321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another U.S. Crypto Ban!? It's time for US to take ACTION! on: June 16, 2019, 07:27:58 AM
Day by day U.S. citizens continue to have increasing limitations on participation in the Crypto space due to antiquated legal policies that have no business being applied to modern technology.

Binance's barring of U.S. trading is the beginning of a ripple effect that we will continue to see unless we take action.

We have the right to financial freedom and congress must hear us.

I really don’t know what USA government and legislators stand to gain by making laws that limits it citizens in crypto space. I have read this news yesterday and I see that this government has not ended its attack on cryptocurrency and all this is been done to reduce the infect of bitcoin on usd but I see that in future any fight against bitcoin and cryptocurrency is a fight against the future and the state will regret this action. Binance is one of the leading exchanges and fighting it is like fighting the future.
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO Telegram Sales Will Be Sold To The Public on: June 15, 2019, 05:59:44 PM
I have already prepared for this event. For interested parties I publish a link to the Liquid exchange: https://app.liquid.com/markets
You need to have a verified account to receive your Gram tokens!
I just come across this now and I am highly prepared for this also as this is a great opportunity to invest in another project that has workable products. Many investors will actually jump on this and try to bought this gram tokens as fast as possible and it will push the price upward. I think the right thing to do is to buy many quantities as one can afford because it will be sold out in no time. It is better to open account with this liquid exchange and actually verified the account before the commencement of sales. May the blessings of cryptocurrencies be with us on this.
323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Very frustrating on: June 14, 2019, 07:18:01 PM
It is very difficult to trade on the trend of the market at the present time. It is necessary for this news. How can we understand how market arises. This requires a deep study.
Yes it is hard to tell for us what will happen and what has happened., but we can make market analization, at this present time price sometime is getting high and sometimes it is getting low again, so don’t take stress about it just move accordingly and try to keep this in mind that you are investing to trade for long term.

Sir maybe you should always reread your post after making it as there is a lot of grammatical and spelling errors in the post you just make.
We should stop making comments on the things we have no knowledge on as this will help those that needs to learn about cryptocurrency investments has good information from this forum.
This market is an emotional one, it is very difficult for us to make it in investing without following the fud that is created to push bitcoin or any other coins upwards. If you are looking for reality you will miss many investments opportunities as people follow their emotions for investing.
324  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC will hit $1M on 2020 - John McAfee on: June 14, 2019, 06:15:39 PM
$1m btc is coming a hell of a lot faster than most of you guys think. The bitcoin price moves way faster compared to the normal asset rises we have to compare it to. And it ain't stopping for shit, it's fueled by the coming collapse of fiat - that's some powerful nuclear shit.

Are you trolling or are you McAfee?
Even if the price move faster than the most other assets, 1m is not a viable target.
I hope you are right, but personally I don't believe that we are going to hit such a target.
The prediction is hard to believe but are we saying it is impossible? I don't think it is impossible because if bitcoin can move in the percentage rate that it moves in 2017, I think $1,000,000 will be achieved before the end of 2020.  It might not happen but that do not mean it is impossible. I do believe that bitcoin is going to gain a lot of momentum as we move closer to it halving and that is the point many bull speculator are looking. I will say it might not goes down much but gaining more from now.
325  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you figured out what you are Investing in? on: June 14, 2019, 10:52:35 AM
i invest in a promising newly born technology. it is quite normal that volatility is so high and the prices of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will go up and down so often. but i believe that the market will be so much valuable in the near future.

We don't know that and most of the currencies on the market don't have the same results. There are a lot of currencies in the past that have good results at its an early phase but after a short time, bounty hunters sell what they hold and destroy what the other investors are holding. That is a bad thing about it, though there are some projects that control it, most of them can't.
Bounty hunter may be one of the reasons why the value of a currencies goes down but I think that only happens for a moment. What is certain is that the project will have high value if in the development of their technology smooth, active and useful, course it will give maximum results for its value.
if you think about it, the bounty hunter only has a very small percentage of the total coins available. indeed, after listing exchange, these events often occur. but a good project usually doesn't last long

I usually wonder if people are so bad in mathematics now that they cannot do the calculation again for them to know that whatever any project gives to hunter is so small to make any impact on their value.  Imagine that a project collects 20 million dollars, and then claiming that ordinary 200,000 dollars will affect an entire project of 20m dollars? That is insane and we have to be very reasonable.

