Scammers will be always and everywhere where you can make money, Uniswap, like any other industry, simply brings new tools that anyone can use, including scammers. Of course, any new industry is subject to pressure from scammers and many people will lose money, it has already happened several times in the blockchain industry and will happen again and again. Any financial activity is subject to high risks, including risks because of scammers.

Trading volumes have long been increased by bots on all centralized exchanges, not surprisingly, the same thing happens on DEXes like Uniswap. For the new DeFi project it is a good way to attract some attention and of course dishonest people will use this feature, at the end it will lead to the fact that all project will need to create fake volume in order to compete with others.

I found projects in some crypto channels, learning from my friends, in binance news, in twitter, on exchanges, in ANN board on forum, when project team reach out me to order some service, when I see good bounty/promo/giveaway/AMA, etc. Some projects are good, some are not, but if project don't do massive promo I most likely will never know about its existence.

Про биткоин ветку сказать не могу, сам там не появляюсь, но знаю что большинство легенд англ борда там сидят и очень внимательно все читают, а в альты как раз не суются, так что внимание модераторов там скорее всего повышенное.

Да уж, команда минтер слишком сильно контролирует проект и кастомки оказываются не у дел, цена ушла в пол после обновы и это еще не все анбонды вышли. Вроде они собираются выпускать свое новое приложение Minter Bonus для бизнеса, может наконец-то хоть какое-то реальное применение баллам лояльности будет. + токены HUB на Ethereum неплохо стартовали в Uniswap, но тоже просели уже, с другой стороны насыпали их бесплатно делегаторам.

I still hold some IOTA, Waves, Cardano from 2018, these tokens are dumped to zero so it makes no sense to sell them now, so I just hold them, maybe they will rise again during yeas. I didn't invested much in them, so it is not a big loss, I also hold some new alts, which don't have much value yet.

I like Bitcoin and Ethereum, but other alts I am actively supporting are ThunderCore, SimpleChain, Minter, Free TON, Cartesi, DIA. I am not a trader, and I earn differently, so I usually choose projects not because of the opportunity to trade profitably, but because I like the project, the technology, the team.

33 349 ETH already deposited to the Ethereum 2.0 contract address, but 524 288 more needed until the launch of the mainnet. This is really risky to deposit assets now, but I think the possible profit is quite high too, plus you're making a history by being one of the first Ethereum 2.0 validators.

I think the 2020 is the year similar to 2017 and I expecting from 2021 similar dump as from 2018, I think the bull market already happening now, maybe the bullish trend will be continued in the 2021 too, we'll see. Some patterns are repeating each other, but not for the 100%, there is always difference.

Поскольку ресурсы команды ограничены им нужны дополнительные люди, чтобы развивать проект по всем направлениям сразу. С этой целью были созданы под-управления, каждое из которых отвечает за определенную деятельность, например ведение wiki или продвижение на конкретном языке.

Если каждая активность во Free TON проходит через голосование, в чем заключаются функции под-управления?

Чтобы создать под-управление, его инициаторы подают заявку в главное управление на форуме Free TON, в случае поддержки сообщества и одобрения в ходе голосования под-управление получает свои полномочия и бюджет.

В дальнейшем под-управление может уже само проводить голосования и определять бюджеты для своих инициатив. Таким образом часть полномочий переходит к под-управлению, чтобы больше людей могли заниматься продвижением проекта в разных сферах.

Каков процесс запуска под-управления?

На начальном этапе для запуска требуется поддержка и интерес сообщества. После успешного голосования под-управление начинает деятельность по запуску инициатив, оговоренных в изначальной заявке.

Одним из первых запускается конкурс на вступление в Жюри, чтобы расширить состав голосующих по заявкам и тем самым снизить риск централизованного контроля.

Чем отличаются под-управления друг от друга? Они как-то связаны между собой?

У каждого под-управления есть Initial Members (изначальные участники), именно они создают и подают заявку на создание и становятся первыми членами Жюри в этом под-управлении. Они же запускают и проводят первые конкурсы. С расширением состава участников еще больше инициатив будет запускаться и проводится независимо друг от друга.

Напрямую под-управления между собой не связаны и из-за этого могут дублировать функции, которые есть у других под-управлений. Однако у разных под-управлений могут быть одни и те же участники или даже Initial Members.

Все под-управления подотчетны сообществу и главному управлению.

По сути под-управления это группа активных членов сообщества, которые хотят реализовать свои идеи во Free TON, кто угодно с достаточным опытом и навыками может создать свое под-управление или присоединиться к уже существующему, если его заявку одобрят голосованием.

What is Sub-Governance in Free TON and why it is needed?

I think many people have come across a misunderstanding of how the decentralized Free TON community works, we will try to explain it to you in this article.

Sub-Governance — secondary administration

Since the team’s resources are limited, they need additional people to develop the project in all directions at once. To this end, sub-governances have been created, each responsible for a specific activity, such as running a wiki or promoting in a specific language.

If every activity in Free TON goes through voting, what are the sub-governance functions?

To establish a sub-governance, its initiators submit a proposal to the main governance at the Free TON forum, and in case of community support and approval through a vote, the sub-governance gets its responsibilities and budget.

In the future, the sub-governance may vote and determine budgets for their initiatives themselves. Thus, part of the authority is transferred to the sub-governance so that more people can promote the project in different areas.

What is the process of launching sub-governance?

Initially, the launch requires support and community interest. After a successful vote, the sub-governance begins activities to launch the initiatives specified in the original proposal.

One of the first initiatives to launch is a Jury competition to expand the vote on proposals and thus reduce the risk of centralized control.

How do sub-governances differ from each other? Are they somehow connected to each other?

Each sub-governance has Initial Members , they create initial proposal for sub-governance creation and become the first members of the Jury in this sub-governance. They also launch and manage the first contests. As the membership grows, more initiatives will be launched and conducted independently of each other.

The sub-governances are not related to each other directly and can therefore duplicate the functions that other sub-governances have. However, different sub-governances may have the same participants or even Initial Members.

All sub-governances are responsible to the community and the main governance.

In general, a sub-governance is a group of active community members who want to implement their ideas in Free TON, anyone with sufficient experience and skills can create their own sub-governance or join an existing one if their proposal is approved by a vote.

You probably don't understand the meaning of such name. There was an original TON project from the Telegram CEO Pavel Durov, this project has been closed due SEC regulations, after that the developer community launched it's own project based on the TON - Free TON, which unrelated to the original project, Free TON just used some of the original TON code.

Free TON is based on decentralized community and most of the coins will be distributed to the community for their activity activity as a rewards. Current bounty campaign is an example of such rewarding, there is no centralized team, who launched bounty - the manager itself came to the free ton - submitted proposal for bounty - received approval after voting and launched bounty. Anyone can do the same if he have enough skills - submit own proposal and launch if voting accept it or you can earn coins by participating in already launched contests. It's quite complicated for the newcomers, but the general idea is - you can launch your own program on Free TON or join some of already existing programs to earn coins, of course you can also buy them.
