3201  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price goes down below 40K and how much it may go down? on: May 19, 2021, 02:05:15 PM
I wonder how many stories of wallets deleted or Bitcoins burned will surface in five, ten or even twenty years time from inexperienced newbies who joined the Bitcoin bandwagon during to Tesla 2021 smoke and mirrors gold rush?
Probably two or three of these stories will be true but I am pretty sure that there thousands or even tens of thousands who will make a claim that they have thrown or bricked their HW because they panicked and they thought that the Elon episode in the history of bitcoin is going to be the end of it. I don't know how low it will go down but I am sure zero is an unlikely number for bitcoin to land with a lot of lost coins.

This is not made by elon episode anymore the market is on trouble and that creates a fear to the people right now since many cannot decide if they will hold or dump since the drop is so heavy, we might gonna see bitcoin reacher at 20k level this heavy drop will still occur this week. Also I wonder how many people right now are been liquadated since its interesting to know how traders adjust to the current situation.

3203  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The urge to quit on: May 19, 2021, 10:27:48 AM
I understand the stress what we gotten if we are starting to lose our money in quick instance but we shouldn't quit easily just for this remember failure is normal especially when we are new and just testing the waters. Best to learn from this past experiences so that we can get a learnings from our losses.

Better now we should focus again and don't speed up things since if we take all things slow we will learn more than doing a shortcuts.
3204  Economy / Economics / Re: If we have crypto Why people still buy stocks? on: May 18, 2021, 11:40:13 AM
People still buy stocks because they are used into it and have knowledge about it. Not all people like stock and not all people knows crypto. Every person has their own choice either they choose to buy stock or crypto or both. It's up to the knowledge that a person have. Also investing in stock is less risky than in crypto which anytime you can have losses if the market movement is against your to your plan.

People who got used to buy stock sometimes don't like crypto since the heavy volatility what they can get on the market is so frustrating if they lose on their trades that's why others stock traders do a major adjustment when they enter on crypto and some of them just go back where they used to trade since they are afraid to risk an trade on high volatile market.
3205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling becomes popular on: May 18, 2021, 10:39:04 AM
Thanks to this pandemic the people wanting to find some way to pass the time and they end up doing gambling. There's no suprises in the recent popularity of online gambling since as I said earlier, people need some distraction and online gambling for some is what their definition of distraction is.
What can we do about it, I mean we need some form of distraction as you've said. That's the healthier option compared to not doing anything and become crazy because of being isolated in your house and having nothing to do, you will lose your mind just sitting in your house staring in the wall.

Its not healthy to be caught on this especially if you drain your time playing, since actually there are more valuable things than that and thinking about gambling is the only option to ease our boredom could actually not healthy to us. Maybe its good that we have option if we need to seek fun but its good to balance our life since to much putting your attention on one thing could possibly put us on bad situation. We still have life inside and its better to spend a quality time to our family.
3206  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Doge scammers take advantage of SNL to scam people on YouTube on: May 18, 2021, 09:21:25 AM
This also happens on major altcoins which scammers placed their ads on youtube about there scam giveaways, I don't know why youtube let this but I think reporting it direct to them will give a faster response.

Imagine how far can possibly reach if youtube will continue to accept this schemes and provably those scammers can victimize if this will not stop.
3207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Two brothers who became millionaires with cryptocurrency on: May 16, 2021, 10:40:55 AM
I'm truly happy for these people, they were brave and weren't greedy, and for that, they got the reward.

I actually view it exactly the opposite. They weren't brave, they were stupid; and they were greedy. That's why you put money on a shit coin worth a fraction of a penny, in hopes of a pump that makes you a ton of money. They were just incredibly lucky it happened.  Doesn't make the initial gamble not stupid.

They have strong balls and I consider them brave since imagine how big the rise what gotten by Shiba Inu but still they didn't dump that shitcoin at earliest point, For so many rug pull happening on BSC scene they manage to hold that's why they earn what they deserve although it can be consider as a joke by them.

But lets not get inspired unto this there are so many rug scam schemes on BSC now and better do scalp than hold for long term.
3208  Economy / Speculation / Re: What make people panic sell? on: May 15, 2021, 02:22:25 PM
But why the hell people panic sell now after it reach this high amount?
Do people really still think it goes to 0?

There are a huge number of people in the world who bought bitcoins in 2018 and failed when the rate fell. Moreover, he fell much more than they expected. Perhaps they think the next fall is coming soon ...

People are just to careful about the same consequences since they afraid lose huge money for the second time around when bear market happens, thats why many consider to join the panic and do stop loss so that they can accumulate at the cheapest rate what bitcoin got. I'm not convince yet that we are now entering the bear season since we are still on 47k - 50k price level.
3209  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: May 15, 2021, 10:47:41 AM

Good to know that now freebitco users will be able to enjoy the full fledged casino and not limited to only few games like "multiply BTC".
I would like to know if this casino will be integrated in the same site or will you launch the Fun casino as a separate URL/domain ?

