Yea sad to see how poor the trust system is on this whole forum.
When real scammers and real bitcoiners have red trust...shows something just aint right here.

Lets make Bitcointalk great again guys :-)
Mods/owner should allow BCH donations...
https://themerkle.com/chain-tip-is-another-popular-bitcoin-cash-reddit-tipbot/
Add Chaintip to bitcointalk...tip the useful posts, dont tip the trolls...watch how quick this place gets smart again Wink

if chaintip adds function to this forum at considered work and time to himself.  What guarantee exists that forum moderator will not change forum next day (planned upgrade) to ruin all the effort done by chaintip?

Mr. Pumper, I had reached out to chaintipr per your first mention and he responded with this rational concern.  So yes today I am sad to report that this forum moderator has caused a disincentive to be realized to the real bitcoin from a real world usages.  He knows Thermos has become political in his admin of this forum and is expecting censorship if he makes chaintip work here.

In response twitter is the now selected forum to get the chaintip tool next and then it will be made open source a few weeks after that for  other platforms to adopt.

A development environment if offered by chaintip to any developers looking to test their code for their platform before submitting a pull request.
wow, thanks for the work and info  Smiley
I see your point and the chaintip guys, and yea i agree....
this is why i was hoping Bitcointalk could agree something with Chaintip (but the powers in control here wont allow that)
i would donate to both parties if it were to ever happen  Smiley

Well done on twitter and reddit...seems like they are both becoming the new homes for crypto information ..and tipping users that share good info is the best way to bring in traffic..everybody wins...(why cant Bitcointalk see this...evolve or die is the saying)

(escrow guy...YES ALL BCH  community are REAL BITCOINERS)

Childish behaviour again from the mods..  https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/7sj14v/tippr_is_banned_from_rbitcoin/

Bitbob...Chaintipr on FB...what ya think...possible?...shall we contact zucks  Smiley

he thinks it will still work on face book unless facebook have made changes there.

He asks we give him a few weeks to see how it goes on twitter then he will open source it so people can add it to facebook and other places

Do you have a link? Looks like a good read. Could be very true every G8 country is spying on their citizens.

comment not mine: None of the fixes can possibly work, because they are like trying to attach a fifth piston in a 4 cylinder engine. Intel processors are designed to function fully subservient to the NSA and now that they got busted for it, there is nothing they can do to fix it! The "patch", which has now been revealed to try to fix the problem by tweaking the BIOS (and not the operating system, that was a lie all along) causes the computers that get them to behave like they are drunk, with random crashes, reboots, and total general instability and for some reason, once the "patch" is applied, it cannot be undone because it screws the BIOS.

Haha - thats a great analogy and I associated this here:

Segwit is like the try to generate more space in your old car -> Move out its engine to a attached tender...

right.  at what point do we call it a trolley and not a car?  From at least an engineering standpoint Wink

here the unofficial way to handle the Microsoft core "patch".  Note to facility managers and as a general disclaimer: Wait a while before implementing the following fix for these processors, just in case there is a miracle in the next two weeks. Don't bet on any true fix ever happening. Your pants are down until then.

FACT: ALL AMD PROCESSORS ATHLON FORWARD ARE NOT BASED ON INTEL TECH, AS PER THE INITIAL AGREEMENT THAT ALLOWED AMD TO COPY INTEL CORES EARLY ON. ALL AMD PROCESSORS MADE AFTER 1998 USE TECH FROM DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION'S ALPHA PROCESSOR. AMD SIMPLY DOES NOT HAVE THE SAME BUG, AS MANY HAVE CLAIMED.

It seems that tekmobile is capable of piloting a space shuttle and landing on Mars (lightning), but does not know how to start the car and get it out of the garage (bch).

no one will wish to spend money on fees when they do not need to, even 5 dollars.  However the unbanked would pay the 5 extra dollars.
even 50 just to send 50 because they are unbanked and have no friend in the world.  Good thing tek is not able to choke them from real bitcoin.

If you're buying a ferrari you won't be concerned about having to pay a $5 fee  Roll Eyes

Just because someone can afford an expensive car is not a reason to saddle them with high fees on a currency!

332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: (Review/Guide) BW.com BW-L21, 550 Mh/s, 950W Litecoin (scrypt) ASIC miner on: January 20, 2018, 08:56:43 AM
I have 91 such miners and im getting day by day more and more disappointed for weeks now.
Lot of details missing, miner freezes, no chance to know which one from looking at the lights, only one firmware update so far, expected for weeks another one but nothing yet.
Lot of restart needed and most of miners need a manual restart (power off / on) to get back. if you are lucky miner runs again for another few hours until it freezes again. In most cases another forced reboot is needed.
Hashrate acceptance is very bad on almost all pools. Even on BW it self.

I hope my post wakes up some of those from BW and HB representatives.

I have sent few times printscreens, videos etc but the reply is: BW team isnt getting the firmware out.

This brings lot of questions for hyperbit, but i will wait few more days, even it is causing is so much damages.

Unfortunately, we all seem to be in the same situation.  I'm having lots of problems with my miners.  The L3+ is MUCH more stable and productive IMHO.  I might add that the BW.com website has now listed the L21s for sale.  I am not sure what the status is of the former distributor, but they are not answering our messages any longer.

When I unpacked my miners, I could see that they had been running for 187 days previous to arrival at my house.  See picture.

wow thanks for posting that!  Sorry you had this happen to you!  How dishonorable

right now if you trade up for bitcoin you can get 7 bitcoin in exchange for 1 former bitcoin.  That is a good deal if one considers that in USA we only get 1:1 if we trade up our FRNs' for USNs'!  For all serious deals in USA the USN is demanded just like how those who demand the real bitcoin will all use bitcoin p2p cash.

Let's face it, BCH is like any other alt, not even close to replace BTC!
                                    wow!  another bitcoin whisperer ^^^

Cool story but what does that have to do with this?

https://blockstream.com/2018/01/16/lightning-charge.html

what does any of that have to do with bitcoin?

 Re- read the third sentence..lol

You mean the one that begins with the embedded confession ln is not bitcoin but is like bitcoin?

You got it, THIS is the real problem, Sadly for YOU larger block size does nothing to help. Cry

so the massive fee inflation on btc is not holding up that coin from being spent??

so transactions that are cheaper to send are not improvements?  Shame on me right for taking you off ignore, got it, last time I make that mistake hopefully.

excellent!!! way better IMO..
