The chance of rolling number 10000 being equal to 1/10000 doesn't mean that if you roll 10000 times, you'll get number 10000 one time of it.
The chance of not getting number 10000 having rolled 10000 times is (1-1/10000)^10000 ~ 37%.
It would be interesting to learn from someone who has a lot of referrals all together having rolled more than 10000 times whether someone of them has ever rolled number 10000 (it may be noticed on referral page of the account).
