earn a lot of money. Moreover, they earn more from having the exchange working with no issues than to shut it and runaway with everyone's funds.

It is not like 10 years ago anymore. Centralized exchanges follow strict regulations which actually protect the user, on the other hand decentralized exchanges are pledged with hackers and bugs that can lead you to lose money. Now what centralized exchanges need to do is to apply decentralized storing options to users. that way they can still comply with regulation and still allow users to trade directly from their wallet.

340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 25, 2022, 11:33:41 PM
I'm pretty sure a lot of people lost bets today because of England. Most of the match results did not match predictions because the probability of England's victory was initially higher than the USA. I didn't lose anything in this fight, but I really felt a loss because in the end England and USA were only about 1 point.

England will actually be safe if they win the match against USA, but today's draw match makes the competition in the group even better. The final group stage match will be very tense, especially when England vs Wales.

Nobody was expecting this result. I got absolutely smashed as I considered it a safe bet with a good takeout from England taking the stand. The odds at Stake for England to win were pretty appetizing and let's face it, judging by their initial performance, everybody was expecting the brits to win. The draw odds were even better, so congratulations to those who put their bet on the draw.
