A difference of 6 points in the 2. Bundesliga at this stage of the season is pretty big as most of the 2. Bundesliga teams are playing erratically and it is quite rare that they have long lasting winning streaks. No need to specifically address Hamburg in regards to winning streaks  And when the end of the season is approaching, it is almost guaranteed that Hamburg will fall apart, haha... But seriously, St. Pauli now got away from their draws. Despite the fact that they haven't lost a game this season, it didn't look as promising because they had so many draws. I don't even think it's a good idea for Benzema to trash his image to come back to Europe. No any club in Europe that will give him wages like he is getting it swiftly in Saudi Arabia. The league is also not as competitive like we have in Europe which means he is going to be spending less energy there and him been a Muslim will be another win for him. If the club is what he want to switch, it's better he wait for July to move to another Saudi Arabia club.
The best option for Benzema is either to stay in the Saudi pro League or retire completely from football because his decision to come back to any European team will be a wing decision because he is old and withstand the pressure in the European top leagues even though he have experience in the Leagues before. Beside that, Benzema will be expecting a special treatment as a senior striker in any team he will be joining due to the fame he has already made in the world of football, but no team in the European top teams will afford to take the burden of a striker that will not guarantee them more than 20 goals in a season; therefore, let him stay in his current team or move to any team in the same league. If that is his only choice I bet that he is going to stay in the Saudi Professional League. Nowhere in the world and in no other occupation could he make that much money in such a short time. I think if he gets the chance to play in Europe again for a year or two, he may consider leaving the Saudi Pro League. But if the alternative is to retire and quit his career and let the contract expire unilaterally, i. e. leave all the salary on the table, I doubt that he would be willing to do that. Aber ja gut, eigentlich kommt es sowieso nicht mehr drauf an was die Dortmunder machen, weil der Zug für die sowieso schon abgefahren ist. Müssen halt um ihre Champions League Quali bangen.
Da Leipzig aktuell noch weniger auf die Reihe bekommt und es aktuell noch 4 Punkte sind, muss Leipzig auch erst einmal gewinnen aber bereits jetzt 12 Punkte Rückstand auf Leverkusen, während Leverkusen noch ein Spiel mehr hat, ist schon ziemlich dünn für Dortmund. Immerhin sind sie noch in der Champions-League dabei und haben sich auch in der Hammer-Gruppe durchgesetzt. (nicht, dass sich sowas rächt, wenn man dann im Achtelfinale kläglich scheitern sollte)  Na klar keine Frage, dass es für Dortmund immer noch um die Champions League geht, aber man erhofft sich ja doch immer mehr. Wobei ich sagen muss, dass ich Dortmund grad sowieso nicht mehr als den wichtigsten Bayern-Jäger sehe. Das ist jetzt so einfach gesagt, weil Leverkusen ganz oben steht, aber ich finde, dass Dortmund wirklich tiefgreifende Probleme hat und zwar immer dann, wenn sie nicht grad wieder irgend so einen Weltstar aus dem Hut per Zufall zaubern wie halt Lewandowski damals oder eben dann auch Haaland am Ende. Sobald sie da nicht eine glückliche Hand haben bei den Transfers, dann sieht es direkt düster aus.

I think if Rasford is going to PSG he's only going there to experience another league that is very different from the EPL where he actually started his football career. Regardless of things happening in the French ligue1 where the attendance is lower than what we have in EPL and all that but I think the player knows exactly what he is looking for before going to make any deal with the club and being a fantastic player at age 26 he could be the perfect replacement for Mbappe if he leaves may be that's the more reason why he's interested in going to PSG and not for the money.
PSG is the wrong choice but I can see how this can happen. I think it doesn't make that much of a difference whether you play for PSG or Manchester United, in both clubs the player won't have a chance to win the Champions League. But at least in the Premier League he would have all the excitement that this league can offer and I am wondering whether he will be earning so much more in Paris than he is in Manchester now. At that age going from the Premier League to Ligue 1 is a step back in his career no matter how he looks at it. I don't know what his hope is if he does it, but in my opinion it must be the money and can't really be any other considerations. |

Dortmund should win this one easily, Heidenheim is a very small team but they had a good run lately. They have 6 games unbeaten streak, that have to end some time and it could be today. Dortmund won their last 3 games with high scores, they have no problem about scoring. They only conceded one goal in these three matches so they don't have any problem in defense as well. All signs show that Dortmund should win the game, odds also reflect that. They need to be closer to Leverkusen and Bayern as the point gap is too much now.
I don't think so. I can understand if Dortmund got difficulty to score goals. Heidenheim has a quite strong defense, they often got a draw against stronger teams. They even could win against Freiburg and VfB Stuttgart. And we don't forget in matchday 3, Dortmund also got a draw against Heidenheim in their home. So, it is not a very surprising thing if the result of the match today is a draw again. The most interesting thing of the match today is no goals made by both teams. It means both teams have no sharp strikers. For Dortmund, Niclas Füllkrug failed to show his quality as a top striker in this match. And Dortmund also failed to overtake VfB Stuttgart in the 3rd place. It is not so much about whether or not Dortmund has difficulties to score a goal or not. I think the bigger problem here is the elephant in the room, the fact that Dortmund keeps talking about the title while in reality they are not a team that has a good chance to win it. It is too often the same problem for them and their performance level is too erratic. See how consistently Leverkusen needs to perform to keep the distance between them and Bayern. They can afford a single draw and Bayern is immediately there. Two consecutive draws and the lead would be back to Bayern. If Dortmund wants to win the title again, the win against Heidenheim is non-negotiable. |
