Antoun remains transparent with his identity, and has invested in several small startup digital currency-based companies.

Coins Source has verified UCIcoin with a 3 out of 7 verification score. Points were deducted for the following: Proof of Action (POA) for UCIcoin, no code review or open-sourced code, 45 days on the market and a pending ICO period. Introduction

UCIcoin comes to us with a grand plan to bring both investors and cryptocurrency onto a new platform of business development. This company serves as an initial crowdfunding portal for various projects and activities, both in the online and offline space. One of these projects is called Tea Project , which yields investors a monthly dividend of 5%.

A big scam, nonsense

I officially resign too from XC as a project directorm it seems it was a scam. And the guys behind lied to us they backstabbed us and done deals without our knowledge, they don't have respect to the people they work with. This is a very bad move that they have done now but it was good because they got exposed and how the treason and betrayal and greedy mentality played them. And thanks god that we knew this before we got our names badly involved in this blasphemy and scammy currency that dis not even pay a dime to their foundation that worked hard day and night to market xc and make it happen. Anyway checkmate and shame on you.

Yes we need 3million us dollars to be listed on Lebanon IPO, but like Claudiop said, we are not the ones holding the shares of the projects we are involved in, the companies that we own assets in hold the shares themselves, so one of the companies is hydroinfra technologies in sweden, and it is managed by Euroclear.com, and the other is in australia Diamond Circle, which also being managed by Funding Strategies and soon will be listed on ASSOB, and may other companies around the world, so you are safe with us, especially when you invest we send you shares directly to your account that you signup for with those companies, so you will be the holder of the assets, what more security you want than this/?

Really not sure what the SEC has to do with any of this, considering they have no actual say. Mostly, we are trying to integrate ourselves more into the crypto society. We feel it has a very bright future.

Fair enough on that. Here's a question for you: Why invest into any crypto besides Bitcoin? None of them are special. They hype features to push price so people can pump. ICOs for other coins (I.E. Arch, Cannabis, ETC) are backed by promises and nothing more. We are a company backing this with our names and funds. Personal details and company details are out there. What is safer: Investing into something like Dogecoin and hoping the price either stays or moves upwards, or investing into a currency backed by an entire company with real possibilities? It's like investing into stocks, except with crypto instead of fiat.

Why gold, silver and plat? They are controlled prices by government, just like fiat. Wasn't that one of the nicer points of crypto?

Doge? LTC? What do they really bring? Litecoin was a clone of Bitcoin, nothing more. Same with Doge. Neither have brought anything to the table. DRK and XMR: New technologies, but where are they for the market? Their price is tied to Bitcoin, nothing more.

As for an anonymous dev. We are a fully registered company, with our company details available on the website, as well as real life names from each person behind it. We are not here to produce some coin with "ooh look, an anonymous feature". We are not here to use a whitepaper to pump and dump a coin. This is a real time investment backed by real assets.

Yes the atms will transfer xc and bitcoins exclusively, the one wallet card will be provided from the atm or any merchant that is affiliated with diamond circle the manufacturer.

To be correct and clear on how this works, the ONEWALLET card that can hold up to 9 currencies other than XC and Bitcoin will be the one to transfer to/from the currencies so you can cash it out at any cashpoint merchant, or just exchange between currencies in your account that is connected to the onewallet card, but regarding visa/debit/credit you will be able to use that with the atm to buy and sell bitcoins.

Regarding the time frame in integrating XC into crowdfunding its just a matter of weeks until we settle the negotiations and the deal up. so when we have the green light it will take us ten minutes for that.  but for the ATM it needs lots more than that because there are some paperworks and negotiations are still going with the manufacturer which is very positive and until also his product will be released and get it working in the coming 2 or 30 days, so i give it like a 90% chance that this will happen before the end of this year best wishes for that.
