E ora che sta arrivando pure l'IA tanta, tantissima gente corre seriamente il rischio di perdere il lavoro quasi da un giorno all'altro e non avrebbe nessun tipo di qualifica per essere assunta a fare altro, potremmo trovarci con un sacco di persone di 50-60 anni che dovrebbero praticamente reinventarsi da sole perché siamo onesti, chi ha voglia di investire tempo e soldi per la formazione di una persona che starà lì pochi anni?
Pochi anni, parliamone. a 50 ani hai ancora 20 anni di vita lavorativa residua. Non proprio pochi. Certo che a 50 anni c'è meno voglia, parlando in generale, a mettersi "in gioco". Quello si. Ma il piatto vuoto fa venire voglia di farlo, direi. A quella veneranda età inizia anche a venire meno la salute e inizia anche a venire meno il tempo, fra figli grandi prestiti e mutui accumulati sei in una specie di sacco da cui non risulta facile uscire voglia di mettersi il gioco viene proprio azzerata da tantissimi fattori, incluso appunto la parte impegni sia fisici che economici. |