There are some excuses that are not just valid to be used to justify a failure, these developers are just so lazy that what they are after is the money, and maybe when they get the money, they just hire one quack developer to continue with the project while they go for holidays to enjoy the money.
The developers especially those with bad motives are the reason why cryptocurrency is having attacked from governments and financial regulatory authorities! Governments will not fold its hands and watch this scamming activity continues. I participated in a bounty that the developer got around 49,000 ethereum in early 2018 and I got around 10,000 units of the said tokens but the developer do nothing after that than giving one excuse today and another one tomorrow and as at today the tokens that should be around $1800 during ico is now around $13. The bounty hunter are not the problem but developers are the problems of coins losing value after listed in exchange.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bitcoin SV going to crash? on: June 14, 2019, 08:50:03 AM
The most recent Craig Wright shenanigan has exchanges talking about delisting BItcoin SV - so far, there's binance and kraken... The list might go on. If Craig continues, it might mean more woes for the bitcoin fork.

Personally, not sure why Craig desperately wants to be acknowledged as Satoshi - pointless. If anything, it's just to pump his ego or maybe influence the price of BSV over the legacy Bitcoin chain.

Are you going to still hodl BSV or just sell? Report says it dropped 13% after Binance threatened to delist on 22 April if Craig doesn't back down.

Kraken's poll already has about 76% of people saying it's toxic. What do you think?
Since you opened this thread about two months ago bitcoin sv has been gaining ground and it is currently above $200. I have see many negative reactions since Craig make those statements and some exchange has also warned to delist them but I think bitcoin sv might have positive side than negative and that is why investors keep pumping it. I don't think it will die but I strongly believe it is going to remain with us like others bitcoin such as bitcoin core, Bitcoin Cash and bitcoin unlimited. All this coins has several attacks for several reasons and still there are still here with us and bitcoin sv is not going to be different.
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CEX.IO SCAM on: June 14, 2019, 06:00:09 AM
Thank you for your topic. Another reason not to go on CEX. I was looking for an exchange, think bittrex is a best choice atm
Cex was one of the exchange I do trade through in 2017 and I never have problems with them and their customer services has been supportive. However, you cannot compared bitrex, poloniex or bitstamp with Cex and the foregoing exchange are far better than Cex trading platform. If you really want to trade and have peace of mind, I seriously think that poloniex or bitrex are the best but that do not mean that Cex is not good and this op's issue of sending to a wrong wallet is actually a peculiar one and it is hard to find out that Cex do not want to help.
328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Begins to Be Used in the Football Industry on: June 13, 2019, 03:18:53 PM
It is SL Benfica, a Portuguese soccer giant who has decided to accept payments using bitcoin (BTC) in each transaction. In addition to BTC, fans can buy tickets, t-shirts, and all club accessories using special tokens named Ether (ETH) or UTK. The historic decision was announced by Benfica through the club's official website some time ago.
To help realize this plan, Benfica has partnered with a company called Utrust which later acted as a money changer and was tasked with exchanging crypto money from fans to conventional money instantly. Thus, it is expected that the club can mitigate the potential for price reductions that could occur due to the relatively high volatility of the crypto exchange rate in the spot market.
Thank you sir for making this information available to us. I am always happy whenever I do hear good news especially the news that deals with acceptability or adopting of bitcoin or any of the altcoins by the general public. This "Portuguese's soccer gaint" has really done great things by deciding to pay through bitcoin and I do believed that other soccers will start to used bitcoin and Cryptocurrency. This is a sign that bitcoin will resolve some of the transactions problems we are having and other coins are going to complement this great discovery.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HELP investment advice required ! on: June 13, 2019, 05:41:30 AM
Hey Everyone !
I was looking around for some interesting projects to invest in, I stumbled on the METM coin.
They are building a V2 of their already working DEX and have released a token creation platform allowing everyone to create their tokens on the ethereum platform.
The actual marketcap is 400k$ so it could be very interesting for a max supply of 180M tokens ...
I spotted two issues with them right now:

1) They are not doing any marketing before releasing the V2 (around end of June)
2) They are traded on mercatox ...

