I doubt that many miners will answer this invite, as Bitcoins legal status in Russia is still not decided and so far very mixed signals were coming from Russia, so it can be a pretty big risk to setup new mines there, as they maybe closed very quickly. On the other hand opening new mines in China also may be risky, so Russia might be a viable alternative.

I'm not quite sure what do you mean by stolen design, but this site using a similar design with crypto-games.net. They did even copy the whole FAQ page of crypto-games but it has been changed already. Surely, it is not attractive for whales because they have low bankroll, even it would not be suitable for low bankroll players who like to use martingale because they might reach the max profit faster compared to other sites with higher max profit per bet.
