OP I will advise you to be patient with them. Maybe they are processing your payment as per your request. You know sometimes casinos would state in their terms and conditions of service the due time for withdrawal which you will have to consent before registering and sometimes, they conduct verification on accounts if they think the account exhibited some suspicious activities so that they do not go against the their policy.

I want to ask you this question, can you be trusted to get someone's details for KYC and also can you trust that same person to give them your handle details to do the KYC for you?
It is very difficult these days to see such happens though but there are some people who still do pay for KYC but what are your motives behind you paying someone who would do KYC for you or are there no other options available for you to use? I am meant to understand that luck is divine. People do believe that they are lucky and it works for them. For me, I see luck as favour. Being favoured is likewise you being lucky.
People tend to have that lucky star when it comes to winning coupled with their skills advantage to which they have took years to build. OP, I would say that as a casino under regulations, there must have been update and upgrade in their policies which would warrant them to do the needful since they are under a body that issues them licence to operate. They are just doing this to be sure that your details are still the same as it is before if you really did KYC then when you first opened an account with them.
This issue of free bonus from casino is becoming a norm now as they are using it as a bait to get at gamblers who possibly have long abandoned their accounts to reactivate it and after which they must have made deposit played and win, upon withdrawal they will ask you to do KYC or wager before you could be able to make withdrawal. This has been the issues with casinos as they trick people with so much bonuses to get at them.
Lastly, looking at the nature of this thread it looks more of an accusation which I think should be at the reputation board because this has to do with the reputation of the casino and as a matter of fact,the representative of the casino would be needed for further explanations.

If your last payment went to your old wallet address and it belongs to an exchange them you will have to contact the customer care of the exchange to help you sort it out as you had no idea there was changes otherwise I do not think sir Hhampuz can do anything about it because that was the wallet you presented for payment which he has already done his part by making payment as required of him. You can contact your exchange to help you retrieve your payment as they've full custody of the wallet keys they could help you out. |

OP actually there's no fix rules for gambling addicted people that could help them to become normal from there addiction. Wherever You are saying, by blocking websites or similar steps may work as little limitation but it won't stop anyone until a person has strong mind set to avoid gambling. So you mean you can ban an account from sending one DM without the owner of the account doing so and this makes me wondering if you are a staff with the social media platform you mentioned there or you want the owner of the account to give you access to their handles so you could do such which I believe is not possible and can never happen so in that case, it would be nice you come up explaining yourself properly so that members here could get your point straight. |

I checked your terms and conditions of service and I was as amazed by what I saw;

While I'm not necessarily saying it's OK, these are pretty standard clauses from general services/websites particularly the continued use = agreeing to terms. If I have to guess, it's probably to protect themselves in case things go south. Does it mean that if you change your policy while in the course trying to improve in your services you would not send notice or a reminder to know what aspects of your terms and conditions you effected changes. It is very disappointing to be seeing such on your website as a new casino but however, you will still have time to improve on your services to God. Probably also depends on how big the changes are. These are standard clauses most services I've seen have and reputable ones have communited the important changes. It is obvious that most of these policy changes by casino sometimes seems funny and what most of them do is that they fail to inform their customers mind you, they always have it in the back of their mind that if anything goes south, they would hold unto the terms and conditions of service you agreed to against you which is not good and we all know it was drafted in the sense that it would favour them to any extent they want it. I really have not heard or seen any gambler here who claimed to have withdrawn from a casino they did no ot deposit a dime into. Most times violence in the house can be as a result of idleness. When a man is idle and is supposed to be the bread winner of the house and he is not doing anything to support or back up the family, it annoys him and in most cases, he becomes hostile and aggressive just to express his frustration. Doing this alone causes violence at home. Gamblers too vent their frustration at home violently when they loses games and this also results to violence in their house.
In as much as they are genuine reason of frustration, they are not a good explanation for such expression of their frustration because such expression will not proffer solution to their situation still so it would be much better they go get a job and help their selves become much more better off than pouring out their frustration in violence. Such violence never helps the situation rather it only worsen it by causing more harm than good because the family will be harmed by these actions and that will lead to incurring expenses to fixt that which was lost in cause of expressing anger and frustration. Gamblers should always keep their family out of the frustration caused them by gambling and so should their anger aswell be left at the casino and not making their kids, wife or siblings as the case maybe to suffer for that which they are not responsible for . Obviously, gamblers frustrations are too numerous not to talk of when they lose any game in which they have played. As a result of that they can not vent out their frustration at the casino, they do that in their homes which triggers violence in in most cases. However, advising them on self-control after gambling should be another topic of discussion because in most cases, gamblers does transfer their aggression to their various families after losing games and bets. I think It could work perfectly well if it happens that gamblers are being spoken to few minutes before and after gambling in a means of calming their temperament so they do not get violent at home, work and even at the casino as well. |