Is it me, or does that look too good to be true ? Any opinion would help, good or bad !
Thanks !

Many things are happening in cryptocurrencies market and some time it is very hard to differentiate between the good opportunities and the bad one and it will be good for us to take some risks in other not to be completely out of those opportunities.
to be sincere with us here, I am hearing about this project for the first time and if what op has said about  is truth? then it will be a great investment idea and if you have some risk capital to invest, who knows if it will turned to huge profits in future. METM may turn out to be one project that will make you rich this year.
That's a new you just broad your mind and decided to invest out of 1k volume coin. Always invest in high volume and top exchange, volume will help to bullrun.

Depending on which time you should invest in top currencies, you may find that the BTC has a very large volume, but if you get into the wrong time you will notice that regretful thinking like that
That is why having a good knowledge on what happens about those coins you want to invest is most important! Many of us invest into a coins without review the past data and know either the coins is oversold or in overbought area.
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Centralized and Decentralized exchanges? Which one do you prefer? on: June 13, 2019, 03:56:34 AM
and centralized and decentralized have their pros and cons, the center. something often began to be hacked lately. to withdraw the service sometimes makes such quirks, also commissions sometimes such that it makes no sense to trade.
The decentralized exchange is better than the centralized one and because of the  type of mind we have built over time we tent to think in centralized system and that is why centralized exchange platforms is more adopted than the decentralized one. Though each of them has it disadvantages and advantage and I do like to buy the dumping tokens at the decentralized exchange and sell them when there are listed in a centralized exchange as the price is always high in centralized exchange because of volume.
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 coins to buy today? on: June 12, 2019, 06:57:51 PM
The coins you have listed are good for investing currently. Ethereum has seriously recovered and early this month it has moved close to $300 on some exchanges platform, I do believe that ethereum is going to make some positive moves and buying ethereum now is the best thing to do. Bitcoin has be in a bull run since April this year and it is currently struggling to remain above $8000. To add to your list I do think litecoin is one of the most performing coins now and that is because of The halving comings up by next month. It is currently closed to $150 and before the end of July it might be trading above $300.
332  Economy / Economics / Re: What’s the SINGLE most valuable benefit for you in Bitcoin and why? on: June 12, 2019, 03:44:20 PM
Bitcoin has no central authority and no single government or personality can control it and  to me that is the most important aspect of bitcoin and what attracted me to it. Bitcoin has proven to have an independent mind and when people are predicting bad things about it, it do surprise all of us with a big move. I do think that it is the future of our political and financial systems and it will rule the world of money for a very long time if not to the end of life. Bitcoin is anonymous and there is no need for a third party in transaction and this particular feature kick bankers out of business and that means our funds are saved with us.
333  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is going up again. on: June 12, 2019, 10:20:45 AM
There is a lot of information that many businessmen tried to invest their money in cryptocurrency in order to launder their dishonest incomes, as well as bypassing the Tax Code.  It is because of this that the leading countries of the world decided to fight this phenomenon.  Based on this, the initial actions of new investors have caused another surge in prices for Bitcoin, and the actions of governments that are trying to deal with fraudsters, on the contrary, may adversely affect the pricing of cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin is growing now not because big business people are " trying to bypassing the tax code" but because people has started to understand how important it is to our society and as it is now there is no financial system that is currently as transparent as bitcoin transactions. The banking system has failed our society and many people now see them as a system that agree with governments to impoverished its citizens. Some of us has attributed the current growth to the end of bearish trend that started in January 2018 and a recovery face for the next bull run.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is NEO so silent! on: June 12, 2019, 08:23:45 AM
Just saw a signal that NEO is going to explode, 30-50% profit is waiting here. You do not have to believe me, but find another source that will provide technical analysis on NEO and he will tell you same scenario.  Cool
I think he was asked of update or news about neo blockchain and not analysis and you should know that the two are different things entirely. Neo blockchain has been quite for sometime now and something needs to be done in other to revive hopes as it has been losing value and refuses to recover as other coins are doing now and I was expecting neo to have left waves back long time ago and be competing with coins like ethereum. Maybe with this thread the developers will see to it and do something about they projects in term of marketing.
335  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you a member of professional trading associations? on: June 12, 2019, 06:38:18 AM
Two more associations for us to consider:

