321  Economy / Gambling / Re: [SOLVED] Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan! on: February 25, 2024, 07:40:56 PM
...

I can confirm that I have received everything that was on the site when Betnomi stopped working. More than $400, big money for me.

Thank you very much, Betnomi! I have trusted in your integrity from the very beginning and now I'm glad you haven't let me down. Will definitely play on your new site. Good luck with your new project!

I'm glad for you Betwrong, you really believed in Betnomi from the beginning, and they finally decided to refund at least some of you who had a balance there. My opinion is that they should have given you an additional reward for this huge wait. I can't complain too much, I only had a few dollars, but I would have been annoyed if I had more money there and they held it for so long without any real explanation. But it's me...

To be honest, I'm not sure that I will play on their new site at all. It's nice that they refunded some people after such a long time, but again there are a lot of unanswered questions. And this situation will be remembered, what happened once can easily happen again.
322  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling games that gives you an exciting experience on: February 25, 2024, 01:25:22 PM
...
Personally, I am new to gambling and I do not know much about games, and I prefer gambling on football matches with small amounts of money.

What is your favorite gambling game and what are the reasons that made you prefer it over the rest?

I guess we wouldn't gamble at all if gambling doesn't give some fun & excitement. So I can say that I like many gambling games, and I enjoy playing many of them. There are periods when I play some games more or less, it depends on my mood and how much money I have, and sometimes some games just get boring and I take a little break from them but sooner or later I get back to them.

You should be free and try any gambling game that attracts you. At least now it's simple to navigate through the games in any online casino, and most of them can be played with small amounts of money. But since you are careful with your bankroll I don't recommend you to play slots, most of them can be pretty expensive to play.

Good luck!
323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the highest amount of money you've ever bet in a single game? on: February 25, 2024, 09:18:26 AM
Hi guys, I don't know if something like this have been discussed here in the past, a thread a I previously commented on made me curious about this, so I decided to ask here.

It's a pretty forward and simple question, which is...
1. What is the highest amount of money you've bet on a single game in the past?
2. Did you win or lose that game?
3. Was it an amount you were actually ready to comfortably lose?

On sports betting $200-$300, when it comes to slots bonus buys I had some buys over $500. I had some crazy bets on in-house games as well, but who can recall all of them... a few days ago I bought a No Limit Mental bonus for $400. I won $15 in 13 spins. So many of those big bets were a total disaster, but I had some great hits. Gambling life is full of ups and downs.

Nobody likes to lose, but when we decide to deposit some money and gamble with it we need to be ready to lose it. That's why we need to deposit only money we are ready to lose, in gambling things can go in the wrong way in seconds.

325  Economy / Economics / Re: What did elon do wrong in Twitter on: February 24, 2024, 11:45:18 AM
Well I hope we are all ready for the new email that Elon Musk is doing. Now there is going to be Xmail to compete with google Gmail.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-13117105/Elon-Musk-Gmail-rival-dubbed-XMail.html

I have seen something about it, besides Xmail there is talk about Xpayments. Elon aims high. I think he is doing great, somewhere I saw that they are recording a record number of visitors and that number is constantly increasing compared to some other social networks. Elon emphasizes freedom of speech so much and it seems to attract a lot of people...

Well, I think that many people will move from Gmail to Xmail, somehow it seems to me that some people are fed up with Google and their shady business. Maybe I am wrong about that, in any case, I think that Xmail will be strong competition.

326  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io| 💸Join BetFury Crypto Staking |🔥Get the highest APRs up to 170% on: February 23, 2024, 10:15:38 PM
Surprisingly, it looks like the Betfury team is still interested in making BFG a more valuable token. So, this time, they suggest reducing the circulating supply and implementing the BFG lock on the chain. What do you guys think about this vote on Betfury's site? Will this have a positive impact on the BFG price as they expect or not?

