I do not think that will be possible. Please note that it is NOT possible to trade and withdraw funds without any verification. You may not withdraw from the exchange until you verify your identity. That is a very good sign for people without verification they want to withdraw funds. I hope even bounty people should also have to verify their account of withdrawing the coins? KYC for bounty does not make sense at all. Why not?  I thought that's a standard requirement. What is the difference of EVEREST - from other similar projects ?
