322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: February 05, 2016, 04:25:25 PM
So are you holding your bitcoins for future events such as halving or you more like to spend your bitcoins when you get it? I personally like to spend it for digital goods usually...
waiting for price increase just when i hold big amount of bitcoin,of course profit is the main purpose, and when i hold little amount of bitcoin,i dont care about price fluctuate,i just use bitcoin for payment if i just have little.

324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So...bitcoin is now a national currency on: February 05, 2016, 02:06:07 PM
So this small island off of Portugal, Principality of the Pontinha, has been a sovereign nation by royal decree since the 1400s. It has been handed down and changed hands a few times. The current leader has decreed that bitcoin is the nation's official currency.

This could literally kick off a lot of things. Bitcoin would officially become a foreign currency for all nations.

Equador, which is the only country to actually pass a law banning Bitcoin (which the law only banned Bitcoin from running on its banking network) had a stipulation that it would be recognized if it became a national currency. So by passing such a law...they may have potentially forced themselves to recognize bitcoin as an official currency.

I wonder how US will deal with considering Bitcoin a commodity when it is officially a foreign currency as well.

i just wondering about this news today,if this news is real, why i never see this article on popular bitcoin portal like CCN or coindesk, and if you think that US will considering bitcoin becuse bitcoin officially a foreign currency,i dont think so,its hard for US goverment considering about bitcoin for now, even if some countries start accept bitcoin as national currency.

328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I like bitcoin on: February 05, 2016, 12:08:38 PM
It is the epitome of democracy.

Government is supposed to represent the wants of its citizens, but somewhere along the way they got power hungry and chose greed and control. Bitcoin is a great way to say fuck you to institutions stuck in the past. It's time the world grew up.

inb4 feds at my door
i like bitcoin because i know bitcoin will lead the change, change the payment process and currency. more like it because bitcoin tradable,i also love the price, its really fluctuate.
329  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: February 05, 2016, 11:48:17 AM
What's the worst mistake you did with your Bitcoin? It can vary from starting to use Bitcoin to buying dumped Altcoin to gambling.

The worst mistake I made with Bitcoin is... Buying cloud mining hashrate. I bought 0.02 GH/s CEX.IO hash rate voucher at SEOClerk for $2 USD - or maybe $1 USD. I thought with 0.02 GH/s, I would be making a profit in half a year.. And I was wrong.

Well, I bought using the free five dollars coupon. So that does not count as making a mistake with Bitcoin. However, the slow profit lead me to buying hashing power from CEX.IO and later on.. ZeusHash using the Bitcoin I earned from signature campaign.. Again, I thought I would be making profit in a few months. Till today, I'm sure I have not make any profit from both the company yet. CEX.IO stopped their cloud mining operation and.. ZeusHash.. What do you think.?
my worst mistake with bitcoin is my early knowing,i said that when i know bitcoin on 2014,its was a mistake, wasting time on 2013 and not believe that bitcoin is valuable thing, its was a big mistake.
330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we get sex workers to use bitcoin? on: February 05, 2016, 10:30:46 AM
there needs to be websites like live cam shows that has officially started using bitcoin at first so these workers can start using those services and advertise it through them.

Xotika.TV has been doing this for ages.
its hard to suggest sex workers to accept bitcoin,i real transaction i mean, even general people not easy accept bitcoin. and i think xotika.tv just have tip feature, not paid directly,i think someone must manage that sex worker to be able paid with bitcoin directly.
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: February 05, 2016, 10:18:38 AM

333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people use so many Bitcoin wallets? on: February 05, 2016, 09:05:47 AM
Just wondering why people use so many Bitcoin wallets.
for me,security is the main reason why i choose or use many bitcoin wallets,i dont fully believe to anyone in their review about bitcoin wallet,so i must decide to pick one wallets with many considering by trying some wallets before i pick the best in my view.the second reason is reability and wallet speed.
334  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: February 05, 2016, 08:59:25 AM
I joined up over here in 2012-13. At the time it seemed like a way to make a quick buck. Overtime as i read about it more and more, i became interested in the freedom it provides. As time has went on however, my interest and belief in bitcoin have waned. I won't get into the details of why, but i'm wondering what your honest opinion of bitcoin is, with a simple vote, and possibly an explanation.
of course we still believe in bitcoin,as long we exist on this forum,we still believe on it,the poll maybe wasting time Smiley but interesting ecause some people answer they are not believe in bitcoin anymore, maybe not just me who wondering about their reason, why they are not believe bitcoin anymore.

337  Economy / Gambling / Re: FAIRLAY - The BETTING EXCHANGE - super high liquidity, 0% fees on sports on: December 18, 2015, 08:23:40 PM
Still up and running with great odds, that's cool!

Some feedback, though:
1) The site is and always has been quite slow
2) Markets that go in play ahead of time (and, therefore, lines disappear) take a very long time to appear as empty in lists. Only once you click on the event does it go away in the list. You're probably caching the lists, but it really takes more than a reasonable amount of time.

What's the meaning of the separation of Soccer and Soccer2? Doesn't seem to make much sense at the moment.
339  Economy / Gambling / Re: FAIRLAY - The BETTING EXCHANGE - super high liquidity, 0% fees on sports on: September 11, 2015, 05:13:51 PM
I like to do sports bet trading!
Are you also enabling sports trading in your site?

They already have sports.
340  Economy / Gambling / Re: FAIRLAY - The BETTING EXCHANGE - super high liquidity, 0% fees on sports on: September 11, 2015, 01:07:41 PM
You still have the bug where a line appears open and non-empty, but then you click on the line and see it's empty, or you still see it's non-empty and place a bet, but see it's closed
