You people are so rude. The USA is the greatest nation there ever was on this miserable planet. Just the odd curvy bodacious chick is all.

Indeed, the US is a good example that mankind can't handle freedom at all. Most of.
This is real tragicomedy.

Breakout time?

Have a nice day y'all, and forget a bit about the covid brainfuckery.

Makes catching up on the WO so much quickerMakes hiding under my bed so much easier.

Yep, truth hurts.  Wink Final Score: Slayer 54, Doom Babies 0

Truth?
There's no truth, just viewpoints.
Grow up, babe  Wink

EDIT: Sorry, actually there is truth. It's simple: We may actually be alive.

hashtags are fucking stupid

One merit for you.

Hashtags are just there. For a reason. Characters are limited, What the fuck is this fuzz about?
Nothing else to rant about?
What's next?
Maybe "Shebangs are fucking stupid, because # is a number's sign... "?

Maybe you can feel just satisfied as well, but your little egos won't let you?

For Globb0

4 beats full house, ooo. thanks saved.

What a hand man!

Lucky bastard 🤪
Well done SwC. This seems a very good marketing. Congrats to the winners whoever you are.

The real question is how did the Kings get there?

What was the pre flop and Flop action.

Arrr! Only some very tight players would have folded the aces, i guess. The odds for a King on the river were pretty low, so either AA tried to suck out KK slowly, but since you don't see (or do only i not see?) at which stage the all-in was called, it's rather hard to guess why would one get to the river with pocket kings against aces.
I ran into such hand, afaik, certainly one time, but likely more often. This one i can remember pretty well, the fault was on my side holding the aces. Mainly because i undervalued my quite loose opponent, not believing him to hit the river with pocket K's, and also refused to let go of a good hand from the start when it's quality became questioned on the river, plus the low odds for him to hold KK on a board like this.
This brought up some memories. It was home cash games, but we were all serious players on the table, a custom built one, with almost silky feeling of the green felt that was used.

EDIT: Off to sleep. See you tomorrow, Vegeta Smiley

OMG some guy I used to work with called me today to ask "how to buy BTC". Sell now!!

Nah, too early.
When the guy at work advises friends of his friends to throw all their savings into bitcoin, he even took a loan and considers to sell his physical belongings to buy more BTC, THAT'd look like a nice sell trigger to me.
3252  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 29, 2020, 06:32:10 PM

I mentioned my doubts above. If you can't find them still, go to my account and see my last posts. My doubts are still in place. Nothing really has changed there.

I had my chance to buy back from 4.5k didn't do it. If it goes back to 4.5k again, won't do it again.

I am back to my roots. Win small but risk small.

So i forgot it. Nothing unusual, unfortunately.

@mindrust, you should know a bit better with the words if it goes to zero.... to many strong hands and fundamental believers....

I hope you will invest a bit and at least buy a full BTC to HODL, start some DCA again and stay interested.
I do understand the feeling of being over invested isn’t easy to live with, but nothing comes easy in life.

Buy btc cause you don’t trust the current system, buy btc for financial freedom and don’t let fiat wealth be the main factor...

Cheers and be safe and happy with your decisions

I think even 1BTC would be a good idea for mindrust as a pension top up or something. Who knows what 1BTC will be in 20-30 years.

Even if he can’t or won’t buy 1BTC I hope he can earn it via a sig campaign or something.

Indeed, as a former WO-brother I would insist him to buy at least one full BTC

I believe I will be having 1btc (or close) in a year or so with the current investment plan I got unless... it goes to 20k+  Grin

You were told to consider a re-buy(in), multiple times.
In the meantime we're up 100% again. Why did you miss the advices?
Why are you in doubt?
Have i missed it or didn't you elaborate yet?

EDIT: I think i can remember that i told you about my emotional moment, shortly after i got in at $2.4k, panic sold a few days later at $2.2k and regretted it at $2.8k some few days later again, and it was 2017. If i wouldn't have done it asap, i'd bitten my ass to the bone.

G'day gentlemen  Grin
Finally got my tax refund today, but i had to watch BTC go up about $300 until i had time to buy.
Bad luck, i thought BUT
after that, the king went up another $600.

#HODL  Cool

EDIT: Time to look for vegeta memes...

certified that chlorine dioxide to be the most effective bacterial killer in human history.

And are there any studies about the effectiveness of bacterial killers ... against viruses?
Hard to find any information at all. The claim is MMS kills all anaerobic microbes and parasites, a true germ killer. It is certainly something to look into.

The other thing he is talking about with the light attack is another total differand approch. It is well-known that some nanowaves are not the healthiest. Ultraviolet light is a proven germ killer, 10-400 nm is the Germicidal Wavelength, X-rays ranging from 0.1 to 10 nanometers.
Could a simple chest x-ray kill of the viruses, does anyone know. Any studies?
If prolonged exposure which would die first the patient or the virus?

dude  Roll Eyes
lemme explain.
UV light, especially the shorter wavelengths, is BAD. It kills cells. Human cells, bacterial cells, viral cells... doesn't matter.
I do tamper with UVC light for disinfection purposes, and i can tell you, if you happen to catch a bit of stray light with the eye, it feels like microscopic needles piercing your pupils. Also when it gets onto your skin, it feels like sunburn but you don't see reddened areas. I forgot to cover my forehead on my first try, everything else was covered and i wore lab class protection glasses, exposition for about 2 minutes total. Only light reflected from the room's walls, using a 55watt UVC lamp.