Most probably a separate casino by itself. It'd make more sense that the Freebitcoin stays as a BTC brand with FUN as its own.

In a way the FUN casino could sport a more gambling-centric layout.

In some case maybe they will fail if they will not adopt to the changes btc fees are rising so bad when bitcoin pump so on other hand its good to adopt it on single site so thaf the gamblerd will not confuse and freebitco.in will always be notice by the gamblers. But this talks will matters on users request since if many will request a separate then maybe its good to follow what people likes.
3210  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do you need to learn to make profit in Crypto? on: May 14, 2021, 01:30:52 PM
I'm new to crypto still and I was wondering what should I be learning if I want to make profit from crypto? I was thinking just learn how blockchain works then smart contracts then learn PoW and PoS etc. Then maybe I learn some about popular coins then I just learn to use graphs and learn to trade. I already know about wallets and scam attempts phishing etc.

Is my strategy good or is this not good?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You are on right place already better focus on trading for a while and enhance your skills since from that option you can earn quite decent amount compare to the other options and possible it can give you long term profits if you became a good traders.

If you want to know more infos and ideas you can search a good tutorial as well other explainer video's on youtube.
3211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Cricket Match-Fixing Scandal on: May 14, 2021, 12:11:03 PM
Interesting information to think about.

Sports games have long been a business, and as you know the guys with big money like to control everything. So I am not at all surprised by match-fixing. Moreover, I believe that this kind of manipulation takes place in all countries.

This kind of cheating happens around the world since there's a big money involve their, this kind of doings makes the sports boring. I hope government will file a bill which give more heavy penalties to the person involve on this doings since if they let this happen again and again then then provably people will lost interest to watch them.
3212  Economy / Speculation / Re: Abolute bottom of Bitcoin? on: May 14, 2021, 10:10:54 AM
What do you think, what is the absolute bottom of Bitcoin?
How deep could Bitcoin ever go, again in the next 5 years?

There's no exact bottom we can assume since it always depend on situation. Maybe we cannot see more deeper on what you though since many are waiting to accumulate at the dip and that could possibly be a support for bitcoin to not go more lower.

My bet ist 30.000 $. If we would fall way
lower then Bitcoin has probably failed for ever.

That's decent prediction and this figure is what I think the deep we might possibly reach. But if price will go more it doesn't mean that bitcoin will fail forever since we see more worse than that and bitcoin recovers from huge disaster.

3213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla no longer accepts Bitcoin payments on: May 13, 2021, 01:11:02 PM
His tweet about huge use of fossil fuels for mining lead to Bitcoin price drop, that lead to an increase number of transactions aka mining in Bitcoin blockchain. By saying bitcoin mining is bad for environment he made it even worse for environment.

I don't think this really matters on how mining does but for what I see those tweet is just made for pure manipulation purposes, For sure he do that to buy more bitcoins at bargain price. We know elon always do this and its no surprise if he will announce about something good again in future.

Or maybe they see bitcoin is so volatile and its dangerous for their compant to be bankrupt if bear market hit, those tweetd are just excuse for eliminating bitcoin as an option.
3214  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Be Aware]: Fake Metamask and Trust wallet support in Twitter on: May 13, 2021, 12:07:22 PM
This is normal and I see them not only on twitter but on all social media platforms they are just waiting for potential victims to contact them, that's why if we need something on this two wallets we must go directly on their legitimate site and find the real link of social media platforms where we wish to contact them since from this we can assure that we are redirected to correct page which we can talk to real admins if we have inquiries and other things we need.
3215  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: May 13, 2021, 10:23:48 AM
I don't quite understand the behavior every gambler has towards kyc because when they visit to a real world casino, they are revealing their identity themselves as they cannot gamble without going there. So if an online service asks them for kyc, what is so big an issue here about anonymity? If after completing kyc, they are going to continue to have their favorite games played on the same casino they are used to, then why not go for kyc? I know about data sales, but all gambling sites cannot be the same type.
This is the 21st century where privacy matters a lot to many people around the world. Majority of the crypto investors invested in the crypto world primarily because of the anonymity factor. Providing KYC negates the anonymity factor.

Also, do you have any idea how smart some hackers are these days? They were able to hack huge exchanges like Binance etc which is why hacking Roobet is not entirely impossible.

If that ever happens in the future, all our KYC information could get leaked. This is the primary reason why I hate submitting KYC unless absolutely necessary in the crypto world.

