Your forgetting actual truth all remaining crypto currencies are exists because of bitcoin the trust people have on Bitcoin . 80% of the people still knowing only about bitcoin . Even i am very much disappointed with Etherdelta performance recently they have done ICO by selling EDT token . But no where in the white paper mentioned betterment of website and performance . i think its time to move iDex decentrelised exchange.

I would definately say EtH , NEO , Cardano , NEM these are blockachain technologies occupying more projects inside this ( I neglected Waves because no improvements from past one year ) . You can consider EOS , TRX which will grow bigger by end o 2018 for sure Because of its real use cases.  

I still remember the days on december i couldnt able to make any transaction of ethereum network congestion caused by cryptoKitties . But over the time the coin i held because i could able to convert to bitcoin . Now its grown and having better profit.

Regulation by government is highly difficult not impossible . But Crypto community regulation is possible . atleast there should be some proper medium for new project announcement and ICO comes under some rules It should cover investor perspective as well as Project vision that can be achievable by short time. I would say big Yes because ethereum is having real use case already lots of token are circulating which is created in ethereum blockchain .Most of them are successful projects . Even lots of ICO coming up with ethereum blockchain . Each successful project increase ethereum price because  each token holder needs Gas (ETH) for transacting . More over there is lots of airdrops , Decentrelised exchanges , Gaming project , Gambling / Casino everything will increase ethereum value.

Based on my experience i Holding or HODL coins which is having real solution and long term vision . I used to participate lots of Youtube campaign where i will read the whole project before explaining that gives me enough information about coin to hold or sell immidiately.

Brother again your not understanding the question of op . He is asking without bank account hard cash money . Almost all exchanges required bank account they will send money through bank . Op doesn’t required bank account.

But in my country PayPal also required bank account because based on my country regulation we can’t keep money in PayPal more than specified days . So PayPal for my country bad idea . I am finding trust worthy people to sell bitcoin.

I would say monero having huge potentiality and well developed coin and Deeponion got big community as well as it already reached 15+$ . BUt i would say monero is the best option even i am looking for some price drop to buy monero.