BFG is and will stay the casino token... and I am not sure that price will rise as long as we can mine it, in some way. Maybe with the rise of the mining price the price of the BFG can rise as well, but that's a big question. Currently, I have $250 worth of BFG tokens and I get around 10 cents (or a bit more) per day, so is it profitable for someone to buy some amount of BFG tokens and get some small amount of crypto on a daily basis? Or it's better to gamble and try to get a lot more tokens by playing?
327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos team identity on: February 23, 2024, 08:23:08 PM
But the ultimate question is of what use is knowing the identity of the casino owner if the casino does not violate any of the operational rules and regulations guiding their operation and customers' relation?

And why do we need to pass the KYC process if we don't violate any rules and regulations, in simple words why do we need KYC if we are fair players?

I don't need to know the owner's identity, but I guess someone needs to know that... after all, they are working with money, huge money, and if something bad happens who will be responsible for that? We have had several cases where the casino just disappears with the user's funds.

Generally, I don't like KYC and I avoid it whenever it's possible, but in the end, trust should be a two-way street, if we (players) need to verify I think that the casino owners should also be verified.

328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The worst slot provider ever? on: February 23, 2024, 05:37:20 PM
...
While looking to how to default and discriminate some of these site providers, can we also talk about the good side of them? Or do we just have some sorts of grudges over them due to our tough experiences with them?
Maybe we can also pick points of their good sides . Haha!
But if I would suggest, stressing these energies to research and recommend the comfortable providers would be better of. Maybe some of us would want to give it a try because after talking about these worse ones then which would be suit best? We also need the positive side discussions.

You are welcome to share your experience, or you can start a new thread where you can describe your experience with different providers and slots with a positive attitude and you can point out the good sides of each of them. Why not?

As I mentioned in some of my previous comments, all slot providers give and take... my list of "the worst slot providers" is about them taking too much and not giving back, at least not to me. For me, it's simple, if someone is a slot player (a person who plays slot for real, not demo versions) then he must have his favourite providers and slots, and for sure there must be a list of the worst ones.

The topic is subjective. It's important to note that slot providers experiences may vary from perosn to person. What might be the worst provider for one person could be the favorite for another.

It is, of course. And you need to spin those slots to find out which slots are good and bad for you. I guess I should have mentioned at the beginning of this thread that I expect comments from people who actually play slots. It seems to me that there are a lot of philosophers here who just talk about slots without any real experience.
329  Economy / Gambling / Re: No KYC Crypto Casinos & Sites | NoToKYC.com | Exclusive Bonuses on: February 22, 2024, 08:41:00 PM
The scam accusation was 4 years ago; hopefully, a lot of things have already changed for this casino. But there's a valid reason to call them scammers since their response or action does not solve the problem that was raised with valid evidence. Of course, DT members would not support that flag created against them if the evidence isn't valid enough.

I tried logging into my account a while ago, but they no longer accept players from my country... so some things have definitely changed. My experience is only positive, 7-8 years ago Bitstarz was one of the few places with a very long list of providers and slots, unique for that time, it's the place where I won a few "whole BTC" from slots.

Anyway, the Bitstarz team decided not to show up here a long time ago, but they didn't stop advertising in other places. I guess it's their loss, most of us here don't play in casinos that don't have an active representative here on the forum.

If you check https://www.btcgosu.com/win-images/ I think you will find a few more "max wins" on Pragmatic. But when it comes to Sweet Bonanza I don't recall seeing max win on that slot, I saw some big wins but never max win... I had some nice wins on Pragmatic, but never max one sadly! Since I play Pragmatic from time to time maybe one day that will happen to me.

331  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Recovering gambling addict stories on: February 22, 2024, 08:08:41 AM
Often people get in over their heads with an addiction and this can have devastating consequences both financially and on all other levels. People really lose money, family, friends, and sometimes their lives because they cannot control their gambling urges. We are all addicts, but as I have said many times here, we either learn to control it and have some limits, or the addiction will eat us sooner or later.

We are all addicts... and we need to be careful with the money we spend on gambling. It's all fun & games as long as we don't spend too much, but when a person starts spending more than he can afford to lose it gets into the magical cycle and it's hard to get out from that. Playing to recover and to get out of the debts made because of gambling will just get a person deeper into the problem.

I'm glad this boy got out of a big problem, many stay trapped forever. That's why we should be careful and responsible.

