As far as the Satori coins, which do you all think is more valuable , a 25 count roll in the plastic or the rolls that are put into the Guardhouse White boxes that has each coin in its own plastic capsule? ( i have a couple boxes with coin serial#s in the 19k so i was just wondering) thank you  Smiley

Honestly, the sealed factory roll is more valuable than a full roll opened and put into individual cases. It's kind of counterintuitive but collectors like things in their original state and untampered with as much as possible.

For those of you do not understand this coin and its history:

1. Released by Smoothie in 2016

2. Each coin is 2oz of .999 silver (The largest coins Lealana has produced)

3. There were originally 250 straight silver and reverse satin silver varieties of this coin.

4. After increasing demand Smoothie returned and released 8 gold plated and semi gold plated versions.

5. There are less then 30 of each version of the gold-plated variety.

6. Retail price per each silver reverse 2oz coin in 2016 was 0.26BTC each

7. Each coin has a special very large COA (1 foot+) signed by smoothie with full public key and hologram.

Your timer in OP gives me 6h 45 minutes left now, your post is almost 2 hours ago.

See here: https://logwork.com/countdown-zh4u

The countdown timer is not calibrated properly it appears. This auction finalizes at 18:00 EST or 6:00pm.

The countdown timer was configured for June 15th, 2023 6:00 pm
Timezone: America/New_York

Right now the countdown timer is reading 0:00:00 time remaining for me, this is an error with the countdown timer.

Auction is still live until 18:00 EST

339  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Bitbills set and 10 BTC silver Casascius coin on GreatCollections on: June 09, 2023, 10:15:21 PM
I agree. The 1 BTC bitbill might go for a large premium, but the rest have too high of a value. Premium in BTC terms will likely be limited. But Bitbills are the first ever bitcoin collectible. Super historic.

This is the first 10 cas I have seen go for auction before. I do not know how the market will behave. 13BTC is my educated guess.

GC is a niche auctionhouse that not many people know about, let alone have used before. Stacksbowers is more mainstream with better marketing.

Going with stacks would garner much more attention from numismatic collectors, but there is no guarantee on premium there either.

The 1 bitbills will definitely go for a premium above 1BTC. It is also the first PCGS bitbills I have ever seen sold.
340  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Bitbills set and 10 BTC silver Casascius coin on GreatCollections on: June 09, 2023, 09:20:08 PM
Hello Mr. Lee,

I think the 10 cas goes for at least 13BTC

I think the bitbills collection goes for on average slightly overload value.

The bitbills are slightly harder to pin down, less well know and recognizable then the cas.

Either way this is quite the horde in terms of BTC and crypto history.
