This doubler scam is being widely promoted by a group today in various crypto related Facebook groups. These scams get a lot of victims due to promotion. Because many inexperienced people also use social media, so they can trust such sites and deposit their own funds. After that they will never get their funds back.

3222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter/Youtube Bitcoin Scams on: September 07, 2020, 07:07:19 PM
There is not much we can do about the many twitter or youtube scams, the best choice is educate ourselves and also educate
other people to get to know the scams. That way you can avoid scammers, even though in practice it is very difficult. Because
greed makes us easily deceived.

We can't fully stop the scam. But we can raise awareness among the people by exposing the scams which will keep them safe from such situations next time. Depending on the market conditions, scammers come up with new scam ideas that newcomers don't easily understand, and that's why they fall prey to those scams.

If people cannot control their greed then there is no point in raising awareness. Most scams are done using human greed.
3223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No hype is good on: September 07, 2020, 06:33:13 PM
When a hype starts in the market, everyone starts running after it. And as a result, scammers can take advantage very easily. The way DeFi hype has been created now, one project after another is coming every day and people are investing, even the big exchanges are listing those coins and the owners of the exchanges do not feel the need to verify the project team. So the arrangement of all this is to scam you unless you are careful yourself, and deal with the situation with your own experience.
3224  Economy / Economics / Re: 2020 Money is king Again Good news on: September 07, 2020, 06:24:16 PM
Money is king Again!

I agree with you. Money is king in some ways. We have seen in recent times that when the investment sector has crashed, cash has helped to get out of that situation. Later the market started to recover again and it started to be more convenient to invest than money. But at the time when everything crashed, those who did not have money realized the importance of money. So in many cases money is very important.

Quote
skills, Work ethicks... And Values is Going Down and Money will rise Up school education becomes also pointless.

Only Thing what will matter is Money!!

Education is always important. Your point is baseless. Now the situation will not always be like this, many things have already started to become normal. So the importance of skill and education will soon go back to its previous place.
3225  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why are scammers everywhere, it is obvious online on: September 07, 2020, 05:55:21 PM
The only thing scammers use to scam is what newbies think about bitcoin. Because most newbies come to the crypto market for the purpose of making quick profits, they are badly influenced by some people. Some Youtubers and some so called influncers present the value of Bitcoin differently to newcomers. As a result, they are more likely to talk about how to get quick rich with Bitcoin than to know about Bitcoin.

Not all newbies get mentors like you which is why they fall prey to such scams. These scams will continue as long as people are falling prey to these scams. Because they spend a lot of money on building these websites, if they did not get their money back, they would not have created these scam websites. So we all need to be vigilant and create a safe place for newcomers without scammers.
3226  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Crypto300club scam investment program. Stay away.. on: September 07, 2020, 11:50:16 AM
I got this email, and they're giving me a lucrative offer so I might be interested in investing in them if I'm a newbie. So I'm sharing this email with the community to warn newbies.
Wondering if where they get your email address to shill their investment program.

To others, I would suggest to avoid clicking any link with this kind of email. Would be better if you delete and mark it as spam to avoid getting any kind of malware on your device.

Yeah. But the way they promised to return huge profits via email. Those who do not know about such investments and scams will definitely click for details. And those who are tempted to invest in such websites will never get their funds back. So now if you get any type of email, you should double check the link before click.

I understand that the main purpose of sending such a message was to distribute a referral link in order to get your Commission through it. Usually such scammers know that these schemes are Ponzi schemes, and do not invest their money in them, preferring to earn at the expense of attracted referrals.

Commission greedy promoters are even more dangerous than the owners of these scam websites. They constantly promote these scam websites to get commission, they never invest in those websites. They do not think twice about putting others at risk for their own benefit.

3228  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [FAKE GIVEAWAY] 200 Ethereum Giveaway from Facebook Page on: September 06, 2020, 07:05:53 PM
Some pages on facebook are scam!!!

There are many pages on Facebook whose purpose is to scam. Not just pages! There are many groups, and in all those group scammers are constantly promoting scam projects. Every day I see some commission greedy people promoting ponzi scams in all those groups.

