Israel have now begun a big ground offensive dismantling Hamas's tunnel network. Personally I would say that it was much needed but obviously because of potential casualties and deaths it was pushed back as far as possible. I guess the constant rockets and discovery of more tunnels just did it for the Israelis.
War is war, and all casualties regardless of which side of the conflict it is are a shame and are saddening. I don't think anyone wants this war to continue. Let's just hope Israel are successful with causing minimal damage to see peace restored.

Its not the fault of Israel that Hamas uses human shields. They build their rocket sites on the roof of a house where a normal family lives. hoping that Israel wont strike due to innocents being there. Well guess what.. Israel will attack you from wherever you are.. If Hamas had some balls they would build rocket sites away from the public, but they dont because they want the world to think that Israel is just killing anyone at will. Which is not the case. Again, that is war. One side is just better equipped than the other. The fault in that lies with Hamas who have got their priorities wrong. Invest in infrastructure and stop worrying so much about destroying the state of Israel. |

Latest chance of a ceasefire was completely dismissed by Hamas after firing 50 rockets whilst Israel kept to the conditional ceasefire.
Israel have now since responded to the constant rockets, and yet again, this war goes on...
