what will the hash rate of the 16 chip unit be? 4GH? I have no idea.
I have calculated a 4.2 GH/s guaranteed hashrate.

I thought maybe I had missed a few, but there are very few people with obvious stats on this. BFL site says they aren't currently releasing data on power consumption. Uh... a couple days before product is supposed to be in consumer hands? Well, think of it this way: one avalon chip consumes 2.05 watts. Multiply this by 16 chips on one Klondike board: 32.8W Add a few watts for general board consumption: 10W Total consumption for one Klondike16 miner at full speed: 42.8W Total hashpower of one Klondike16, minus 5%: 4286 MH/s Calculated MH/s/W: [wow, i just realized how round the numbers came out]: 100.1

PS: I added the counter in OP. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Thanks, John ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) That looks good. I'll need it later too. TO ALL: All the orders and numbers have been updated. I haven't updated the total BTC differences sent by everybody during Sunday, but i have all of them on file (sent, yes or no). Please check the order table and see if all numbers are ok, specially the number of chips ordered. This will also be an excercise for some of you to practice finding, storing, reading your own BTC address. I went through this myself too. A great day to all of you, Steve BTW: you may want to fix the 2013-05-09 update in the first post... Thanks, Corrected

When is going under 1000 chips.Situation is repeat again ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) This time i'll be more prepared.

Funny that when i had only less then 1000 chips i could sworn i saw a Zerg Rush coming in on the batch.. Where all those Zerglings go? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ) --> joking

I hope that guy die under torture ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Censore that. He's just another buyer having difficulties with our wondrful world... where you have to go beg the bank to process your payment faster... and then beg the blockchain to have thos confirmations for you under 4 hours, if possible.. Many other people are in this position, PM-ing me for reservations.
|
|
|
No, the guy didn't cancel, but i'm not going to hold on to 4k chips just because he said so. It's unfair to others who want to join in THIS batch and see that it's already full, while, in fact.. it's not really sure if it's full or not.. I hate this. I will not reserve even one single chip without payment. Zefir was absolutely right on this. Furthermore, the guy has asked if i can hold on to at least 1000 chips until Friday, but still no payment whatsoever.. What is this? I have missed my own Avalon machine in february, because someone has shut his phone off. I couldn't just call Avalon and ask for a reservation. I hope all of you understand.
Craptastic!!! (not aimed at you Steven) I was so looking forward to getting this GB locked before the end of May. It will, Mike, don't worry. It will finish.

We have talked on the phone. That's how the orders and got adjusted and readjusted and stuff.
[Update: I justy talked to him again. He will purchase as many chips as possible in about 30 minutes. I have explained him that i cannot reserve chips].

The 4000 chips reserved has been cancelled? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) yes, all seems that yes ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) bad news ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif) we are at the beginning.....škoda no, už jsem myslel, že je ta objednávka na spadnutí Xiallo ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) What? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) I don't see any mention of the 4k guy cancelling - indeed t13hydra just mentioned that we might do a 2nd batch as after the 4k guy comes in there'll be less than 900 chips left. We're going buy the fact that the number of chips reserved has gone down from 4000 to 1000. It would be nice if we could get this issue clarified. Thanks! Ah, I just PM'ed him to clarify that. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I don't think that that guy's cancelling though - might be a glitch or something here. No, the guy didn't cancel, but i'm not going to hold on to 4k chips just because he said so.