"1600," means many years ago that I was there, in this case the bc.game forum, maybe I visited in 2019-2020, and I did not return, so I don't know more of what I said.

The curious thing about all this is that, they are still there, and the reality is that JBs remind me of cheap whisky Wink

Yea, I feel you... You saw the plans for JB tokens in those years, but I thought you remained active after that. I know they have cool stuff there, and some promos going on, at least you were there at least once I never opened BC.Game forum.

Now that you mention it, I can't get that image out of my head...  I saw that whiskey around as well. It's really JBs! Smiley

Finally new provider! I can't say that Big Time Gaming is one of my favorite providers, but it's definitely one of the good ones. I haven't played it in a long time, White Rabbit is a slot I like so I will start from that one and see some new slots I haven't tried so far.

Well, when it comes to slots, that luck is always needed for a bigger win. So thanks for the good wishes and I hope you will add new providers soon.

Quote
A couple, who had been dating for a mere three months before they won an eye-watering $1.9 million dollars, split soon after.

They don't say for nothing that some big wins change lives, literally. There are shows about lotto winners and their stories. One of the craziest ones I remember was when a man lost his wife and children after winning the lottery. His wife left him for a younger man, his son died in a car accident (fast cars, fast life), and his daughter became addicted to drugs which led her to her death.

How do you think you can handle this kind of situation?

There is no answer to this question, at least any answer would be pure fiction, at least in the vast majority of cases. There is an old saying "If you want to see what kind of person someone is, give them a lot of money"! So we can imagine this and that now, but when we get into a given situation and when the parameters change, our actions change as well.

A huge win is like a big wave... once it hits us it's hard to keep our feet firmly on the ground.
335  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A famous influencer lost more than $4000 in just 2 minutes. (2) on: February 21, 2024, 04:20:13 PM
Have you experienced this kind of situation wherein you spend huge amount of money and then regret after the loss? Is your reaction the same with that guy on the video?

I lost a nice amount of money many times... it can't even be counted anymore, during all the previous years there were many ups and downs, it's like that with every person who gambles often. And I'm sure none of us feel comfortable when we lose, and certainly, there is some regret for what we lost, none of us is made of stone. But we do not all manifest it in the same way! I think this guy in the video is a bit extreme, but I saw some crazier behavior... he just broke the keyboard, at least his monitor and computer are still alive.
Anyway, my reaction is not even close to this guy's reaction... I mumble a bit, curse in all directions and that's it... I wish myself better luck next time and move on.

Apparently the gossip from the store was not gossip, well here comes the third party to confirm, in my case I think I read it in the bc.game forum, back in the "1600s", in any case I don't see rarity, utility tokens are common, Tower had theirs too.

In any case, I think he is BCD's second cousin,  Smiley
the important thing is that I am a millionaire in JB and poor in BCD

I don't follow their forum, is there any serious discussion on the future of the JB token on their forum? As I wrote, I think they've abandoned that idea and JB will slowly fade into oblivion, if it hasn't already.

Well, I spent my JB tokens on withdrawals and boosting rakeback on a regular basis, but even with that, I have +10 m JBs. Like you, I don't have many BCDs, but if we count locked ones I have over 10k ready to be unlocked, but it's a hard (to not say impossible) task.
337  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🍍Pineapple Poker| Freeroll tournaments| USDT Prizes| 25% Rakeback for referrals on: February 20, 2024, 04:29:17 PM
Welcome, Pineapple Poker, to the Bitcointalk forum gambling community!

I personally would not partake in any gambling activity which is on Telegram since that platform is infamous for scams. It has a really bad reputation. Especially in this community. If you wish your Poker business model to be taken seriously, you should consider stepping away from Telegram.

Please keep in mind that everyone here is extremely wary of potential scams and could at any time jump the gun, which could ruin your reputation.

But otherwise, I hope you enjoy your time here and become an honest and good-standing member of Bitcointalk. See you around!

But there are some good things on Telegram, it's not like everything there is a complete scam. I like this Telegram poker app, and since it's free to try I can only say why not? If you are lucky enough maybe you can even win some money and you can try their cash tables as well.

Daily Freeroll Tournaments: Jump in every day for a chance to win without spending a dime.
Competitive Fun: Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting, our tournaments are a great way to test your skills.

