3221  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Qatar world cup Final Predictions on: November 26, 2022, 04:03:37 PM
Argentina vs France. quite ideal, because France already has one victory and I am optimistic that they can advance to the next rounds. well, the question now is Argentina. Can Argentina win their remaining two matches, because Mexico is not an easy opponent to conquer, of course also with Poland. however, if Argen can handle it. then the final between Argentina vs France is ideal.
Argentina lost to Saudi Arabia in a game which was supposed to be a piece of cake for them. It makes me believe they aren't in ideal conditions to go ahead against stronger teams. Maybe it's not even about having enough skills, rather it's about having too much psychological pressure over them without knowing how to deal with this.

France is a very unstable team. Sometimes they outstand the adversary, but on the following game they might play poorly. That is the behavior of french national team by looking their history. France lacks cadence.

The strongest team since the previous phase of world cup, which has shown stable and positive performances is Brazil. They have more chances of reaching the finals in my opinion.

The earning feature is an incentive by developers to raise the coin's adoption among crypto enthusiasts, but that is not what happens for real in most cases, since this specific feature isn't enough to push adoption upside, because there are many other alternatives offering the same benefits on the market. After all, the currency's price doesn't grow as expected.

Thankfully you knew you were gambling and just invested money you can afford to lose. Next time, if you want a more guaranteed investment, go for a solid top altcoin, or even better, hold bitcoin.
3223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cock fight game on: November 26, 2022, 12:36:07 AM
This kind of gambling is always fun because these animals fights in the circle of human, have you been involved in this kind of animal gambling or have you watched such game before. Can such game be in the casino?
I've never engaged in cock fight games. Where I live this tradition doesn't exist, although I have the impression it does exist in another regions of the country, but I'm not interested on it because I think animals don't deserve to be put in such abuse and humiliating situations for the pleasure of the masses. Animals should be well treated and cared till the moment of their death, since they provide us food and the continuity of the herd.

Despite my personal opinion, it's possible to introduce cock fights online through live sessions recorded directly from the arena where those fights happen. Maybe you can already find it on the deep web, although it must be disgusting.
3224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 25, 2022, 11:49:29 PM
I'm pretty sure a lot of people lost bets today because of England. Most of the match results did not match predictions because the probability of England's victory was initially higher than the USA. I didn't lose anything in this fight, but I really felt a loss because in the end England and USA were only about 1 point.

England will actually be safe if they win the match against USA, but today's draw match makes the competition in the group even better. The final group stage match will be very tense, especially when England vs Wales.

Nobody was expecting this result. I got absolutely smashed as I considered it a safe bet with a good takeout from Egland taking the stand. The odds at Stake for England to win were pretty appetizing and let's face it, judging by their initial performance, everybody was expecting the brits to win. The draw odds were even better, so congratulations to those who put their bet on the draw.
This world cup is so weird. The performance of the national teams during the first phase isn't matching their performances on the currently groups' stage. Teams we had as strong favorites are playing like average teams or even worse. It is the case of England, Germany, Argentina, Holland. You can analyze the teams, players, history of matches, previous gameplays and still predict a completely wrong result.

On the other hand, Brazil, Spain and maybe France seem consistent. Maybe a final between Brazil and Spain can be expected this time?
3225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New play to earn games that actaully earn you coins on: November 25, 2022, 10:26:47 PM
Neither game is really earning at the moment. Hype game Play 2 earn has also decreased and is no longer profitable.
I played several P2E games such as Axie Infinity which in the end were no longer worth it to play because the capital was greater than the income earned. No new game project recommendations, I even stopped playing the game at this point and focused on making some trades.
That is the risk of play to earn games. At the beginning you have to make an investment to start playing or simply to have some extra advantage over another players, but it doesn't mean profit is guaranteed this way, because while you make your way till ROI, the game can lose popularity, demand, therefore prices start falling, as we saw with Axie Infinity, so many players weren't able to recover their initial investments anymore. Play to earn games must be taken as an investment of risk. Moreover, it's suggested you play games you actually enjoy, so even if the prices crash, the money you have spent will be still enjoyed by you, as player.
3226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A reminder about the media on: November 25, 2022, 08:37:03 PM
Stay strong and don't follow the media Cool
Nice reminder OP  Smiley

It is enough just to give a smile when reading news like that because after all we need to read the media to find out information. However, regarding the truth of the information displayed by the media, we must first consider it, not immediately accept it as truth because the actual accuracy of the data is the benchmark.
Often at the end of the news they write this information is only based on the author's thoughts not to be used as a reference.
I believe we have to follow logic and reason. If you know how to filtrate the informations you receive from the media, you aren't going to get fooled by their fake news, while also being able to absorb legit content they report.

A big mistake nowadays is to go extreme, discrediting every journalists and media vehicles, because a portion of them don't have a compromise with the truth, with facts. There are honest and dishonest journalists, like in every professions.