The Security Traders Association of New York
https://stany.org/

National Introducing Brokers Association
https://www.theniba.com/
"The security traders association of new York" Is it only for America citizens? I will like to know more about this American association because I am not from America but desire to be among this type of association. I think we should also have associations as a cryptocurrencies traders. It will help us sharing cryptocurrencies related trading information and we would there really benefit from those information. Just that the association should accommodate enough in other to be able to attract many cryptocurrencies traders.
336  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't share your email and KYC with every bounty and airdrop!!! on: June 11, 2019, 07:25:49 PM
When reading this information, I also fear that personal information obtained from bounty will be used similarly like this.
I did not know that people can go to this extent in marketing their projects using other people personal information! I think kyc means " know your customers" and I keep asking this question, are we their customers as a bounty hunter? If no, then why should a bounty hunter undergo KYC?
after reading op comments, I now understand that something is wrong and we really did not need kyc as this is going to expose our identity to those that we may really not want to have our identity. From now on I have decided not to participate in any project that requires kyc.
337  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading crypto vs forex - which is better? on: June 11, 2019, 06:31:49 PM
I learned how to trade forex during my youth service in 2007 and since then I have been in the market. Since bitcoin and other cryptocoins has become popular in 2017 when it witnessed unprecedented upward movement I have to change to bitcoin trading and I can authoritatively tell you that bitcoin and Cryptocurrency trading is far better for those with micro investments and big investors compared to forex. I have been losing for years in forex and I hardly makes profits to cover my losses but with cryptocoins market I have been making profits in both bullish and bearish markets and it has been fund for me. I have developed my skills in margin trading, arbitrage trading and hedge funds for profit!
338  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has the dip passed? on: June 11, 2019, 05:54:01 PM
I have been in here from December of 2017. This means I had never experienced a complete bear market before. So I want to ask the veterans: Has the dip passed? What is your opinion of it?
I think dip already passed. Actually i am not people that actually understand dip. But with long time price when low(for me) and it keep stable, now price pumped like this maybe is already start to different trend.
You can only understand the dip if you have been in this market for long and you have been following the price action indicators. The candlestick pattern do also reveal an end to a long-term assets direction and that is why the chinese traders depend on it the most in forex and commodities trading. However, the bullish trend that started in April signal an end to a long-term bearish market that started in December 2017 but the dip ended in February 2019 when bitcoin make double point in a daily chart. I point this out then though I cannot locate the thread again. Therefore study to become expert and your eyes will be fining the dip when it is time.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Global Facebook Coins Good To Buy? on: June 11, 2019, 07:08:09 AM
The only discussion currently opposing the crypto world is the arrival of the original social media cryptocurrency, Facebook, GlobalCoin.

Citing reports from Information, GlobalCoin can be done this month. BEFORE ENJOYED, GlobalCoin has been used in the Real World

Complete information can be visited https://cryptoharian.com/apakah-globalcoin-facebook-bagus-untuk-dibeli/
I did not no much about this globalcoin and If it is Facebook that own it then it is going to be centralized. I have been coming across some information on this coin but have not spend time to read them and know the aims and objective of this coin and holding it well be good if it is not centralized or is not one of the stable coins we currently have in cryptocurrency market. Instead of holding stable coins, it is better to hold real currency in your bank account! I see no much difference except for ease of trading.

He decided to compete his brother by buying hundreds of bitcoin worth $1,000 in which his grandmother's  gave.

Yeah right,I wanna become a millionaire too by buying bitcoins with my grandmother's money. Grin
Unfortunately for me my grandmother died and she wasn't rich.
This is kid is just lucky. He's not a genius.
I think you can still make it without your grandma not be alive again. You can get a job and make some savings from the earnings from your salaries and invest those savings in bitcoin or some other cryptocurrency that are extremely cheap now but will be great in future and stellar is one of those coins. If you can buy $1000 worth of stellar now or any of those crypto that are seriously undervalued, then hold to maybe the next 10 years, you will be here sharing the same story with us.
