321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Red trust account users can still introduce good bounties on: November 17, 2019, 02:44:37 AM
I don't deny this possibility but there is no exact relation between the red trust accounts and managing the bounty campaign. The experienced bounty manager can still manage the bounty effectively and the other determinant as important are not as the expected duties from the campaign manager. I wish all bounty campaigns will give positive results for the bounty hunters due to their hard work and expectations.

There might actually be a connection between a red tag and how a manager is properly doing his thing. A manager is somehow responsible that he is not actually managing a project that is intended to scam investors or lure them into investing and losing money out of it. Although they cannot be held responsible for the actions of the project he is under the payment of, he still should do enough research to make sure what he is working with is clean and not criminals.
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Red trust account users can still introduce good bounties on: November 16, 2019, 04:19:21 AM
Sometimes managers are given red trust because of the campaigns they are managing and not because they themselves cannot be trusted as a person. But it does not mean that these managers are only promoting projects that are scams or projects that turned out as scams. Many managers are managing both good and bad projects. What they lack probably is background check on the projects that ask them to be as managers.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Realistic 3x - 5x on: November 16, 2019, 03:50:01 AM
Let's talk about some realistic 3x-5x coins.

These are legit & Merit is always welcome.

Look in my post history & you'll see successful 3x-5x posts.

Ultra (UOS)

Komodo (KMD)

Synthetix (SNX)

Hush (HUSH)

Decred (DCR

ETP Metaverse (ETP)

So when you made this list and exclude the most known coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, and so on, you also mean that they are not going to 3x in a realistic sense? You are not saying whether the 3x is within a one-year or two-year range. So BTC, ETH, XRP, LTC, and so on should all fall to this list. I am 100 percent sure that the top coins will not only 3x or even 5x, but will surpass that especially in the long term.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the not-so-known ways to generate crypto? on: November 16, 2019, 03:06:58 AM
Everyone talks about blogging, commerce, using referral systems, bounty, campaign signatures, streaming, selling courses, offering their services in gaming, camwhore. But there are other not so known ways to generate/earn cryptos?

You did not mention trading. That is the number one way to generate cryptocurrency. But that is also a way to lose all your crypto if you are doing it the wrong way. But that is definitely one. Another would be gambling. But again, just like trading, that is also as risky. Another would be mining, although this one requires a lot of money to start with. Just like staking. But again, they are all legit ways to earn crypto.
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $Waves price tracker on: November 16, 2019, 02:41:35 AM
Very well writen. I am whit Waves since ICO and even though i don't know exactly if it can do this move until eoy, for sure Waves got a bright future ahead.

I am sure however in next bull it will move quick and surprise allot of people, I'm not calling it the next ETH but it is a very solid project whit a great team. Great time to invest in Waves now
Until now, many have followed and received tokens in the waves, but I do not see the ease there and many can not be resolved properly. so that until now I was not at all interested in waves.
to compare with ethereum waves certainly need to be improved, because many projects with token waves are not very desirable.

If you compare Waves with Ethereum, you should have done so earlier. At this late of the competition, Waves is clearly losing. Ethereum remains at the top and with the most projects built on. But look at Waves. It used to be a close competitor but is now falling. The most recent pump is when they are promoting the Vostok project, which is also nowhere to be found right now. Even the DEX of Waves is also yielding to the more successful Ethereum. They are now admitting ERC20 coins in there.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $Waves price tracker on: November 16, 2019, 02:09:19 AM
Sometimes, I wonder what is wrong with Waves. It seems a good coin with a good project. The team headed by the bright Sasha is also very active and they are constantly releasing updates to their supporters. But still the price is still way too low. And it is in fact going lower and lower in its rank everyday.
327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that cryptos such as Bitcoin would be mainstream? on: November 15, 2019, 11:18:35 AM
I was just wondering if one day it would be possible for cryptos such as Bitcoin (BTC) OR Ethereum (ETC) to become mainstream one day for people to use for day to day transactions on a daily basis. Because I heard that the people in Zimbabwe with their economic difficulties use cryptocurrencies as a means of trade.

Would the world adopt cryptocurrency as a means of transaction, what do you guys think?

Crypto currencies? Highly likely. Bitcoin as one of them? Highly unlikely. Bitcoin has various drawbacks right now to be using it as a means of making day to day transaction. Imagine you are going to your work in the morning. On you way, you decided to grab a cup of coffee. You go over there pay using bitcoin and then you have to wait like more than 10 minutes for your transaction to be confirmed before receiving your coffee. Waiting for like more than 10 minutes for just a cup of coffee is quite unreasonable.
Though there are other altcoins that confirm within few minutes. Those are perfect for using it as a traditional currency.