You can fry people alive with that, like microwave ovens, but from the outside.
I won't comment your dumb x-ray approach theory.
As for that MMS stuff, i just tell so much that it's not amusing to watch a friend with minor health problems poison himself over the course of months, after he had to acknowledge that he ended up in a pretty bad health situation by taking that shit.
You have no idea about anything you are talking about, and i know your para-scientific attitude from the covid thread. Why didn't you just stay there?  Angry

Trump is definitely crazy, his acting and talking seems like early stages of dementia to me.

Take care, get real, get help.

Dude let me explain something the one or other has survived a chest x-ray.
UV-A has the longest waves and closest to the violet light in the rainbow (the visible spectrum of sunlight).
UV-light  (A, B) is used for healthy tanning, solariums.
UV-A 400-315 nm
UV-B 315-280 nm
UV-C 280-200 nm
Vaccuum UV 200 - 10 nm

Some  use cases:
350–370 nm: Bug zappers
300–365 nm: Curing of polymers and printer inks
300–320 nm: Light therapy in medicine
280–400 nm: Medical imaging of cells (solariums)
---
270–360 nm: Protein analysis, DNA sequencing, drug discovery
200–400 nm: Forensic analysis, drug detection
240–280 nm: Disinfection, decontamination of surfaces and water (DNA absorption has a peak at 260 nm), germicidal lamps
230–400 nm: Optical sensors, various instrumentation
230–365 nm: UV-ID, label tracking, barcodes
30–200 nm: Photoionization, ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy
13.5 nm: Extreme ultraviolet lithography

Nothing new there, but thanks.
I'd like to add 185nm, for creation of ozone through radiation of air (another problem of UVC applications). That's why i only use it outside or in ventilated rooms (remote controlled from outside).
As i said (to xhomerx10), it's not bad to reconsider UV treatment of blood for fighting systemic bacterial infections, but will be quite useless for viral infections, because viruses replicate on mucous tissues. The immune system attacks right there, and the fatalities are, simply put, a side-effect of the attack. Successful treatment would work by modifying immune response, helping to create antibodies faster, and/or nullify viral load across all affected areas inside the human body. A rather difficult task.

Thanks.
"MMS" (methane methylsulfonate), mentioned in the paper linked by you, is originally spelled MSM. A substance i took myself for balancing gut bacteria. Worked well, but left me with metallic taste inside my mouth for a few months. It also grew me a lot of thick hair and had positive effects on the skin and blood pressure, helped a lot with colon issues. It's kind of a "secret potion" for various autoimmune conditions. A digestible sulphur complex, found in many types of food, mainly milk products, meat and vegetables.

NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH MIRACLE MINERALS SUPPLEMENT (BLEACH), originally spelled MMS. The one referenced by Tash.

Back to topic:
The paper linked above suggested evidence for successful treatment of systemic bacterial health conditions.
Obviously, because viruses typically replicate in mucous tissues, UBI won't help much with Covid or Influenza when targeted at blood cells.

However, there should definitely be more research done on UBI, simply because alternatives to systemic antibiotic treatments will become pretty much inevitable.

A study was already done on UV light therapy. It likely did not live up to the hopes of the researchers as no results were published after the clinical trial.

https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/study/NCT02785133

That's interesting but one of the exclusion criteria for subjects was active infection and the aim of the study was really to test theories about bioenergetics.
I have had low-level laser therapy for treatment of a muscle injury and it really did seem to reduce the swelling.  I honestly thought it was quackery when the therapist first brought it out.

Which wavelength? There's a broad range of laser wavelengths, depending on light creation. I also do stuff with 400nm lasers and chat regularly with a guy that does a lot of practical laser research, also on coronavirus applications. Heat could be a problem when used on blood, since it may produce some awkward gases. Maybe it was the warmth of the laser that helped the muscle injury, i have good experience with warmth/heat applications for muscular injuries and pain (from skateboarding, which just regularly hurts).

I have a Trezor. I also have an Alienware r17 laptop. I tried to change my Trezor to this laptop. The wallet hangs. Contacted Trezor it is a known bug

with the Alienware the USB hubs put out too much voltage. They do not plan to fix this. So back to paper-wallets. Just thought it was kinda 'flip' of them

to dismiss..it is not like Alienware Laptops are uncommon.

Anyway, an aside. Sad

What if you use a USB hub in between?

Smoking weed kills corona.

Think twice!
You will become too lazy to get outside and get infected.
If everybody stays home with enough weed, corona would be over within a few weeks and the economy would be run mainly by pizza delivery services and internet streaming companies. $1200 per citizen should be enough to cover all the costs  Wink Cool

Do you even emoticon?

G'd evening gents.
I am busy schooling the kids before noon and digging in the garden later, so i'm mostly tired in the evening (and "killing corona"), thus only reading in the WO thread.
Keep staying healthy!