Regards expectations on bitcoin price, we also need to be careful, because the same way there are the news to spread FUD, there are also the news to spread illusions, launched by speculators and social influencers over common investors.
3227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 25, 2022, 07:51:34 PM
the brazilian daily 'o globo' reports that Neymar and Danilo will miss the rest of the group stage. Neymar (paris saint-germain), one of the great hopefuls on the way to a sixth world cup title, suffered a ligament injury to his right ankle during the match against serbia, and Danilo (juventus turin), who was playing convincingly in the opener, also has an ankle injury Undecided
The game is always too harsh on Neymar. Players who compete against Brazil totally focus on him on the field. From 12 faults of Serbia, it seems 9 were solely commited against Neymar, and by watching the videos they were really tough, even though he dramatizes a little, as usual.

Thankfully for Brazil they didn't have to rely exclusively on Neymar for the victory, otherwise I guess this match would have ended in a tie.

If Brazil keeps the spirit I believe they can win this world cup, conquering the six-time championship.
3228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum keep its leadership in the crypto smart contract industry? on: November 25, 2022, 07:33:55 PM
I believe the point is that Ethereum doesn't have a rival on its reach. It was mentioned ETH is going centralized, but then, what strong and popular alternatives does crypto market offer towards it? The only crypto which comes to my mind is Binance Coin, as it visibly stands out among other altcoins, but it's also a centralized cryptocurrency, therefore it's more of the same compared to ETH on this case.

Then we have many other minor projects which promise pushing decentralization to the next level, however, they don't have enough popularity, originality and demand to overcome ETH's position.

Conusion: if your goal is decentralization, go for bitcoin. You don't need anything else.

A very big congratulations to you mate, it's indeed a good feeling when we get to own stuffs like this for free, but I personally would tell you not to count it as anything, this is because from my personal experience with playing the lottery on freebitco, there is absolutely no guarantee that this number of tickets will qualify you to win any of the positions from 1 to 10.
Though honestly, this is not my wish for you, what I am trying to tell you is to not put your mind on it, so just in case you didnt make it up in any position on the lottery, you end feel disappointed or feel bad about it.
Goodluck.
Yes, from all medium prizes this is the worst one. 5000 lottery tickets are very likely to mean nothing after all. I've already been rewarded with this prize few times, but have never been lucky to make any profit from it. It's much better to hit a 500 satoshis or 500 RPs prize than 5000 tickets. But I don't want to be so pessimistic or discourage him cheering his prize. A 5000 reward is a 5000 reward and should be reason for joy in every cases. May the luck be by his side on the next lottery round!
3230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Chinese Man Won $29,392,922.00 & Refused to tell His Wife and child on: November 25, 2022, 07:10:59 PM
Aren't these news manufactured? Some weeks ago we have seen an exactly story like this one, but it was about a japanese man. Now they come with a story about a chinese man, displaying a picture of the probable man that looks more a model from google images.

Anyway, the justification has a noble purpose and in case it's real, I can understand why the winner chose acting like this. Money changes people's minds or reveal their natural instincts. The man is simply trying to preserve his family from turning greedy and lazy.
3231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I Am So Done With Betting Until.... on: November 24, 2022, 04:54:13 PM
Unbelievable result, but that is the cons of betting on low odds teams. Actually, it's similar to betting on dice or any other luck game with 90%-98% winning chance expecting you are going to have an easy and safe win, although a single loss with such odds is enough to rip off your entire bankroll with slight recovery chances after that. I believe many other gamblers made the same movement OP did in this game between Argentina and Saudi Arabia. They are just too shameful and proud to come in public to speak about their frustration with the game's result. But you can be sure, OP, you aren't alone on this one.
3232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Avoiding exchange flat rate withdrawal fee on Bitcoin when sending in Casino on: November 24, 2022, 03:58:59 PM
I’m currently using Duelbits to make this happened in case I want to play in the casino using Bitcoin. I always deposit Doge or XRP to Duelbits from exchange for lesser then do a couple of safe bets just to satisfy the wagering requirements so that I can withdraw in Bitcoin and send to my casino. I’m doing this so that I can still play while holding Bitcoin when I feel bullrun is coming but sometimes wagering on Duelbits makes me lose everything before I can transfer my funds to my other casino account that I use to hold and wager at the same time.

Do you have any alternative safer way than this? I usually purchase crypto using fiat on exchange.
This is a risky method, because you are always under risk of losing your entire balance before reaching the requirements demanded by the house in order to make a bitcoin withdrawal. After all and after doing this for a while, you will have spent much more money than if you had simply paid the exchanges' fees you are trying to avoid.

I think you could try looking for exchanges alternatives that don't charge too much fees. Usually smaller exchanges charge absurd fees on transactions, therefore they aren't recommended. Moreover, you could try transacting your bitcoins with less frequency, so you save on fees. Let's say if you reduce your transactions by the half (moving larger chunks of btc at once), you are going to pay 50% less fees.
3233  Economy / Speculation / Re: The world is not doing well on: November 24, 2022, 03:49:15 PM
Dollar has gained traction recently, but here in our country it's not any surprise if we analyze the 1 year time period graphics. Actually, it's not even dollar's ATH during the period, so I would say it's pretty stable, what is already a big deal for US, since they have been increasing interest rates without limits this year. A expected to see a weaker dollar at this point, but congratulations to them, for now.

