Have the multipools removed themselves from the global hash rate for TIPS ?
Been reading the last few pages and it is what I gather ?
No, the multipools only switch to tips for the low difficulty. They took 3 minutes to mine the 10 easy blocks. Now leaving the 10 hard blocks to us. This all ends in 348 blocks. What will happen at 51000th block? Fedora gets kimoto gravity well - diff algo that works like a charm for some cryptos already. Basically Multipools will not be able to pump diff and leave, like it is happening now. Is it official, I i never saw that info!? from the dev: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=391192.msg4923077#msg4923077- Changes difficulty algo from block 51000+ to use KGW (takes effect in about 2 days)

I think TIPS go in the next 2-3 week over 300, the coin now not even 2 satohi cost, its one of the cheapest coins. And when people get it whats going on with this coin, with all the new feauters and a lot of new things in the next days are implemented, then it it will rise very fast in the next days and weeks. Than you will be praying and crying, why i dont buy this coin so cheap, i would 10x double my money. 300 is the next target , I think we will touch already in February. 1000-3000 Latoshi / 20-100 Satoshi in 6 months. We will see, just wait. DV. LOL! You must be joking! I made fast calculation and atm only to 100 litoshi are 6500 LTC! At 150 litoshi is a wall with 1724 LTC and at 200 litoshi is another wall with 1427. Do you understand that? If we calculate other walls I will be not surprised i they are around 30 000 LTC. It s not problem if cryprsy make tips/btc I know that, but Cryptsy will do it if TIPS reach 351 litoshi. Don't get me wrong... I have 270 million TIPS and I will be glad if that happens, but I don't think it will be in close future. I also know one guy who has 6 billion TIPS and is holding them. 6 billion nice, when we reach 600 litoshi, than this guy have 1 million dollar.  |

I am sure all holders would love a reduction in 4/5ths of the coins to increase their holdings, but for the same reasons that a new Fed Coin shouldn't be created I am against it.
Absolutely right. You DO NOT fuck about with the supply of a coin after many have put thousands of dollars into it. It is not like we have bought something then discover an altered model on display at the shop - this is the equivalent of buying something then after a few weeks of using it discovering that the manufacture broke into your house overnight and changed core components without your consent. It is unethical and completely foolish. ANY major change to a coin will result in massive dumping and a decrease in our investment. If you want a more scarce coin then go away and buy Catcoin or Feathercoin or any of the other 100 hundred currencies out there, but do NOT mess with others investment. I didn't buy 300 Million TIPS to have people on a forum change the recipe post purchase. I think you might misunderstan. I think people are saying that the max coins that can be produced is lowered, not the number of coins you hold. So you would still have 300 million. But within mining the limit will not go to 500 billion just 250 billions max. So this would INCREASE the value of your holding , not decrease it. This +1 |

In how many days? and can you please reduce the total amount of coin about 30-50% to maybe 250-350 billions? i dont know if i should go all in in tips now. because this coin has the most grwoing potential (when the coins will be reduced) When the coin "only" go to 400 i think a lot of persons will be rich. |
