I really do not know whether whales have entered into the market but the way BTC and ETH price is increasing for last few days is a good sign for the bull run. Volume has increased, price of altcoins have little growth but still looking OK. I think people have started buying and holding , a nice bull run may come sooner or later. Some may call it a temporary pump but I do not know why is it looking like a change of long bear trend, I may be wrong at this point, lets observe where does it go.

I was introduced to cryptocurrencies by one of my friend when BTC was trading at around $1K. Later he talked to me about bounties and shared how we can earn a good amount out of bounties and airdrops, I started joining bounty campaigns in middle 2017. Some of the projects were not so good and they paid a little amount, some went was scam but there was one project called Eidoo which rewarded me around $10K for campaigning for around 2-3 weeks, some other projects also paid me well, a good amount of money was coming into my wallet. In 2018 crypto market crashed and a bad story started from there, Since July 2018 I have only earned $200 out of all bounty projects till now, many of the projects like BeEasy, SPOKKZ for which I joined signature campaigns went scam, few projects like Baanks, Opporty and Platio have not paid bounty hunters yet although their campaings have ended a long back.I hope a good time of bounty hunter will come again.

Hackers are finding a new way everyday to steal money from other's account. This person was targeting inactive account means noone was operating those accounts for long time, customers might be waiting for market recovery but such negligence of keeping funds in an exchange for a long time and that too w/o 2FA would definitely be harmful to the account. Its the user only who give hacker a chance to steam is account. Sometime user clicks on link from unknown resources and shares all his detail on that link and most of the time he does not cover his account with 2FA. If such small negligence are taken care of,we can save our funds.

It depends which trading style suits you, a long hold or day trading.Most of the people are holding their altcoins for a long time as day trading is bit risky and most of us are not good in it. If you are making good profit out of day trading then its nice. I too hold altcoins earned from bounty campaigns and also I have purchased some of these coins. I hope these coins will be trading at a good price after few months so instead of taking daily stress I prefer to hold these coins for a long time.

I am not sure about profit but yes in Binance you can make a quick deal as trading volume is very high. There are lots of traders placing order in Binance at the same time so you need not to wait to sell or buy any token whereas in other exchanges volume is not that good.  Less volume also increases the price gap means Sell order and Buy order are placed at a huge gap, in such situation noone wants to buy buy costly and sell cheap. If a trader is good in fundamental or technical analysis he/she can make good profit at Binance due to nice platform and instant execution.

Surely I would like invest at this stage of market when there signs of growth rather I have invested earlier. It was a long bear trend and market was floating sideways, market was expected to break range either side. Market has now shown some bullish signs and this is indeed a good time to invest.
I would not be investing the whole amount in one go, if market recovers from this point I would like to buy alt coins at cheap rates,on the other side if bull trend is confirmed I would like to ride it. Its a kind of win win situation at this moment, lets hope for the best.

Thats true, instead of investing in any new altcoin its better to invest in already established coins like BTC, ETH,BCH etc but higher is the risk higher is the reward. Sometime price of a new coin increase 10 folds in no time. I remember Feb 2018 when my crypto balance was around $10K and market started decreasing by the May 2018 end my balance decreased to around $700 and with that I went for NPXS purchase with that amount, in June 2018 my wallet balance recovered $9K although NPXS again depreciated to previous low but still I could have withdrawn my lost amount. If project concept is good and team is dedicated we can earn more in any altcoin.

Such websites are scams mostly, do not live and an illusion. I have tried such website and earned about $1100 in single go (perhaps they already had winning price for new person programmed) and when I asked them to withdraw they said I need to deposit funds first. They also had "withdrawal w/o deposit" option but and for this option they were asking to enter private key of your wallet on their website, once it is done you lose all your funds from that wallet.Such websites are nothing more than a scam so do not try to share any detail there.

I think the trend starts like that, first it pumps and comes down and one fine day it starts increasing again but people do not buy with the fear that its a pumping and dumping game again, this time it goes up and up and this is why whales earn in this market and most of the people lose their money here. I believe Bitcoin has spent many months at low price and now community wants it price to be appreciated.We may see a good bull run in near future, lets hope for the best but be prepared for the worst.

It depends how much time you can devote to trading. Normally day trading needs continuous approach to the market else you can skip many good setups. If you are targeting monthly return then it is good to go for short term trading instead of day trading. Short term trading stressless and have stronger setup as compared to lower time frame. Also trading crypto to fiat is better than crypto to crypto as per my personal opinion. Your decision of trading at localbitcoins is  good provided you have good number of BTC traders in your country, you can directly get payment in local currency into your bank account.

