321  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My Trading Strategy on: March 29, 2022, 10:10:51 PM
Its good to use different trading strategies. All depends on the market and what kind of trader you are.
Yes. Having some different strategies makes us easier to adapt to every market situation. When one strategy is no longer effective to use, we still have other strategies to apply. 1 trading strategy may not work in each market situation. A certain strategy that works effectively in the uptrend, probably not work well when it is in a downtrend. That's why we need some trading strategies.

We should appreciate Thomas Tuchel for giving encouragement to Chelsea players in the midst of the sanctions
If you read my post above, you will understand that I appreciate him and the whole Chelsea players. I said, Chelsea isn't a team to be underestimated since they have good players to beat any team. But I assumed Chelsea isn't the favorite team to qualify because they are against Real Madrid in this round. Real Madrid is a specialist trophy of UCL. However, if Real Madrid has a problem with player injury, especially for Benzema, they can be defeated by Chelsea.

This is only my opinion, you may have a different opinion. No problem, dude!
323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Getting more skills in trading on: March 23, 2022, 11:53:47 PM
If someone already has some knowledge of finance or economic education background I don't think it will take long to learn crypto,
No, it won't guarantee anything. We only can expect someone to learn crypto easily and quickly if he is serious enough and wants to spend much time for learning crypto. Having good economic or finance education will be useless if the person is lazy to read articles about crypto, and he doesn't have the intention to follow the discussion about crypto. Learning crypto isn't the same as learning common knowledge, crypto is specific knowledge. So, the background related to common knowledge may be not very helpful.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why are there so many coins and the reason why some developers failed on: March 23, 2022, 11:48:11 PM
I think why many altcoin projects have failed because they only sell coins and give some bonuses to each buyer through sales, but they don't offer a long term program that they will do in the future. because I think many investors are interested in projects that have long-term prospects by launching various programs and products.
Actually, bonuses in the selling phase aren't a problem as long as the project has a long-term program that can guarantee for the development of the project and the token value. Sadly, as you know that many new projects only focus on marketing for the selling phase. They prioritize only for selling all their tokens as much as possible. Even worse, if the project has no product offered for a long-term goal. We simply can guess that the project will fail or won't survive a long time.

Chelsea is a team that should not be underestimated. They recently won the Champions League, and in that season they were definitely not favorites to win the tournament.
Who underestimates Chelsea? Don't you understand what I wrote above?  Roll Eyes
If you read deeply, you must know if I appreciate the current performance of Chelsea. What we saw, Chelsea is getting stronger once all injured players have returned and played regularly again. It is a clear warning for Real Madrid players to anticipate a surprising performance of Chelsea in this round. Moreover, Real Madrid has just been defeated by Barcelona in La Liga (0-4), I doubt it will make their mentality a bit decrease.

328  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto is a part of war now, like it or not on: March 20, 2022, 11:20:44 PM
There are crypto proponents who have rallied in support of Ukraine and tried to find a role for crypto.
Not all people who have cryptocurrencies are a part of Ukraine supporters. Only some people are trying to support Ukraine by collecting funds through cryptocurrencies. There is no problem with this, collecting funds in crypto is okay, especially for humanity purposes. But note that it is only one of the ways for donating funds to Ukraine. Don't think Ukraine only rely on crypto to get donations. So, you cannot think that those people trying to get a role for crypto.

Thanks to that, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine can be called “the world’s first crypto war.”
LOL. How can? Russia and Ukraine don't war for crypto.  Grin
329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 20, 2022, 10:59:44 PM
I won't bet on this event either because I'm not sure who will win, I just think Chelsea will be stronger, that's all.
That's good. Better to avoid placing a bet when you are not sure which team to win.  Grin

When Chelsea started this season they started as Europa Champions, their poor performance was as a result of the absence of their players due to injuries, in the last two months many of their players are returning and their side have gotten stronger.
They only showed a little bad performance in EPL, but they usually showed good performance in UCL this season. It happened several weeks ago, they have improved their performance lately. In EPL, they won all 5 latest matches, and they also won all the matches in the last round in UCL. Moreover, all the injured players have returned to play, they surely become stronger right now.