Even facebook often approves ads for their own fake Libra websites! So be careful when using Facebook, because scammers are waiting to trap you in any way.
3229  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Coffee-tea.ltd - Ponzi scheme on: September 06, 2020, 06:17:34 PM
What a domain this is! coffee and tea both are in this field. Ha, ha. But I can not understand why the scammer named this site as coffee-tea ? Where is the relation, I can not get it. Ops just get it in about page.

They are trying to bring something new because the old systems are known to everyone. It is bringing a new idea in front of people so that people can easily believe it. And when everyone believes, they will get the funds and they will run away with the funds. They could have done a lot better if they had spent as much time wasting scams to develop something better.

3230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Downfall of dia data (DeFi) on: September 06, 2020, 04:33:35 PM
Don't know what is happening at this moment. Most of defi project lost their value incredibly. Especially for dia data, the recently successful defi token, launched IEO a months ago. Then it was start increasing incredibly, ATH around at $5.13  Sep 02, 2020 (3 days ago) but its only $2.09 today Sep 05, 2020. Just decrease more than half of its value within 48hours when it added binance exchange mainwhile

The way the DeFi hype was created in the market and the way the traders were moving towards that hype, the professional traders had to predict the outcome in advance. As more DeFi coins entered the market, prices skyrocketed and new traders were busy discussing those coins.

Dia is one of those coins that has managed to create hype in the market and is now being dumped after being a big pump. Those who have been able to get out of these coins at the right time have been able to make a good amount of profit. But it remains to be seen what will happen in the coming days.
3231  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam] Coinshares cloud mining on: September 06, 2020, 04:20:33 PM
And the funny thing is when you check their payment proof page. They did update every time they make payment. But there's no TX id mentioned at there  Grin Grin what a joke.

https://coinshares.io/?a=paidout

Because they think everyone else is stupid except them. Grin In order to scam, they constantly come up with one idea after another so that people believe them. And it's a system widely used by scammers to fool newbies. Everyone knows this way now so I think they will not be able to take much advantage with this fake payment proof. The market is going up now so now a lot of players will come to the market for the purpose of scam. So everyone has to be a little extra careful now.
3232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Really Happening To The Market? on: September 06, 2020, 07:21:37 AM
Chainlink's drop is quite spectacular and honestly i knew there would be a correction from 20$ to 14-15$ but never in hell did I think it would drop again under 10$ in just few days!

Chainlink at the end of the day it is altcoin, so it is difficult to expect anything more than an altcoin. I still remember how much hype was created with chainlink and even saw the prediction of $100 market price. But I think this correction was needed. Because no market goes up continuously, it requires correction.

Now since DeFi hype was created in the market and already many fomo buyers have lost their money. So now in case of buying any coin, one must check about the project.
3233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance in trouble over listing scam defi token on: September 06, 2020, 06:42:25 AM
There is the defi token called "SUSHI" which was listed on binance a while ago. Unfortunately the founder reportedly exit scam leading to the price dropped 60% off just within 24 hours. https://news.bitcoin.com/sushiswap-founder-reportedly-exit-scams-as-sushi-token-price-tanks/. A lot of traders has gone nut on CZ Binance on Twitter claiming that he deleted some of his post about the project

CZ Now he thinks of himself as the boss of the crypto market. Because he has the biggest crypto exchange binance and websites like Coinmarketcap. We have contributed to getting him to this stage, but he is now abusing that power. Listing scam projects does not result in any loss when a huge listing fee is available. Binance has been saying listing fee zero in their announcement for the past few months, but I think they must have hidden fees, otherwise such shit projects have no power to be listed. So don't trust any exchange and the owner of the exchange, they will always be waiting to see how you can be trapped.

If the community is not careful, the owners of the exchange will do whatever they want. So before buying any coin you have to be extra careful and do good research about the project. Otherwise the owners of the exchange will take away your funds with  scam projects.

