50M Bitcoin users.. Even after the last coin is mined, that's less than a half BTC per user.

Is everyone looking for loans that are anywhere from $40-$100's of dollars? I would think there's somebody out there somewhere that would need to borrow a couple bucks worth.
Anybody? Nobody? Bueller?
It's not worth creating a brand new account, sitting through Newbie jail, contributing seemingly on-topic posts, all while making sure you use a proxy that you hadn't used before... just for .1 BTC.

Please stop being innumerate.
Do you really think the price of a durable commodity is inversely proportional to its rate of production? Reductio ad absurdum: if gold mining were to approach zero, the price of gold would approach infinity, even though the total amount of gold in the world remains the same. Please. Please show me a block chain that DIDN'T double in value when the block reward halved. Please. Any will do.

|
|
If the block-reward halves every 210,000 blocks (or every 4 years'ish), then it will halve 5 more times by the time 2033 rolls around. History has shown (not only with Bitcoin but with alt chains as well) that when a block reward halves, supply halves, and thus the market value doubles. There's some "ramp up" of the price in the weeks preceding the halving, so it's hard to isolate the actual dollar value that will be doubled. But if we take today's value (around $48/BTC) and double it 5 times, ignoring all other organic price fluctuations, we arrive at $1536 per Bitcoin.

|
The year+ predictions are the only ones worth speculating on. I mean when BTC is at $49 and you start a thread "predicting" that it will hit $50 within the week, that's pretty lame.

Changed the color of legit users (ie. ones probably not shell accounts created for the sole purpose of scamming) to green. They are still may "fit the profile," so as usual use caution when doing business with anybody on here.
Changed the color of users who have completed successful trades to green as well.

He might be a little profane, but I'm not getting any bad vibes from this one.
Edit: Lend? Probably not. Sell? Yes, just be sure to use escrow to protect both parties.

I'm not sure how high we'll go tonight, but I can guarantee the rally will collapse by tomorrow. Tomorrow is when my funds clear and my MtGox gets funded and I will be purchasing right at the peak. You're welcome. Donation address is in my sig.

friends don't let friends buy bitcoin at an all time high....
I am bullish but this is true. Don't chase the market. That's what people were saying at $20.

Alright, well I'll set his status back to "Pending" then. When is the payback due date? I'll revisit it then, if you don't mind me poking my head in here. If not, I'll just keep to myself.

Any news? I still have my nvc there. Just Email/PM the operator of the pool and he'll send you your NVC.

Yeah I think tldoctor is probably legit. After reviewing his post history, it seems he can actually contribute to the forum... his loan request timing was just bad. I'll remove him from my lists as well.

^^ Incoming loan request from this guy.
? Link? Nvm, I remember he had already submitted a 1 BTC loan request earlier. Regardless of that, his postings lead me to believe he was setting up to ask for a loan. In fact they all look like marketersales/OrangeVonPurple.

has this been added to the master's scammer list? If not please post the link proving the scam and the users profile. It will be added to the pending scammer list or the confirmed scammer list if it has been confired
I believe he's already on the scammer list that's stickied at the top of this section.