330  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do daytraders store their crypto? on: March 20, 2022, 10:45:00 PM
Its true that there is a risk if we store our tokens on centralized exchanges as we do not actually hold the private key.
Of course, storing our tokens on an exchange has a risk but that doesn't mean storing tokens on a private wallet has no risks. We can forget the password or private key of our own wallet and sometimes it will be difficult to recover the wallet once we lose the data. While on the exchange, we may get a help from the exchange service center if we have a problem with our data or tokens.

But I think most day traders will leave their cryptocurrencies on the exchange instead of having to withdraw them to personal wallets,
Yes. Putting tokens or coins on an exchange wallet will make it easier to sell them once there is a pump. While if we put on personal wallets, it needs some time to send them and it requires transaction fees as well.
331  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do daytraders store their crypto? on: March 19, 2022, 11:59:16 PM
I just store it on the exchange I’m using since I can’t do day trading if my tokens are not on the exchange.
It is the same with me. I also often trade in CEX (Centralized Exchange), so I just put my coins or tokens on the exchange wallets. I think we don't need to worry about our coins or tokens there as long as we choose reputable exchanges. I don't want to send my tokens to private wallets, and then send them again when I want to trade. This will take too many transaction fees, so I avoid this. Top exchanges such as Binance, Kucoin, Gate, or Huobi, are secure enough as a place to keep our coins and tokens.

332  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 19, 2022, 11:52:33 PM
If we look at the history of the two teams, it is very natural that many people choose Real Madrid over Chelsea. Real Madrid has won 13 trophies,
while Chelsea only won 2 trophies. From this we already know that Real Madrid is much more experienced.
That's true. According to the history of the numbers of UCL titles won by each team, Real Madrid is clearly superior to Chelsea. There is no doubt if Real Madrid is the favorite team in UCL, everyone knows Real Madrid has proven it many times.  Wink

Is Chelsea a small club?). They also took the Champions League trophy, albeit only twice, but they are clearly not a weak club.
Who said Chelsea is a small club?  Roll Eyes
I know Chelsea won 2 UCL titles. They are clearly a strong club. But if we compared it with Real Madrid, I can say confidently that Real Madrid is still better.

I have a feeling Chelsea have a better chance.
Don't believe your feeling. I am worried you will regret it.
If you bet some funds for Chelsea winning, better to think again before placing it.
333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 18, 2022, 11:35:08 PM
I don't understand why everyone as one is screaming that Real Madrid will win the match against Chesley... Does everyone think the English club are bad enough to face the Spaniards? Totally disagree, for me the priority is more on the London team than on Real Madrid, even though Real Madrid are in great form at the moment. The priority is for Chelsea to make it to the final at all
Why are you so surprised? Do you think Real Madrid is a small club? Don't forget that Real Madrid is an experienced club to win UCL trophy and they can reach this round by beating a strong team like PSG. So, it is very understandable if many people think Real Madrid is the favorite team to beat Chelsea. Real Madrid also has Benzema who performed amazingly during this season and he even could make a hat-rick in the last match in UCL. Normal people must consider this as the reason to support Real Madrid, bro.  Roll Eyes
334  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand or know the whale's next move? on: March 18, 2022, 11:22:52 PM
All I know is the Telegram group that monitors whale movements within exchanges and the blockchain but does not predict or announce the next move.
https://t.me/whale_alert_io
Yes, this telegram channel only provides information about big numbers of crypto coins/tokens transferred among wallets or exchanges. But the information was shared after the whales did their assets' movement. For me, it is not really helpful because the impacts on the market have already occurred, it is unavoidable. So far, we have no channel that has the ability to predict whales' movement.
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your opinion, NFT last long or not ? on: March 18, 2022, 11:09:47 PM
Decentralized finance (DeFi), Web 3.0, financial inclusion, the rise of non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
Axie Infinity success, Will the others be successful too?
Although Axie Infinity can be successful, there is no guarantee that other projects with the same concept to be successful also. It depends on how well the developer or the team of the project manages and develops their projects. NFT trend may last a long time, but not all NFT projects can survive a long time if they have a weak strategy to grow their products and tokens. With many NFT projects appearing, the competition among them will be tighter. Weak projects will be eliminated from the market as people move to more established projects.
336  Economy / Economics / Re: Ukraine to launch NFT in remembrance of Russian invassion on: March 14, 2022, 11:24:30 PM
whoever manages to buy that NFT will become a hero for ukraine and even his name is recorded in the history of ukraine and crypto, good luck to anyone who wants to bid that NFT.
Don't be too much, friend. Help Ukraine may be a good act, but expecting to be recorded on the Ukraine history or even crypto, is clearly too exaggerating. Everyone who donates their funds to Ukraine is for humanitarian purposes, not for a political purpose. Sure, all the donators are the hero for Ukrainian people, their helps are very meaningful.