Btw. Cz have the habit of deleting tweets is old. He keeps tweeting nonsense, and deletes tweets when criticized by the community.
3234  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam Alert] Fatherrevival.vip offering 100% profit in 24 Hours. on: September 05, 2020, 06:07:33 PM
Only the most naive can fall for this trick, because who in their right mind can believe that it is possible to double something in 24 hours? Unfortunately, many beginners enter the world of cryptocurrencies with completely misconceptions and the belief that they can get rich overnight.

Thanks for the warning, and I hope that some newbies will look for additional information before the investment - maybe this thread will be helpful for them.

Yeah. But they are now spreading these scams through social media. Greed pushes people into big danger. This leads to a large number of new people reaching out to such scams, because not everyone who uses social media is aware of such scams.

Scammers will never stop their activity. We need to be careful to catch their upcoming scams in the beginning before anyone falls prey to them. So there is a way to scam new people. Now we have to be careful in using social media.
3235  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to be useful to the forum ? on: September 05, 2020, 12:02:53 PM
When I joined Bitcointalk, it took me a long time to learn about the forum rules. I followed other older members to educate myself, and spent a lot of time for learning. In the end, I found that special talent and I was able to bring myself in front of everyone as a good member. I don’t know how useful a member I am but I am doing my best and the community is giving me back what I deserve.

To be a useful member, you have to contribute to the community. There are many community members who are constantly contributing to keep the community as a good place. You follow those members and educate yourself, then apply that knowledge for good work.

Not everyone is good at everything, you must have a special talent that you can do better than others. Work with your talent to help others. There is no end to learning, the more time you spend learning, the more you will learn. A well informed post can help many members, sharing their knowledge with others increases the tendency to be more creative. And it is very interesting to share our experiences with others.

So must you have the mindset to help others. Because it's so important, you can't share something good unless you choose to help others. No one can prove himself in one day, it requires a lot of hard work and the mentality to contribute to the community. So share your experience with community members and the community will give you back as much as you deserve.

An obvious scam project offering 100% ROI without an estimations time, whos know it would be a month/year or maybe 2 years.
Checked his/her posts history, it looks like s/he actively promoting several projects with the same kind of scheme.

Yeah. Looks like he/she came here to promote such a scheme. It could be that he/she owns all the websites. This is one of their strategies, to promote a ponzi website to people quickly. Promoting here means finding some investors easily, and running away with their money.

3238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POSITIVE PREDICTION AND SUITE SAYING BEGINS AGAIN on: September 04, 2020, 05:29:26 PM
Bitcoin rises above 11,600 dollars again for the first time in a long time. This has brought about series of predictions like we saw in 2017.
This is the time for us all to learn from the past experiences. We have to know when to swap to stable coins and when to swap back to bitcoin to avoid loss associated with drastic fall in price that may occur in the future.

It is a matter of experience. Those who have seen a big bull run in the market before, they know very well what is going to happen in the market. Past experience is the greatest experience, because those who have experience dealing with previous situations know how to prepare. Those who cannot learn from their previous mistakes face losses every time. But now that the market situation is something we can expect to wait for something better in the future.
3239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we cheated by some good altcoins? on: September 01, 2020, 07:35:27 PM
The top 150 coinmarketcap listed the coin "Insolar coin". 1 billion supply coin increase from 500 million ERC-20 token supply. Actually ERC-20 token supply was 50 million then for swap holders got 10 times more XNS coins. But this XNS won't unlock for 3 years. My friend got only 2 XNS after 6 months of swap. We're being forced to hold altcoins when Dev releases supply. Already delisted from so many exchanges. What are your thoughts?

(I don't find the same topic as this coin)

Not all top coins are good coins. Lots of top coins have already left the market with investors' money. I was once cheated by a top 50 coin, which I still remember how frustrated I was at the time. They scammed all investors and they left the market with investors' money. And whatever happened to you, it was really a dirty game played by the dev. I would say that in the coming days, you must be careful not to fall prey to such scams. Increase your ability to do research, move forward in such a way that you can find fake projects.