I hope the lightning network will spread quickly and address this long time issue. This has always been the issue ever since. How are we to spend our Bitcoin if it is very inconvenient to use? You cannot just waste time waiting for several confirmations for just a cup of coffee. Or pay a fee which as high as the cost of the cup of coffee itself. But this issue has been dealt with and hopefully addressed very soon.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your EOS price prediction? on: November 15, 2019, 10:26:53 AM

Most probably. EOS is popular around the market but if you take into consideration the features within, it might surprise you that it is more centralized than decentralized. That is also true that the Chinese cryptocurrency fans are the main thing that made EOS reach the high rank. As far as smart contract is concerned it was started by Ethereum but other projects could improve on it a lot if they have what it takes. EOS has so far failed to give significant innovation from it.
You are right until now EOS has not provided the latest solution for a smart contract platform. if they have more value or are the main focus of their platform goals the market will respond differently to their platform. especially with bad ethereum conditions, some smart contract platforms should be able to create breakthrough updates that can lift their platforms. so is EOS.

Actually, when it comes to smart contract, Ethereum has done the best. Is there anything else that is closely competing against Ethereum until now? Nothing. During those years when Ethereum offered smart contract, they almost monopolized the market. Most of the new crypto projects were created on top of the Ethereum network. But when other projects offering smart contract such as EOS, TRON, and STELLAR came out against Ethereum, it still remains at the top.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: November 15, 2019, 03:24:01 AM
Hi there guys, i have one simple question about eth 2.0, what is need when the time comes to migrate mine eth to the 2.0 version, currently i hold them in MEW, do i need to move them somewhere else or ?

Still, a lot of details to be released from the team, nobody doesn't know when they will release the details, but along with the release they will announce all the details where we have to hold the coin in order to get the staking rewards in terms of ETH.

Still no clear announcement from the team itself whether the ETH have to be saved somewhere else outside myetherwallet to be able to participate in the staking? For me though I would rather that they will allow interested ETH holders to store their ETH for staking in their myetherwallet. That is a native wallet for Ethereum anyway. We will have to wait for their final announcement on this.
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your EOS price prediction? on: November 15, 2019, 02:45:18 AM
i think EOS price will pump hard in the next year.there will be a huge pump to the solid project like EOS.i think 50 USD is target for the longterm Smiley

If you are referring to next year as the long term, and expect that EOS will be 50 USD by that time, I don't think you are going to see a bright 2020. EOS is already one of the top coins. It is not anymore the EOS in the past that could multiply its total market cap multiple times. EOS could gain a double digit figure next year but most probably not as high as 50 USD.
I believed the above user is overwhelmed about EOS and not considering features behind the coin creation with the level of community support cause the last I checked EOS is just coin supported by the Chinese government and also mimicked the exact platform(smart contract) which ETH provide.
Mind you, no altcoin was unable to thrive over ETH in the smart contract business.

331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [ATL] ATLANT World's Real Estate Blockchain Platform Price Speculattion on: November 15, 2019, 01:59:42 AM
Atlant price movement is not realistic or consistent, it's listed in Yobit and we know the reputation of the exchange, traders out their love to pump the coin and we are seeing it now because per https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/atlant/, there's already an increase of 44% but yesterday I checked there's a dump of more or less 40% as well.

How can we explain that? simple, there's a price manipulation and it can easily be manipulated due to this token has lack of liquidity.

Atlant (ATL) has turned into a pump and dump coin. This is the exact path that many shitcoins take in order to show to the market that they are not yet totally dead. But that does not send any positive impression just the same. In fact, the investors will avoid it even more because the movement is purely a manipulated one. This is not even a nice pump and dump coin from which traders may gain big because it has a very low volume.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PAC (Pacquiao) Token Starts Trading from Nov 12. Will You Buy It? If Yes, Why? on: November 14, 2019, 09:52:50 AM
Finally it already launched because i heard about this project since several months ago and i thought it will never been realized however i was wondering how far this project will be successfully because crypto market is global so some of people doesn't care to him and if people want to buy this token it should be promising and very potential because if the token lack of support i'm sure Pacquiao can't save this project

It is not only that Manny Pacquiao can't save this project. Manny Pacquiao does not head nor monitor this project for sure. He is merely used as its icon but this is not his personal project. I doubt that Manny Pacquiao himself came out with this idea and worked for its development. There must be someone who approached him first and asked if his name as well as his popularity could be used for this project.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [ATL] ATLANT World's Real Estate Blockchain Platform Price Speculattion on: November 14, 2019, 09:01:57 AM
This is one that could really take off, but they will have to get out of demo mode first : /    as thats where their platform was last i checked
Easily 0.1$, maybe more, real world assets on chain is an actual use case many projects have TRIED b4, and all have failed too
2020 may finally be ATLs year!

Take off? What take off are we talking about here? Well, probably because its price cannot get any lower? It looks like a hundred USD is enough for Atlant (ATL) to take off. This is a funny coin, I don't know why we should even speculate on its price. Even right now, the price is losing almost 30%. There are coins with greens right now but not Atlant (ATL). It has deep red instead.