337  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: An advice for newbies and plebs on: March 14, 2022, 12:41:43 PM
The market has always followed a bull - bear cycle.
2022 - It might be a bear market.
2023 - It might be the next opportunity to buy the Bitcoin DIP.
2024 - It might be the new BULL MARKET.
Crypto market has a bull and bear cycle, but the cycle may not repeat as the same as previously. So, basically, what the trend to happen in the future cannot be predicted based on the previous bullrun scheme only. We must consider the current factors that may influence crypto trends, for example:
1. Current world economic status
2. Massive adoption of Bitcoin by big parties (BTC as a legal tender in El Salvador, big companies follow BTC investment)
3. Hot issues around the world (wars, Covid pandemic, etc)

These factors may change the scheme of the bull-bear cycle. So, be careful to determine every decision for your crypto investment.
338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is A Better Option Than Fiat Money? on: March 14, 2022, 10:49:36 AM
but.the problem is bitcoin is still banned in many countries, even in the country I live in, we can't use bitcoin as a medium of exchange, in the country I live all shopping must use fiat, we can't go anywhere without holding fiat money...
What do you mean by using BTC as the medium of exchange? Using it as a payment tool?
Even if you cannot use BTC as a payment tool, you are free to invest in Bitcoin, right? If your main purpose is for investment, it shouldn't be a serious problem. You can sell your BTC or convert it to fiats whenever you want to pay for goods or services. Don't make it too be very complicated! As long as BTC isn't fully banned in your country, don't think too much that it is a big problem.
339  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 13, 2022, 11:17:10 PM
They would have almost lost to the home team had Sanchez not scored in the final minutes of the match, with this result Inter Milan is getting further and further away from the race for the Serie A league title, currently they are 4 points behind AC Milan and 1 point below Napoli, even so they still have 1 game left
Yes, they are lucky that Sanchez can make a single goal in minute 90+3'.  Cheesy
Indeed, losing 2 points in the match against Torino, makes Inter to drops its position to 3rd place. Now, the competition for the title becomes more difficult for Inter because the point gap is larger than before. Moreover, Inter still has some difficult matches against strong teams.
340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 13, 2022, 11:02:24 PM
No club has yet reached an agreement with Erling Halland, both Man City, Bayern Munich and even Barcelona, for now the media is only guessing,
Of course, no club has reached an agreement with Haaland and Dortmund since there is no official announcement from both Haaland and Dortmund management. Yes, the media only guess or speculate about Haaland's possible movement. But it is very unfortunate that the media is like to know everything about Haaland transfer issues, although in reality the media don't know the truth.

I have never found Erling Halland's tweet on Instagram or on Twitter about a move to another club.
Haaland knows if he posts anything about his future plan on his social media, the media will blow it up or spread any rumors about it. So, Haaland is very careful to keep their plan for his career.