We can say before many people are into privacy since bitcoin is not yet known to be a good option since it is always link on illegal activities but now everything changes as bitcoin got a good exposure to the public and there are laws needed to comply so anonymity is not a big deal for now. It will be an issue if you are been ask to do so with small and untrusted platforms since we don't know on how they will keep our private identity, but if legit sites like Roobet ask it well lets not b worried since they are reputable and for sure they will not leak it, they also have a reputation to protect and they are trusted casino exist here.
3216  Economy / Economics / Re: people stop complain about economy and ccovid on: May 12, 2021, 03:25:32 PM
The reason why most of peoples are complaing because they just depressed because of this pandemic.

So we can keep seeing people complaining about this "Covid" and especially for poor people's who don't know how to eat tomorrow.

Exactly, there are many types of people, and those who aren't complaining are those whose good salary gets credited to their bank without much problems and they can give knowledge to everyone how to not complain while the poor people who don't know how to earn a livelihood in this poor market condition is suffering the most!

Instead of complaining why they didn't take an action to overcome their situation? There are so many things we csn grab actually since quarantine periods create opportunities, people go online now so its good to offer a service like delivery and other or even sell some stuffs which other do today if all people think to do that fornsure they will not complain and will not waste their time thinking on when they can receive the next aid.
3217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man lost £20,000 in one night after becoming addicted to online gambling! on: May 12, 2021, 02:33:51 PM
Yeah, I read the article and I see that this kind of gambling addiction is very very damgerous, for in this kind of game, these people will hope that by gambling they would be able to change their lives by winning very big, not thinking of the consequences if in case they have used up all the money and they end up in huge debt. If the person is not mentally stable in such times of crisis it will end up being depressed and might have suicidal thoughts. Remember, only gamble money you are willing to lose and that's it. If you lose it all then go home and don't gamble again.

I pity the man who lose that 20k euro in one night, I saw the article and all those happen because of the pandemic. He is struggling with his mental health and he found gambling to relieve his stress on it. His addiction consumed him that it almost ruined his life. Good thing he found a group that helps with addiction and started a new life.

Its dumb decision for someone to take gambling as final resort where they can burst their emotion since this really add the problem, Imagine how big can we possibly lose since we arr out ot focus and we ill became more lonely specially when we already drain out our capital.

This is a good story to read and lucky for him he found a good group where he can eliminate his addiction and hopefully other can think about it in advance that there's no good benefits we can ger if we became addicted and doesn't have a self control.
3218  Economy / Speculation / Re: A Hint from Mark Zuckerberg "Max" & "Bitcoin". Have Facebook invsted on Bitcoin? on: May 12, 2021, 12:37:49 PM
What is with all these tech giants sending cryptic messages over Twitter these days?

It is honestly feeling more and more like an orchestrated attempt to manipulate bitcoin prices for personal gain. Musk obviously has a significant personal stake in BTC through Tesla, and Zuckerberg could be the same.

They see musk so successful for hyping and gaining a lot of money from crypto si they follow him to gain from in their investment thats why we need to ride it if we want to buy the news since we will be left out if we will doubt, for sure more hypes will came as those tech giants are not done yet maybe they will do more hyping since provably they want to see bitcoin reach at $100,000.
3219  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: To all crypto investment noobs on: May 12, 2021, 11:31:43 AM
This is a quick warning that have been said many times already but we keep getting newbies on the forum everyday now so let your first aim in crypto investment be getting back your ROI safe and sound before taking any further risks, stop deceiving yourself that this bull season isn't going to end because everything has a ending, take profits and take profits again or live to tell the bad tale later

Securing your capital first is the most ideal thing you need to do when you are in trading or other type of investment scheme, the profit must be roll so that if something happens you will not get hurt badly since thats your profit and you can bounce back since you have still money to use for second attempt of your investment.
3220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I regret selling BTC for entering DeFi. HODLing is the way! on: May 11, 2021, 12:46:17 PM
I learned the hard way that Hodling BTC is the only way. I wanted to grow my BTC so i sold my 1BTC @32K a month ago and put that money in DeFi for yield farming in those high APY. I took some losses and some gains. Now BTC jumped 47K. If i would have just HODL all this way i would have more USDT then if i buy BTC now. Lesson i Learned: Yield farming is useless. People put so much at risk entering smart contract not to mention the daily time waste. Just HODL and you would have more more money than anyone yield farming in long run.

So did you sell all of your BTC? If yes, I feel bad for you and make sure you've learn something valuable when it comes to holding.

Don't feel bad for him for selling his BTC since whatever figure it is still good especially if he used it on good imvestment, Defi is not bad options though we must be seelective since there are so many scams there. And also but what bad thing there is if we don't take any actions right now especially the price is at cheap rate so best take an action since for sure a pump will follow after this.
