Do not waste your time with ICO. Try IEO at large exchanges so people can invest in it, if you do an ICO then your project will fail. This year I have not seen any successful projects with ICOs

yes, ethereum isn't giving up to be the 2nd best crypto in this world in my opinion this year a lot of altcoins will be gone from the market and thats mean only a solid alts with great team behind will survive in crypto space this year, it must be admitted that altcoin has its own dilemma because it is still dependent on bitcoin movements, and cannot move to be independent. You can solve this problem pretty easy by locking tokens for a defined period of time. For example every month 10% of earned tokens become unlocked and it reduces the selling pressure done by bounty hunters.

Managers here have some power, but they work for the project like the rest of us! They can try to suggest ideas to the team, project owners, they can listen or not, it's up to them. I think we have some good suggestions here, but I don't think this will work, like I said if the team decides to go big with many people and low payouts they will find a manager that will conduct such bounty for them.
There is no shortage for bounty managers but it is hard to find legit managers who will do a background check before accepting the offer to promote their work. If people reject to promote any project that are not accepting these campaign managers who does check everything before promoting then you have the choice to reject promoting those project . unfortunately some of the bounty managers who were active in the past few years have a good reputation are not very active anymore in managing bounty campaigns and many of the new bounty managers that appear in my opinion are good and have good experience to handle this campaign. |

This year i know some few projects that blossomed that ran bounty. I follow only few managers, and projects with high ranked Bitcointalk member as manager.
You could have given a few examples of such bounty campaigns, which really "blossomed". I couldn't find much in 2019 and I thought that 2020 would be no different. But I am sure that there will be a few good projects coming online once in a while. But the real problem is finding these campaigns, out of the thousands which are listed in the bounty section. well what you say is true because right now I am a participant in a bounty campaign which in my opinion is very good because they make coin payments using coins that have been registered at the exchange so not all bounty campaign scams. |