100% investment in any asset is not treated as a wise decision, its hard to predict any financial market as almost all the financial markets have manipulators to manipulate it. Its  always recommended to take any investment decision after a proper research of the market/product and only the amount should be invested which one can afford to lose. Rest market sentiments also play a vital role in movement of any financial market so do not find it wrong to invest in Bitcoin as per market sentiments, one can miss a good profit by not investing in any asset at the right time.

Ah 15 years of age and interested in trading all this stuff great. Give him as much as knowledge you can, teach him about risk,greed, fear and discipline of the market. Many people make profit in the beginning but its hard to make it consistently and this is a bitter truth of any financial market.His zeal for learning could succeed him. Market is not same all the time, it is very dynamic, teach him to deal with every situation. I hope with the time he will grab more and will succeed in this career.

I wish you good luck for your new project. As you said your bounty campaign will not be traditional and you will be offering something extra. I agreed to the points mentioned by different members in this thread. Bounty hunters are now fed of false promises and useless coins rewards which do not carry any value after listing. If bounty hunters really need to be attracted, ICO must offer reward of some established coins like ETH, BTC ,XRP, USDT or fiat currency. There should be a strict deadline for distributing rewards. These are just my inputs, I hope you must be offering more than this. All the best again, I hope to join this bounty campaign.

Whenever you invest in a coin or stock, you must be clear with your take profit target and risk appetite i.e. SL. Losing 92% investment is not a wise decision, you should have put a strict line below far which you just could not take risk. Although its very tough to follow such rules as sometime market reverse after a correction making investor emotionally depressed. If strict rules are followed its not hard to win the market. I have realized it many times but still not able to follow it. Always make a an investment plan before investing. Hope it helps.

This is indeed a good news for cryptocurrencies. Canada is one of the developed country backed by strong economy, if they are accepting tax via Bitcoin this is a very positive news for Bitcoin acceptance. I think the day is not far away when other countries with strong economy will start accepting Bitcoin for such services/tax payment. Govts. and big companies are now accepting the power of blockchain technology. Blockchain has faster and low cost transactions with high security and these are indeed unique features to be accepted widely.

You are going through a same situation as of mine. I am also confused to take quick profit or hold my coins for a long as market is already down and an uptrend may start sooner or later. What I have planned is to divide my assets, I will sell 40-50% percent of coins if I get a good profit instantly and will hold remaining coins till a certain price. If that coin reaches my planned price I will again sell 50% position and will hold rest coins for next target with stoploss of my first sell price. In this way I have to regret even if market goes down as I had already withdrew profit from my first transaction. I hope this will help you to make a sell plan.

Good post, trading plan is must before jumping into any trade. A proper homework should be done before looking for opportunities to take a trade. A good trading system is always your backbone of the plan. Trading system must have higher win ratio. Without proper trading plan any trader may close trades at wrong point. Most of people get emotional once they have loss trades and in emotion they take another wrong trades which further lead to more loss. If a proper trading plan is made and it is followed properly success rate will be high, it avoids to take emotional trades.

Hi I am from India and I have converted my crypto rewards in INR many times. I even filed by Income Tax return showing my income from Bitcoin so its not illegal at all. Yes Indian govt has not accepted Bitcoin as currency and do not encourage people to invest into it, so that exchange converting INR to Bitcoin have been stopped. There is no strict restriction here to buy or sell crypto on decentralize platform.
Funds can be sent to India as Bitcoin or Ethereum and same can be easily converted at localbitcoins or localethereum easily, as of now there is no hard restriction over it.

Sorry to hear it mate, you lost a big amount, 45 ETH means something, any normal person can go into depression after such a big loss. Personally I do not keep my funds in a single wallet, its good if you use h/w wallet or app wallet and distribute your funds. Do not share any information on internet or do not download files from unknown resources. Hackers cannot attack anyone w/o any channel. Now its not possible to get these funds back, even we cannot trace the hackers as these transactions are done on a decentralize platform. I advise you to plan for future, its not the end of the world, take sometime from your friend to give back this amount. I hope he/she will understand your situation.

Its not in anyone's scope to increase price of any cryptocurency or any financial product. Its all depend upon the market sentiments, demand and supply.
When sentiments go in favour of something and there is lot of demand price of that particular coin starts increasing. Now we come to market as whole, in early 2018 there were so many reumers against cryptocurrency market, even Vitalik" Buterin said that crypto market can go to zero anytime, sentiments went against the crypto market and it crashed, almost all the coins lost their values many folds. In a bull run value of all coins increase, this is market cycle but coins should be backed by some solid product,useless coins value shall not increase.