For now, there are only free roll tournaments, do you plan to add more tournaments, maybe even with GTD tournaments? I would rather play those tournaments than these free ones. Maybe you can create some tournaments just for Bitcointalk members, we used to have a private series here on the forum, and I guess that can be good marketing for your poker place. Good luck.

338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The worst slot provider ever? on: February 20, 2024, 03:32:09 PM
...

I believe you have been playing slots for years mate, but I dont understand why you consider a game is the worst just because of 300 spins without bonus round and 100 spins (double chance) without bonus rounds.
I played one of your favorite games few times (Merge Up by Bgaming), I experienced 200 spins with double chance but no bonus round as well.
I experienced the same thing in some other providers such as Pragmatic, Play n Go, Push Gaming, No Limit City etc
Even in Pragmatic Play and Play n Go which can be considered as providers with medium volatility and higher RTP than others, bad luck may come and we may experience no bonus round within few hundred spins.
On the other side, when the good luck comes, we may get few bonus rounds within few tens spins in high volatility slots.
Of course it is your own right to have such an opinion.

I don't think that only one game is bad, I feel the same about all Hacksaw games. And I had crazy long streaks of dead spins with all providers, but Hacksaw is just killing me every time I play it. All other providers give and take, sometimes they take more and give less, but Hacksaw is just taking and taking... and in my case, Hacksaw never gave me anything meaningful.

Of course, it's just my opinion and experience, and this topic is about the personal view, each of us who plays slots has an opinion about which ones are best and worst ones. As I said, I saw other people hitting max wins often on Hackasaw, and I bought many expensive bonus rounds on Hacksaw games and got less than x5-x10 10 times in a row... I had pretty bad streaks with other providers, but other providers were not as bad as Hacksaw was too many times.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good or bad idea saving every penny on crypto stable coins on: February 20, 2024, 01:55:17 PM
saving your money in usdt is the same as saving your money in dollars, the value can go up and down depending on us economic and political conditions. and indeed, if you save your money in usdt, you will not be charged service fees or other fees which are usually charged by banks. however, storing money in usdt in a wallet or exchange also carries risks, for example the exchange goes bankrupt or someone hacks your wallet.

so if you plan to save in usdt, you have to pay attention to the reputation of the exchange or the security of your digital wallet. as long as you can think about it, saving into usdt is probably a good idea.

But he will probably have to pay some fees when he decides to move those USDTs from one place to another, and maybe conversion rates, in my country we don't use dollars. I guess if he wants to save some dollars in the bank he will probably open a saving account and depending on how long he plans to save there the interest rate he receives will be lower or higher.

But I am not for saving in stablecoins generally. It's good to have some cash on the side just in case, but those who have long-term plans should save in BTC, ETH, or some other perspective coin. I think it's good to diversify and to have some low-cap coins in wallets as well, who knows... if we choose good that can turn out to be very profitable one day.
340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The worst slot provider ever? on: February 20, 2024, 10:07:06 AM
I was supposed to disagree on this since I made huge wins multiple times on Hacksaw before but recently they started to become shitty provider again by being hard to hit anything even small win. I believe they manage to improve their slot games few months ago but now they are back to being a worst provider.

I definitely don’t recommend this provider to newbie or low bankroll players since even I with medium size bankroll can’t hit anything significant on this provider. I have experience too that I spend 500+ spin without hitting any bonus round or anything greater than x50 multiplier. This provider sucks!

That's why Hacksaw is the worst provider of all, I had +300 spins with no bonus and very few big wins. I also played with the "higher bonus chance" feature and did not hit the bonus round in +100 spins. I have been buying bonuses, and all I can say is a complete disaster….

I have said many times that I will never play Hacksaw again, but there comes a moment when something attracts me to try them one more time. I guess it's watching all those "max wins" on social networks, more and more I think they are all sponsored. Anyway, a few weeks back was the last time I decided to try Le Bandit... a total catastrophe! I was playing normal spins, buying bonuses, I even bought 2-3 "All that glitters is gold" bonuses... I ended with a busted bankroll after 20 minutes.