USD is often high compared to any local currency, it's soaring against EUR also. While the value of the USD rises, people from other countries benefit from it especially if they earn in USD but people not earning USD suffer inflating prices because while USD value is high in other countries the purchasing power of USD in the US is declining.

Yes, the world is not doing well and it could be stopped actually if they would. FED should pivot.
That is true, for us it's good that dollar rises, as our weekly wages are paid in dollar currency. Also, it's good news for most online workers living in poor countries, while working for companies located in wealthy countries. On the other hand, the negative effect of a valuable dollar currency can be experienced in our daily life when purchasing any goods and products around, since they are priced taking dollar into consideration. That is, the more expensive the dollar currency, the more expensive it's going to be the fuel, electronic devices and any other goods which have their raw materials imported from foreigner countries.

3235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mining Machine that makes Bitcoin while you sleep??? on: November 24, 2022, 12:34:17 AM
So my question boils down to: are cryptocurrency mining machines really real?  I need answers. How do I know what to trust?!
It's real, cryptocurrency mining requires physical machine and electricity in order to run it. The cost depends on where you live and it might be not worth it for you if the rewards get spent for maintenance charge without leaving anymore profit for you. You don't need in front of your machine 24/7 to check the mining, it isn't going anywhere unlike the cloud mining where they went away with your money.
For most people it doesn't worth. Mining equipment is expensive, loses value and get damaged/obsolet relatively fast, requires a lot of room and a cold source to not overheat and damage everything even faster.

It means a lot of expenses with energy, besides the initial investment which also has to be a decent one. In the end, bitcoin may continue losing value, decreasing the profitability of the business more yet.

If you have enough funds and a big area, better to think about a more stable and guaranteed sector to invest in, while also thinking about the possibility of producing goods while you sleep.
3236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cloud mining on: November 23, 2022, 11:26:46 PM
Cloud mining has been always a waste of time and money. If you setup a large number of smartphones to mine on those apps you are probably going to lose money due to expensive electricity and devices' detrition, when compared to the income paid by the apps. Paid online traffic is another thing you should be careful. I'm sure ads won't pay fake traffic. They want organic traffic, and once you are caught cheating payment is going to be denied and your account is going to blocked. You can create crypto content, that is legit, but you also need legit audience to your website.

i hope the OP is reading the posts here. because for me, don't invest on these cloud mining sites. instead of gaining, you will lose money on this type of investment. the target amount of the OP is also big, don't know if he can ever achieve such amount. also, don't be tempted by the offer of the site, like high ROI at a short period of time, more then likely, you will end up rekt by this site. there's no easy money on this market.
Yes, years ago fake cloud mining sites were very popular and offered high interest rates. They were in fact ponzi schemes. The greediest ones used to last few days or weeks, the humblest ones used to last a month or few months, depending the rates proposed by the scammers. The systems were elaborated and showed real time results, that is, the coins being hypothetically mined directly to your balance every second.

This concept incentivized and tempted many enthusiasts to invest and watch the coins coming in to their wallets.

Some people achieved ROI, but without any doubts, for most investors it was a complete loss.

3238  Other / Off-topic / Re: Time management on: November 23, 2022, 08:21:49 PM
Time management requires practice. Especially nowadays with so many distractions everywhere at the reach of our fingers through technological gadgets and internet. You may be concentrated on your daily tasks, but your smartphone won't stop ringing each new notification arriving in real time. Many people fail in managing their time, because they have to see what people are talking to them and talking about on social medias several times a hour, so the tasks they must complete and that should be the focus of their day stay in second plan, consequently delaying many other tasks of their routine.

In the end, these people don't succeed completing their daily tasks (because they didn't manage their time properly), or they will end their day too late, consequently prejudicing the dynamics of the next day, since they go to the bed after the recommended hour. The conclusion is that their lives become a snowball of growing problems and unfinished tasks, because doesn't matter how much time they have, it's never enough!
3239  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you agree that an employer should hire employees who are smarter than him? on: November 23, 2022, 05:23:01 PM
A company consists in a work executed by a group of individuals. Each employee and the employer have different skills which when combined create outstanding results, although they mean nothing if each person works by himself, since they can't be skilled in every demanded aspects of the work. So I guess there isn't something like one person smarter than another. They are all professionals working side by side, helping each other on their personal difficults, so they can reach further on the sector they are working on. Regards fearing to be deceived by an employee has nothing to do with smartness. It's simply a lack of character and quality.
3240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Imagine the condition of people today if they had invested on Bitcoin in 2015 on: November 23, 2022, 04:35:24 PM
It would have worked for early buyers, but those who bought lastly (on the peak) would have lost money, just like investors who bought during the peak in 2017 for $19,000 and had to wait until 2020-2021 to recover their investments. The problem in the mentioned situation by OP is that the impacts would be much deeper, since we are talking about 50% of world's population. Probably a hype like that couldn't be covered by future bull runs, meaning those who bought bitcoin lastly wouldn't be able to recover their initial investments in fiat number anymore...
