322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should i buy ethereum with all of my money ? on: December 22, 2017, 08:35:07 PM
i see the future. ether will be 1k$ in 2018.  Cool

I think you are right, I think Ethereum will go way over 1000, but you should never buy anything with all of your money and should never invest money you cannot afford to lose. Be smart!!!
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEBL about to blow?! on: December 22, 2017, 08:29:30 PM
Nebl definitely is undervalued for now. I think they have bright future and 500 million market cap is reachable. It is a great project in my opinion, they are quiet but efficient. I invested some money in them and I am more than happy about it Smiley

326  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the USA pay their debts, if ever? on: October 18, 2014, 06:06:14 PM
America is a rich man, if countries were people. China is nothing more than a labor slave for cheaply made everything. China will never come looking for repayment on our debt to them. Why would they, why would anyone? You must be aware that America does in fact rule the economic policy of the world.
327  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 15, 2014, 06:43:07 PM
Must feel awful to have money in the stock market this month. Value plummeting every single day. But...

bitcoin users not affected!
Noooo, please don't set that off, it went on for months last time. Next it will be things like "Entire female population of the planet gets the clap? Bitcoin user not affected!".

I find that in most circumstances this could actually be an acurate headline
328  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Betrayal of the ASIC manufacturers on: October 15, 2014, 06:12:56 PM
@ gallery2000 we just touched 400usd .  I see us above 500 by Nov 1st

The correction happened we dropped to 298 a week or so ago and now back up for a few months.

Unless  the moron asic builder decide to expand the data centers again.

They just need to keep their 'dick in their pants'   [figure of speech]  for about 60 days and put out very little hashpower.

then they can have a  lot of 'quality pussy' [figure of speech]
The problem is they aren't saving up and going for that quality pussy.  They don't want to wait for it, so they're running around like a bunch of drunken sailors tagging every two dollar whore they can find.

Sailor here, come on man.
329  Economy / Speculation / Re: Correction is on the way... on: October 15, 2014, 06:07:23 PM
I'm sure the argument has been made already but...

Network hash rate is pretty high, verging on astronomical levels
Overall use of the network hasn't changed all that much for transactions
Whale mines are needing to cover cost at any price they can
Crazy fluctuations scare investors
Difficulty discourages small miners

By the time halving occurs the difficulty will be unbelievable and fewer coins will be produced each day. Right now the supply is exceeding demand given that the user base of the network has not grown as exponentially as the ability to mine more efficiently. Time is the key here, BTC has demonstrated in the face of pretty incredible adversity that it isn't going anywhere. It has also proven itself to be a reliable means to transefering value, if nothing more.

Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to simply sit on your hands and wait for what you know is going to happen, to happen. So sell if you need to but remember the guy who bought the pizza for 10000? Even now in the "dark days of dispair, decline and demise" that is still a lot of value to eat.

BTW I'm playing the long game, like a 401K but better.
330  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: What can I use Bitcoin miners for other than mining? on: October 10, 2014, 07:29:03 PM
Step one: place miner on horizontal surface
Step two: call it art
Completion.
331  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the USA pay their debts, if ever? on: September 26, 2014, 08:27:05 PM
it is the debt that backs the fiat.
If there is so much debt...

Why haven't the creditors foreclosed on America?

because...man...America is an idea....you can't forclose on an idea.

The creditors would lose money in this instance because not only are they our financiers but they are also our biggest trade partner.
332  Economy / Economics / Re: America is the debt slave of China and Japan on: September 26, 2014, 08:24:53 PM
if they stop loaning, we stop borrowing, we stop spending, they stop selling. End result, if they stop loaning us money to buy stuff then they won't be able to sell us stuff because we won't be able to buy it.

us govt stops borrowing and looks inward for income...taxes go up.
taxes go up.....little guy spends less on stuff he doesn't need.
little guy spends less on cheaply made chinese goods.....manufacturer of cheaply made chinese goods loses money.
manufacturer of cheaply made chinese goods loses money...chinese govt loses money.

pretty simple really
333  Economy / Economics / Re: America is the debt slave of China and Japan on: September 26, 2014, 06:34:19 PM
they'll stop loaning the money when Americans stop shopping at Wal-Mart. As long as we buy thier imports they'll loan us the money because thier govt can control thier rate of growth in thier favor (cool thing about single party dominance).
334  Economy / Economics / Re: US National Debt / Deficit - How does it end? on: September 26, 2014, 06:30:53 PM
it doesn't end. what is the incentive for ending it.
335  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the USA pay their debts, if ever? on: September 26, 2014, 06:29:06 PM
it is the debt that backs the fiat.
336  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Crashing Again.... on: September 26, 2014, 05:02:38 PM

IMO 40% of people if not more have heard of BTC.. might know it as "Illegal money.. or ponzie scheme etc"

.00001% of people actually decent idea of what BTC really is.

Seriously? You think 3 billion people know what bitcoin is? I think even 1 billion is a huge stretch. I'd be very surprised, but I agree with the .00001 knowing what it actually is.

you guys understand that 0.00001% is exactly 70 people? Smiley

Arghh, facts, I hate facts. Stop spreading factual information you'll hurt the troll science.