Guess by looking at  the price today seems they are dead https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/atlant/ and didn't see any good movement  at all for the past since I don't any ups but instead the one I see is always down and maybe if Atlant want to gain popularity in this space maybe they should take a look on what is happening to their token since if that scenario will still occur provably there no happy 2020 for Atl holders.

If Atlant is determined enough to keep this project or at least this token alive, they should have already done something about it. Atlant is not a new token. They are already in the market for a few years. There is no reason to believe that all of a sudden this project will take off and give the holders profit. They are almost 100% losing from their ICO price. Nobody would think that at this current condition the coin would recover all those losses.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can blockchain infrastructure be used in healthcare? on: November 14, 2019, 04:39:50 AM
Some steps have been taken to use blockchain technology to store, protect, and make patient data decentralized.

Because in most hospitals around the world, patient data can be easily manipulated, and some people manage this data and benefit from it.

Do you think it's right to store patient data on the blockchain? Is it safer and more privacy-oriented?

You can also check this article

https://medium.com/@taygundogan/one-of-the-biggest-steps-for-mass-adoption-was-taken-82201b329ee5

Yes, it is very possible. In fact, the blockchain technology is currently being in use by many healthcare providers in various ways. There are also countless of crypto projects whose focus is the healthcare niche. The healthcare niche is the focus of such projects as Docademic, Medicalchain, Medichain, Mediccoin, Medibloc, and many more.

I guess it is not only right but better for a patient's data to be stored in blockchain. That would protect its privacy and security even more.

hinestly I am a pacquiao fun but ofcourse it is talking about investment of money this not joke investing money because the coin is name from the popular boxer, I invest but it's depends on the situation that pacman coin into the market need to monitor and analyst first.

If you really treat buying a token as an investment, there is no reason why you will risk your money in a token such as this. A token that is worth investing will at least present a good road map to show to the investors their plans in the next year or two. How could this PAC (Pacquiao) Token develop that when the boxer himself is already too old to wear the gloves and face another opponent years from now?
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WHAT HAPPENS IF BTC TOUCHES 100K ? on: November 13, 2019, 08:58:24 AM
What happens if BTC is still rally to 100K ?
ALTS ?? dump to zero
at the moment BTC sideways until end of the year

this time currently the last choice for ALTs
take actions or die..!!!

good lucky

I believe that if Bitcoin is already rallying toward $100,000, that would mean that a larger portion of the world is already into cryptocurrency. And if that is the condition, I don't think such appreciation of crypto would leave behind the altcoins, especially those that are already built on solid products such as Ethereum. If Bitcoin is $100,000, I would imagine Ethereum at $10,000.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTERNATIVES MEANS IN CRYPTOCURRENCY JOBS APART FROM BOUNTIES. on: November 13, 2019, 05:10:39 AM
Can there be any alternative means of earning cryptocurrencies apart from bounty camapaigns, mining and staking. kindly share with us under this tread please. personally, i think th days of bounties are OVER due to scam projects that failed their ICOS. some even migrated into IEO and failed again.
we have lost most bounty companies here all due to the poor performance and scandalous nature of some projects that has no future
amazik ,bountyplatform, bountyhivo, all sidelined.
could their be an alternative to cryptocurrency marketing and if there is, can some shade more light here.

Cryptocurrency trading is one. Participating bounty campaigns is almost a thing of the past but you can definitely be earning bounty if you will be offering a service that is considered significant to projects, and demand a pay in popular coins such as BTC or ETH. If you are a good video editor, influencer, programmer, or a bug hunter, for example, you can still earn by offering those services in exchange for BTC or ETH payments.

The much-anticipated PAC token backed by boxing champion Manny Pacquiao will be available on the GCOX crypto exchange starting from Nov. 12.

"The token has a variety of uses, as stated by Pacquaio in an email conversation with Cointelegraph:

“PAC token can be used for several purposes, the token will enable fans of the politician and sports star to connect through the Acclaim! social app. Users will receive loyalty points that can then be redeemed for autographed merchandise, complimentary tickets to meet-and-greet events with Pacquiao, as well as multimedia content such as access to live streams and motivational videos."

https://ct.com/80gn

He is already into so many things and based on his statement
Quote
the token will enable fans of the politician and sports star to connect through the Acclaim! social app.
he is a public servant so does this mean that people who wants to ask for help or just want to talk to him will have to buy a token to connect, he is a public official he should be accessible without the use of token, this could backfire his bids for any position in the next election is people will have to buy a token to connect to him.
I'm not going to support it I am more into technology-based or product or services coin not a fan-based coin.

In other words, this is nothing but a pure garbage. If he is a politician outside the boxing ring, then he is not a man who should act as if he is a hard-to-get celebrity. He should always be around the people, accessible all the time, because a politician's job first and foremost is to listen to the people and make something out of what he has heard in order for the government to address their needs. Then what is this token for? Something that is only riding his popularity?
