I have passion for adventure. Most of my friends already know that i love traveling, and this is something that i truly live for. For me, travel is the greatest experiment. To explore different amazing and extraordinary places, to meet fabulous people from all over the world, to be more aware of culture of others as well as of my own. There is a kind of magic about going far away and then coming back all changed.

The biggest problem of my country the Philippines is the lack of opportunities or unemployment. That is why we have millions of Filipinos who worked abroad just to seek higher pay even though they get violated, molested, raped, and worse killed. Just like what happen to the Pinay in Kuwait, who found dead inside the freezer. The second biggest problem in the Philippines is drug addiction, and that is what our President trying to eradicate.

If you felt like killing yourself, like no one cares for you whether you live or die, or feeling empty inside of you, you think you are nothing and nothing will ever go right for you then you are suffering depression. The most commonly used ways to treat depression is psychotherapy. The therapist talk to the patient and tries to find the source of depression or problem. The patient must realize the problem, confront it, and overcome it. Another effective way is through medication by using antidepressant drugs. Other ways to overcome depression are through music and dancing, singing, walking, reading a book, find a new hobby, eating healthy foods, exercise, sleep well, fill you life with light, plan your life an think positively.

Being an effective leader isn't easy. While leader's action may be scrutinized when things are going bad, it is their leadership qualities that shine through the worst of times. It is these qualities that employees look up to, respect and work hard for. The best leaders exhibit certain qualities that makes them successful. Some of the basic qualities that makes a good leader are his focus, decisiveness, transparency with his employees, courage, humility, inspirational and motivational attitude and passion for new innovations.

Compensation alone will never attract or retain top employee. When it comes to job satisfaction, it is more than cash that will make them happy and motivated. They should feel that they are a part of a team and being valued and appreciated consistently. If you really truly trying to understand an employee and what motivates them, one of the best thing to do is to ask them by doing an employee satisfaction survey. Employee don't leave company, they leave bosses.
