The world cup tournaments are always exciting to watch. I am expecting Australia to get eliminated during the quarters.
They did play well recently, but this current team is not as strong as the previous Ozzy teams which is why I am pretty confident that they won't lift the cup this year.
I doubt that they will get eliminated during the quarters. In my opinion they are hot favourite to play the final. It's true that this team is not near the team they had before but if we compare the current strength (which is not 100% accurate and subjective by the way) then this Australian team is better then anyone else. May be, India and England are the two teams who can fight against them. I don't think righting off Australia is good decision because now they are doing very good and they already won last 8 ODI's away from home they can won and enjoy next 4 years as champion right now we have 3 good and equal sides Australia England and India about fourth its tough as many going and can kill on game day. |

Hey I feel Rajasthan deserved victory and what Ashwin did was completely against sportsmanship, imagine if England did this to the Indian captain Virat in the finals of the World Cup, would this yet be fair? I feel Rajasthan are a more balanced side, and after being robbed of victory in the last match they’ll surely win this. In my personal opinion you should reconsider and wait for the lineup and then only decide which team you wish to gamble on. Rajasthan have a good lineup and I think they are favourite to win today's match but Buttler being mankaded in previous game didn't meant that they were definetely gonna win. According to today's report it seems that Hyderabad side might have a change with Williamson coming back again in lineup replacing Bairstow. This is going to be very interesting match and if Williamson is coming then surely SRH going with some good advantage as he is very good player and in good form SRH playing this match at home and RR was unlucky in last match so we can say any body game. |

Pakistan is not looking too good heading into the World Cup as Australia are dominating them in the current ODI series and have now won the series with two games to go. I thought that Pakistan bowled a lot better in this match but this time it was their batting that let them down thanks to a great bowling performance by Pat Cummins who also won the MOTM award.
The total was in their hands, but to them 266 was a little too much anyway. Pakistan has lost 3 consecutive ODIs against Australia, leads 3-0 which simply not good picture just before the world cup. Without playing consistent cricket there is nothing in your pocket except for disappointments. The national team is unable to play in home-grounds for almost a decade now. It is slowly taking its toll. The revenue is getting affected and the quality of domestic cricket is going down. If they continue to play their home matches in UAE, I don't think that the situation will improve. Now we can hope this will change in next few months and Pakistan able to play matches at home because situation is changing very quickly and ICC is also very positive about this. |

Australia on the road to victory and they have wickets in hand and they will easily win the match, South Africa posted a good total and Srilanka already lost 2 wickets and it is a difficult task for them to overcome if they keep on loosing wickets.
Aussies are going to have an easy win I can see. 242 and only lost 2 wickets. 8 wickets in hand and they need 39 runs from 37 balls. The job is very easy for them. Good thing that Pakistan scored but it was not enough. Australia are two down and 264 runs, still 17 runs to be scored, but the match went one sided even when Pakistan played well but their bowling was very bad. After watching first match I can say Australian can win this series by 5 - 0 or 4 - 1 because after beating India in India they are full of energy and high in confidence Pakistan is not good enough to give any resistance very poor in bowling. |

Some kids were started to learn games from their beginning of school just like from 5 or 6.
In south Asia especially in Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh it's a common thing I think. Cricket is huge there so it's obvious that they will find it interesting like football in Europe and Latin America. In recent days few more teams have got added to the list. Few of which were the Nepal, UAE and Afghanistan. Among this new teams Afghanistan looks so promising with good batting and bowling orders as well they're very polite to get suggestions from experienced players from other countries as they're new to the cricket sports. Afghanistan could be team to watch in ODI's and Twenty/Twenty in near future as they have some very good and talented players and they are doing good but sadly they cannot play at home which is big setback for them right now. |

Anyway, the truth is these two team has the most potential to win this years world cup. I think most of us will agree with this.
@Royse bhai you should name Srilanka if we are going in that direction  I still have my reservation that Oz team can lift the World cup but they are the underdog in the upcoming World cup ( I already mentioned that before) Having said that they are making a good case for themselves after playing good cricket against India. @JSRAW you are right after this series Aussies are clearly third favorite for this world cup they done great job and this all happen on good time so we can saw now they are underdog for this world. |

India put a heavy total of 358 runs against Australia.Now Australia is chasing 214 for 3.Surely an interesting match is going on.Khawaja out for 91 and now Handscomb is batting with maxwell.Handscomb playing really well as he is on 99.Australia required run rate is 9+ which is an advantage for India.
A big partnership was what Australia needed and Handscomb and Khawaja have clearly delivered on that front in a brilliant manner even though Khawaja just got dismissed. Handscomb and Maxwell are most probably the final hope of Australia at this point. I thought the same but Maxwell got out , I thought that's the end but seems like not yet . Turner is looking good and Handscomb is playing brilliant cricket right now so we can't yet say that the match is over , I guess Aussies still have the chance. It looks like Turner is trying to turn the tables! Australian team now requires just 38 runs off 27 balls - this series will get very interesting if Aussies wins this one! And they did win it . Amazing performance by Aussies especially Handscomb and Turner . Turner , what a player! I had seen him in big bash but oh man can he bat . I did the right thing by betting for Aussies @ 10 odds .
