I used to blame the SEC & the USA strict laws against crypto Fintech, but now i'm 100% pro with those laws.
Crypto needs to be " familiar " with financial law if people wanna have that 100% trust in them, keeping the rate & it is now i won't be surprised to see crypto banned in most countries.

It's sad that crypto becomes the best place for scammer to even scam you with their face / video reveals because the know 100% they'll get away with it. (Hashcard, Excolony, HeliosCoin,...)

This cryptosphere should be legalized as soon as possible, otherwise it will vanish & get back into the dark as the first days / months it started.

Don't get excited man, this is not new NEWs, if people keep saying it's manipulation during the bear market (which is indeedà), i won't say this is not some kind of manipulation too.

Some wallets have like thousands of BitCoins & thy need to cashout sometimes, it's enough for them to make some decent BUY orders to make it look like FOMO i going on.

As a swing trader or investor, you can't judge the market by a one day trend, you'll nee more than that, you'l need Supply & Demand one (AKA support & resistance) to be broken first to start talking about new trend (whether Bearish or Bullish).

My point is, it's too soon to judge it's the beginning of the Up Trend Wave, too soon for that, but make you cash ready for sure.

You have a good point here, generating an IBAN for customers needs a monetary license indeed, i've been through that in many old crypto cards' apps & stuff like that & only some can give you that luxury.

Thank you for your reply, i know that the company registration number is in the website, already checked it & is registered, i was referring to the Monetary License, like the one you mentioned (FCA & stuff like that).

I hope you guys make that information public soon, before the ICO, because this legal justification(s) about that you can't disclose such info because of the RULES OF THE PARTNERSHIP...happened before with other projects & said the same things & then didn't deliver.

I hope you don't take it like i question your integrity guys, this is crypto & even Face / video reveal isn't enough nowadays to make an ICO, especially with this bearish market already.

I would be lying to you if i say " hey i'm still optimistic ", but i would be lying to you too if i say " hey i'm still so pessimistic " about this blo bath but since i have this trader background (Forex) i can say that what's happening to crypto was expected, the price circle work that way, it can be be always an uptrend without bottoms.

The price needs solid bottoms to push the rice up again in bullish waves, that's how it works, it took BTC now, & the whole crypto, like 12 RED Candles on the monthly chart, i can say we're close to have some bullish waves, i won't call it bull run yet, but probably couple more GREEN Candles on the monthly chart. From there we can have a better view of where the market is going on, a correction up before sinking again, or the start of the Bullish trend.

Man if you keep seeing things in crypto from this perspective of " what's going on with this or that coin ", then you better forgot about crypto lol.

BNB or any other kin of crypto is till controlled by supply & demand & this i like 1000% away from fundamentals or having some "major news ", YES crypto can move just like that without any LOGIC reason, even shit coins can o that sometime & in the worst blood bath too.

BNB movin 14% in the green won't make it " SPECIAL " or there must be something " GREAT " going on with BNN, it's just crypto man, manipulated like crap till things gets more clear.

Perfectly said man, that's the sad reality about this cryptosphere since month now, they finish the ICO then disappear just like that, the last one is Excolony, they finished it, like today, & disappeared the next day.

Although i have some self-restraint about Binance Launchpad platform but it's seems it's what what need to make sure the CAM at it's lowest rate possible.

The idea isn't new to be honest & that's mainly what most exchanges coins / tokens do (KuCoin, Binance...) you name it, any exchange coins / tokens are some kind of utility one that reduces mainly FEEs & Profit Shares among their holders / traders on that exchange.

They'll be making a big mistake not listing their token into a good exchange, even a Dex one like IDex (at least) so they get the needed attention & liquidity for it o people look  for it. Listing their token MAINLY & ONLY into their exchange won't make a big difference, people tend to use what's already there & proved to be trustworthy not some new launched exchange (i won't call them SCAM though, but let' face it, this is the reality).

They'll have to work really hard on marketing & make people putting their cryptos into their exchan,e that's the big ste i say. Also, i hope their exchange is Dex one not Centralized one because it will be hard to make marketing for it unless they have a good team behind that.

I checked the team's background in LinkedIn & i can say it's pretty satisfying.
I can't complain about the team's Techy part to be honest.

I use an old chrome version & the team's picture contain no LinkedIn profile links, i used an updated version & problem solved, all the needed infos showed up & was there.

I'll keep digging about their experience & background, but generally speaking it's great so far.

Some other kind of idiot people will buy when those shitcoins make an IC or some " drama " like that, YES believe it or not some stupid people still fall for these lain SCAM shitcoins & that's the reason why there is like 2 to 3 new ANN shitcoins every single day in BitCointalk.

For me personally even ICOs with REAL TEAM  FACE REVEAL mae their SCAMs just like that, i won't be urpiriesd if some random shitcoin with no team or just one would turn into scam, why is basically their main goal in the first place.

This ICO is plain SCAM as you can see, too bad in crypto they have no shame to face reveal & still able to steal you just like that. That's what happens in an Unregulated market, it's good for low life thieves only.

Ripple (XRP) i definitely doing the best as a crypto solving real life issue in some banks or monetary institutions wanna implement it there.
The prediction of XRP reaching $1+ this year i hard to admit unless we see a whole cryptosphere mve, i on't think Ripple will made it by itself while the whole market is screwed no matter how the partnership XRP will keep brining.
To sum up, i would say Ripple should be in your portfolio for sure, a big chunk of your portfolio should have Ripple for life now, you never know hen it boom with the right bull run.

I won't say it may over dominate Bitcoin but it will definitely make a good run.
Ripple (XRP) is performing as the best crypto from a partnership perspective, all the XRP partnerships are with real banks, monetary institutions (famous ones actually).
Some people still underestimate Ripple even though it's performing in real life use case as many other crypto out there.

It's just another random shit token made tradable since day 1 lol, you don't know the total supply, the circulating supply, the team behind the project.
These kind of shit tokens are profitable during last year (December-January 2018) if you know how to deal with them, i mean get them FREE & dump them as fast as possible.

I'll say that Ethereum i the best Dapps Platforms right now since it's the most adopted so far.
Neo is good but not so adopted, waves likewise.
Whether you like it or not Ethereum stays as the king of the Dapps Platforms & will be there for years to come unless something extraordinary happens for other Dapps Platforms competitors.

I can see from a whole total perspective, i think th Binance move was total bullshit doing this " ICO platform ", it's like they wanna dominate the cryptosphere for themselves, so any ICO that gets there will get so hyped eventually, why? because it's on " Binance ICO Platform ".

I guess there is already working platform for ICO money raising a stuff like that, it's still doing it through some exchange & i can see this a whole BUSINESS, the bad type of business one chasing money wherever it is.

Binance is looking for any other kind of gathering money in this cryptosphere because of this bear market, it's not a shame to chase money, but been such greedy, i won't be surprising seeing them doing another platform for ICO review too, or a DEX too... !!!
